Overall it is a great place to stay. Our only complaint is that the hot tub should be cleaner and the tiles of the wall of the swimming pool need be cleaned

This airbnb was awesome!! It was beautifully decorated inside and was perfectly stocked with everything that we could need. The outdoor space was our favorite part with the pool and the hot tub. The beds were very cozy! One thing I will note if you have a large party the pullout couch listed is a lay flat futon and not a pullout couch. I would not recommend sleeping on it it's extremely firm. We put someone on the living room couch instead which ended up working out just fine. The location was great! 20 min to all the beaches, 10 min to the cute downtown area, and super close to all the grocery stores.

Beautiful property home. decor is so welcoming and beautiful. grounds are gorgeous. the only minor complaint is the pool and hot tub were not well maintained. the filter in the hot tub was terrible dirty and stinky. we cleaned it but pool maintenance could be better. Thank you.

Used it for a golf vacation with the guys. Plenty of beds and space for everyone to hang out. The outside was perfect with the pool, hot tub, and seating area. Inside the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and the bedrooms and bathrooms were also just as nice.

We absolutely loved this place !! The 200 year old trees with moss .. the pool was heated .. bed rooms and all but one bathrooms all super nice and decorated by a pro … beautiful .. the kitchen is nice.. a little beat up. The neighborhood is safe and great!!! Nice people. Landon was very very nice. they were very responsive .. clean !
Problems :we had an issue with the hot tub not being hot and they helped … and the skimmer in the pool .. they came immediately… Thank you !!!
Problems : tiny house had no hot water all week ..we don’t get much help. one bathroom needs attention on counter .. the house smelled really musty when we came in .. opened the doors and cooked it got better ..
OVERALL … they Were great and so was the house.

We had a blast staying at landon's home! The pool was heated just right, unlike other places we've been to. It's only a few minutes away from the Amish village, and all other shopping/grocery stores. Definitely will be back next year!

Overall our stay is what we wanted. House was clean and near all the things we needed. Groceries, restaurants etc. The hot tub didn’t work or I couldn’t get it to work. He asked to send a pic of the control panel but apparently he never received it. I sent it twice. And there was no follow up about it. The outdoors sitting area was great, but there were LOTS!! of ants!! Everywhere. I know it’s Florida weather but I’m sure it could be treated. The house was clean and big enough to accommodate our group. The only thing was the water pressure wasn’t great in the bathrooms and the kitchen sink didn’t drain well. Tiny house is super cute too!

My family and I absolutely loved this home. Honestly the pictures didn’t do it justice. The home is beautiful. We made plans to do other things outside of the home but we spent majority of our time at the pool or in the hot tub. The space is equipped with literally everything you need. Very spacious and lots of seating areas for the entire family. The location is private which was my favorite. We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back AGAIN for a second time later this year. Thank you Landon for being such a great host!

Had 10 guys stay for a few days. It was just what we needed. Definitely enough space for all of us. The beach cart was definitely useful to carry all our things for the beach. Definitely recommend to anyone with a bigger group. Landon was on top of things and very responsive with any needs we had!

We had a great time at Bearded Oaks. The house was confortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The backyard was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to stores, 16 min away from St Armands Circle and 20 min from beautiful Siesta Beach.
Property was a bit dated, including the pool. It smelled funny despite being spot clean. First bedroom did not have blinds making it difficult to sleep past 6:00 am. Communication with host was good, not great. I was offered a 20% discount for an additional night and had to ask about it a couple of times-it was solved after I left. The remote for the tiny house mini split was not working, and this issue was not solved during our stay. I still rated it 5 stars because overall the experience was good, so I am just sharing my thoughts on what could have gone better as constructive feedback.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful updates, elaborate landscaping and my favorite was the personal touches throughout the house (towel hooks in just the right places, coolers and items available for use, seating and open floor plan throughout). Perfect location for a family of 5 with kids! Landon was perfect to work with as well.

Absolute the perfect place. I stayed here with my adult siblings and our partners (9 adults and my 3-month-old) and it was perfect.
Super well appointed, spacious and stylish, comfortable, has everything you need, and was spotlessly clean.
We loved the backyard especially! Super cool huge trees, and has EVERYTHING; firepit, backyard games. pool/hot tub, 2 couches, and a TV too. We all had so much fun hanging out at this house, we basically didn't hang out anywhere else during the whole trip.
Our other relatives (my parents included) were all envious of our amazing accommodations while we were in town for this wedding. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family had a fun time here! The home is about a 20 min drive (with traffic usually) from a lot of different fun stuff in the area - beaches, aquarium, jungle gardens, shopping, waterfront restaurants etc. So it’s nice because you are close to a lot, but it feels more secluded! The property has a lot of pretty greenery and plenty of room for kids to play and run around, or for adults to have a nice fire or a quiet place to sit. The home is perfect for families - lots of space and one of the rooms had a toddler bed which was a nice bonus! Bedrooms/bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall a really nice spot to stay in the Sarasota area!
One thing to note is the home does not have cable - so you’ll need to sign into your own streaming services so that could be a negative for someone who enjoys watching morning/evening local news and doesn’t have any streaming apps or has a tough time figuring out electronics.

