• Sink: From Oct. 1 to April 30, the outdoor kitchen is drained and winterized. You wont be able to use it to wash dishes. Thank you for understanding.
• Trash Cans: To the left of the griddle, there is a hole that goes to 2 trash cans. Please empty these trash cans when necessary and dispose of trash at the end of your stay. These trashcans can be accessed by the drawer on the outside the kitchen.

CREATIVE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Rooms 5, 6, 7 + 8 have extra mattresses in the closets that can be pulled out
and used. Be sure to remove the bedsheets, and return the mattresses to the closet
when you are done using them.
• In the closet outside room 8 on the second floor, there are 2 pack-n-plays
that can be used for babies/toddlers.
• There is a futon in the third floor common area that can be flattened and
is fairly comfortable. To flatten it, remove the 2 small wooden pieces in the back,
and use them as legs to support the back section.
• On the second floor, there are 2 recliners, and 4 reclining sofa sectionals
that are comfortable to sleep on.

BATHROOMS | 4 Baths | 
The main lodge has 4 bathrooms. 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. One of them on each floor has a shower stall only, and the other one has a
bathtub. There are also 2 portable toilets outside that can be used if needed! 

GAME ON!
For the spirited and competitive, our retreat has a full-size basketball court with 2 hoops, 2 pickle ball courts, a deluxe 8-player croquet set, bocce ball, spike ball, corn hole, quoits, and a volleyball court on turf, nestled amidst the captivating mountain backdrop. Feel the rush of victory as you sink the perfect shot or execute the perfect serve, all
while surrounded by nature's majesty. For the card game lovers, we have Rook, Uno, and Dutch Blitz.

LIFE-SIZE CHESS
Challenge your mind and engage in a captivating game of life-size chess. As you literally get ‘in’ the game, you can stand on the grand chessboard, plotting your every move from a whole different perspective.

• We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
• We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
• All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
• We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. 

4. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent. 

6. Note, at this time there is no A/C located in the lodge or hunting cabin.
