Very cozy and organized. The house is stunning and big enough to accommodate 10 people. It has everything to entertain everyone and every age. Landon is very helpful and friendly.
Definitely I will come back again.

This house was in a nice quite family friendly community. Plenty of space on the first floor and the outdoor space was amazing. Linen and towels were provided. I will be recommending this place to my friends.

Stayed here recently for a guys weekend in the Poconos. We enjoyed the fire pit and the provided firewood. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The view of the lake is a nice treat and the deer are super chill.

Carebear cabin will forever hold a place in my heart now, it’s where I got engaged, it’s where my kids got to know the wildlife up close, it’s where we were able to unplug and be together as a family. This house is in the best location just a few minutes to the beach and lake. Our boys loved swimming in the lake & jumping off the dock. And don’t even get me started with the Cowboy Lounge. We had many game nights and our two boys ages 7&9 absolutely loved the video games and ping pong. We will definitely be coming back!

Although we ran into a few obstacles the first day (not enough linens, broken jacuzzi, etc), our week at this property was amazing. There is so much to do, both out the house and at the “beach” right down the block. Our favorites were floating in tubes on the lake, playing pool in the cowboy lounge, and sitting on the little deck by the lake each morning and evening. We also did trips to Kalahari and Boulder Field, which were both easy to access and so much fun. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The location of the house within the community is ideal.

Our family rented this house to gather all of our adult children together for the 4th of July week. There were 10 of us there and we had such a wonderful time at the Care Bear Cabin! The house had a lot of thoughtful touches - like spices, oil, coffee, soap, and laundry detergent. We loved playing games in the Cowboy Cabin as well as the corn hole, horse shoes, and chairs by the fire or lake. The community was quiet but came together for a 4th of July picnic at the beach. Overall, it was our favorite vacation home! We didn't want to leave. Thank you, Landon!

The location is wonderful. Flat roads and welcoming community for riding scooters and bikes. The house has incredible outdoor spaces along with a beach close by that we spent most of our time outside.
One of the bedrooms was a loft style that opened to the floor below but it wasn’t an issue for our group. Also, the stairs to the bedrooms are steep but there’s a full bathroom and two sofa beds downstairs if necessary.

I recently stayed at Landon's place for nearly a week, and it was a fantastic experience. Landon was incredibly nice and responsible, always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. this place was great. my family loved it and so did I place was a little bigger than we needed but that made things better. was walking distance from a cool little beach i didn't use this time but will make sure to use the second time I go. very quiet, calm and peaceful. the fire pit was huge could make a big fire for the colder nights. we made smores. I cooked a steak over the coal. also had an impressive game room. I can go on and on. it has everything you want. you won't regret it

Landon is an excellent host and the house was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay the weekend. The house was very big and spotless when we arrived. Communicating with Landon was very easy and he was very accommodating. We had 10 friends in our group stay the weekend and we felt like there was plenty of space. Overall Landon was super communicative! I booked this months in advance for a birthday weekend and he was very transparent from the start. The community in particular had a lot of strict rules that he tried to work around for my large group. For example, parking for cars were limited to only 4 for property so i had to find an off property spot for other cars. The location was beautiful and my group had a great time. Lots of amenities and my group really enjoyed the house. We had enough wristbands for us to enjoy the lake as well. Landon worked closely with the community to try and create the best trip for us possible.

First experience doing air bnb. I found it easier and than Vrbo (which was how we found our places in the past).
Had a great vacation! House was better than we expected. Super easy check in and check out. Landon was easy to reach but we didn’t have any issues.
House, lake, area, wildlife, fishing, etc….was awesome! Would stay here again.

Beautiful home and very well kept property! We were able to book this place last minute after a different house on Airbnb was awful & Landon was extremely accommodating! The house is kid friendly and has a great Cowboy Lounge with pool and darts in it. The neighborhood is amazing, we swam in the lake and went kayaking - only 2 min walk from this house to the lake area that also had a playground, a basketball & volleyball court! We had fires every night and had deer and raccoon visitors which was cool to see! Also very close to Poconos Raceway and Kalahari!!! Love this house and our stay here

We really enjoyed the weekend at the Care Bear house. The property had lots of different spaces for our whole group to hang out. We really enjoyed the cowboy lounge and fire pit, and the house was equipped with everything we needed.

Landon was a great host and was very helpful. The scenery is beautiful and the backyard is awesome. The only letdown was not having direct access to the lake as there's no dock and the shoreline isn't really accessible. Would definitely stay at Landon's place again!

Great property with an amazing backyard. Right on the lake with a nice firep pit setup. Game room was a nice touch for the littles ones. Everything clean and stocked and Landon is easy to reach and communicate with. Would recommend.

My family and I spent a lovely week in February at Landon's home in the Poconos. We enjoyed playing in the enormous backyard (particularly since there was snow) and cowboy lounge (lots of arcade games!), and the house was large enough to comfortably accommodate the entire family. In fact, we were so cozy, we often didn't want to leave the house. Everything was spotlessly clean, and Landon was always quick to respond to our questions. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Poconos, this is definitely the best house to rent!