Great location on a quiet street away from downtown, but close to Publix & other shopping. Easy to get anywhere in the area by car.
Ideal for a family or girl’s trip. Lots of common spaces inside & out to gather & visit. The house is surrounded by beautiful bearded oak trees.
Many thoughtful touches - like hooks to hold towels by the pool. Super quick response from the property manager whenever I had a question. The property is as shown & described.

We stayed here for a family vacation. The open concept was great for allowing everyone to be together whether in the living room, dining/kitchen area, or outside on the lanai near the pool. Lots of seating available in all the areas. Also, anything in the kitchen that you may need to cook. Landon was quick to respond to any questions and checked in on us during our stay. There are many things to do nearby and great restaurants as well.

This house was perfect for our family and had all what we need for our stay. In our opinion is a beautiful place for a family vacation. Our kids enjoyed every single moment in the pool and the big and beautiful back yard.
The host was very helpful and quick to response to our requests. The kitchen, bedroom's and bathrooms were well stoked, with plenty of every thing.
The washer, dryer and detergent is always a plus if your traveling with little kids.
The house was clean, the sheets and towels were clean too.
The property is at 20-22 min from the beach.

Rented this home for a family vacation - four adults and four young children. It's an older home, quite unassuming from the outside, but as soon as we walked in we saw the wonderful job they had done remodeling the interior. We loved the layout. It felt very open and spacious. The highlight, of course, is the enclosed lanai and pool area. We spent most of our time out there. We also drove over to Siesta Key beach a few times, about a 15-20 min drive. There are plenty of stores and shopping areas nearby (try Detwiler's if you can). Landon always responded quickly to my questions through the Airbnb messaging system. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and we can't wait for our next opportunity to travel to Sarasota!

We had an excellent stay at Landon’s rental home and would highly recommend for your next Sarasota or Siesta Key vacation!
The house is located on a quiet street with easy access to shopping and situated on a large lot with beautiful landscaping and many huge live oak trees.
The home itself is well appointed and laid out nicely for families with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side, including two master bedrooms.
The highlight of the home is definitely the spacious patio and pool area. Perfect for entertaining or just hanging out and relaxing; it definitely makes you feel like you don’t need to leave the home to enjoy your vacation!
The house was stocked with the majority of items needed during our stay including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a beach wagon.
For reference the house is about a 20-25 minute drive from nearby Siesta Key beaches or downtown Sarasota attractions.
Landon was attentive and quick to respond to any questions that we had!

If you want a spot away from the busy part of town that’s just minute from everything where you can relax with literally everything you need for your family, this is it!! The host was perfect when we had questions. His suggestions were on point!! The house and property were amazing. Make sure to take time to try what he suggests! The guy knows his stuff!!! It was great being at a close distance to the beach and wonderful restaurants. The property has a perfect location plus some much room. Wonderful to enjoy jet skiing at Siesta Key. The best beach of all was Lido beach along with their town next door.

If you’re coming to the Sarasota area and debating where to stay, BOOK this place. This is one of the nicest airbnbs we’ve ever been in and we travel a lot. Communication with Landon is quick, quick responses. The house is very clean and modern. It’s in a very safe area and it’s super peaceful to sit outside at night.
The only thing that may bother some people is the plane noise over head during the day if you’re outside. It’s very close to Sarasota airport. It didn’t bother us at all because we love to watch them coming in, but just a heads up ?
We fell in love with this place and plan to book this house for all of our Sarasota vacations! Just book it already!

The pool area is perfect for relaxing and spending time outside. Great place to stay in Sarasota area! Has all the necessities you need for a comfy visit. Pool was awesome plus. Hot tub needed some TLC- but can easily be fixed with chemical balancing and was not an issue with us. Would recommend for families and groups of friends looking for a nice Florida vacation.

Landon was very accommodating. I loved that you gave us recommendations to all the nice restaurants and shops to try. It make our stay more welcome. Btw the fish camp was amazing and an absolute must but I would recommend getting there at 3 before they open to get into the line first. Big Olaf ice cream was very good and gave you huge portions. Also loved Yoders for breakfast and the breakfast house. Landon also gives very fast responses if issues do arise
