Tryon's Mountain Manor

The house is beautiful. As described it has six bedrooms, two of them with two queen beds, one of them with three singles. It has 3 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked. The pool is beautiful, the room is kept climate controlled, although the water is still somewhat cold I was able to pay it with my five year old in one year old in the middle of winter. It has many beautiful areas to hang out. Its so spacious, that even with a party of 11 adults any 4 kids, and did not feel cramped. The views are gorgeous, it is very private and quiet.

The house is beautiful and spacious, exactly as the pictures, everything was clean and organized, the kitchen was fully loaded with all you need. The house has amazing views all around. The host was great, responded to my question in a couple minutes. We’ll be back for sure.

This place was the best for a large family Thanksgiving. The layout is PERFECT for people to have quiet if they want to go to bed early while others stay up late to gather. This place is worth 5 stars for the beds alone. Every single person in my group commented on how comfortable the beds were and the linens were great. We loved the simple, clutter free environment which made it kid friendly, and appreciated the baskets of soft blankets! The outdoor space and pool were beautiful. Only about a mile away from cute downtown area with great coffee, food, a bookstore, etc. We did not want to leave! Landon was a super responsive host; I wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back. Thank you Landon!

Our family loved the location and the house. It was perfect for the 13 of us. Plenty of room to be together or to be by yourself. We cooked together a lot and the kitchen was well stocked with what was needed. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool, though it was a little too cold for the adults. The family is already talking about when we can come back to this gem of a home.

Was an absolutely amazing experience! We had hundreds of options to host our wedding party, and this was not only perfect it far exceeded our expectations. It was not only great functionally, but the views and accomodations were everything we wanted and could have possibly needed. look forward to our return. :)

This home is absolutely gorgeous! There was so much space for our book club members to sleep comfortably! Everything was as described and the pictures do this place no justice! We were in town for a conference with our youth group and we filled this house to the max! Even though it was a full house we still had a decent amount of room to socialize thanks to the screened porch and deck. The house has beautiful style and the view from the back deck is irreplaceable! Landon is an excellent host. He checked in with us after we arrived and answered all of my questions that I had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing house. The indoor pool was awesome. There is enough space for everyone in the family. The kitchen was well stocked for any chef to maneuver. The house was clean and we immediately felt safe. Landon responds within minutes to answer all questions. Our only regret was not inviting a few additional relatives to spend time with us. They would have enjoyed it as much as we did. Be prepared for quiet and amazing views!!! In town, the people are very friendly and there are a few great places to eat. Not much to do in town but that’s exactly the type of vacation we needed. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this house! Landon was a great host and super responsive with any questions I had and checked in a few different times to make sure we had everything we needed. We came on a big family trip with 16 adults and kids and we had the best time. The views around the house are spectacular! We were in awe looking at the mountains and landscape outside. The house was also the perfect size for us and there were enough rooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house was very clean and well maintained. We also loved the modern decor throughout the space. We cooked a few meals during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also loved the pool and pool table which provided a lot of fun and entertainment. Everything was also well stocked and there were plenty of pool towels and regular towels for everyone so we didn’t need to pack extra. We went on a hike to Pearson Falls which was beautiful and just a 10min drive away. We also ate at Side Street pizza in the Tryon downtown area which was really good! Overall, this was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in and we all left while trying to plan our next trip back here. So I highly recommend it!!

Overall the house was wonderful. The pool was clearly the highlight. There were many nice touches like lots of towels, soft blankets, soaps in every bathroom, and plenty of laundry/dishwasher pods and kitchen utensils. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the screened in porch and the variety of outdoor furniture options! Clearly a lot of work has gone into making this home inviting and comfortable. The separate pool suite was awesome for some in our party to get away. Please not the the water pressure in the house is affected when multiple people shower at the same time (this is man reason for a four instead of five). Landon was a great host as well. We were worried about there not being too much to do in the area but that was not the case. The downtown Tryon area was very quaint town (check out the soap shop and ice creams shop). We hiked to the waterfall which was very easy for all ages. We went tubing one day which even our littlest loved. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and across the border in South Carolina. Definitely rent this place and we would again if we have the opportunity.

The property was a great place for me and my family. Spacious and clean. Very relaxing. The pool room was everything, it has a separate apartment from the actual property. I highly recommend this property especially if you have a big family event.

Great host. Great house. It was a wonderful getway place for our extended weekend. We went around. Enjoyed the area. Rafting, tubing, etc. All the while the house kept providing us comfort of a nice home. Perfect for the needs of our big party.
