We are long time VRBO renters, first time AirBnB renters with Zook Manor. This is absolutely one of those times where I hesitate to post a review for fear of attracting other visitors to rent, especially during the times we want to stay, but I have to be fair, and Landon and Zook Manor deserve the praise.
We were a party of 8, including 3 seniors, my wife and myself, and 3 kids. The home is exactly as described, which is perfection. There is plenty of room for privacy for our 3 families, and plenty of space to hang out together. The kids loved the game room. They hooked up their Nintendo to the TV and had a blast. The hot tub was excellent, especially being we had the coldest nights of the year while we were there. The soaker baths were fantastic, and the bathrooms are very roomy. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home.
Even though you look out the windows to farms all around, the house is no more than 10 minutes from all your shopping needs. Highly recommend.

My family of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids) recently stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was truly amazing. It was beautiful, clean, and spacious…with huge kitchen, a downstairs game room, and an incredible outdoor patio! It’s a modern home and had all of the amenities that you need for a big family stay. And it sits on a beautiful piece of land located across from the farm. The kids had plenty of room to run around outside and waking up seeing cows was the highlight of their trip. Plus, Landon was a great host!! Super responsive, gave clear instructions, and provided a ton of helpful info about the area. We’re already planning to come back. I definitely recommend this place!!

We had a great stay for a ladies weekend! The kitchen was great to cook in and the bar seating and dining table accommodated all of our guests. We had time to sit in the hot tub and light the fire pit as well. The home was lovely with attention to the little details. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet location, natural surroundings, newly renovated, and all the amenities one could want...A+!
This unexpected gem in the sleepy town of Atglen comes complete with comfy clean beds as well as smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, & a washer/dryer. The outside has plenty of seating, a built-in fire pit, a working gas grill, and a spotless hot tub for a great experience among friends or family. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen (water pressure is great too). The finished basement is converted into a game room for even more entertainment. The location is perfect as it's about a half hour away from more populated regions like Lancaster, yet affords a private, country experience.
Our only recommendation is to use washable slipcovers or replace the dining chairs/sofa as there were some stains left over from previous stays (a common issue with Airbnb's). Also, guests should be aware that as there are farms nearby, flies tend to be an issue at this property. Overall, we'd stay again!

Zook Manor was a wonderful location for our party of 7 to be able to relax and unwind together in a beautiful and spacious home. It's location was convenient for any of the "touristy" things we decided to do, while remaining a peaceful place for us all to return to.

This property was excellent, and fitted our family's needs very well. There were a couple of minor issues with kitchen appliances/equipment upon check-in, but Landon' responded promptly and they were resolved sufficiently.
The exterior landscaping was very well-kept, and we enjoyed using the grill and the fire pit.

WOW!! I have no words! Our stay at this house was out of this world! Great place to stay. On a very quiet road. Not a Main Street. The playroom was amazing for the kids. The house was super spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was incredible. It was nice that the host had things like laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags and soap. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoy this house. It was by far our favorite! We loved the private, quiet location. The house was large and perfect for our family getaway. I really enjoyed staying in your home. This has been by far our most relaxing, peaceful stay that we’ve been to in a while. The entire house was very accommodating and clean. The community around us were very friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the sweet messages from the Bible hanging either on the walls or in the books lying around the house. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. You all are the some of the best hosts we’ve had. We hope to book with you again in the future.

The perfect place for our family reunion! This beautiful home had lots of space for us to gather, a wonderful outdoor area where we could enjoy the hot tub, the firepit and bbq all in the same area. The large kitchen easily accomodated our family meals. It was a perfect place in a super quiet neighbourhood. A quick drive from the house to attended a family wedding at The Stoneybrook and very close to groceries and takeout food. Landon was a great host that was super quick at responding to any of my questions and very attentive. Our entire family agreed that we will need to return for our next reunion!

We loved staying at Zook Manor! It accommodated our two families so well! We had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11 months to 7 years old. The pack and play and high chair there made it so easy and the play area downstairs was a big hit with all of the older kids! Zook manor was stunning, spotless and comfortable. From the minute you open the door, its clear to see the love put into this home. It is meticulously decorated and incredibly clean. It was spacious with room for our family of 6 and more. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The bathrooms are straight out of a magazine. The backyard lended the perfect setting for frisbee, s’mores around the campfire and barefoot walks to the creek running along the property. Landon was responsive and helpful the whole time. We loved our time at Zook manor and will hold the memories made here forever. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away for a peaceful retreat.

Landon was great with providing all info before I even needed to ask. And responsive when I did have a question. Home was beautiful and had a great vibe to it. The only suggestion I could give is more lighting in bedrooms. No problem during day because of windows but at night needed more lighting. ??

This is our second time staying at this property. We love the location as well as the luxurious home. Heated bathroom floors and hot tub were our favorite details. We even got to build a fire in the pit out back for our toddler. We went for a medical visit both times so it wasn’t for “vacation,” but allowed us a peaceful retreat.

We had a wonderful Christmas celebration here! Plenty of space for everyone to find a quiet spot or play games and plenty of space for opening presents together. The kitchen/dining great room area is well lit and open and such a great space to hang out whether you are cooking, playing board games at the table or reading a book and relaxing and you are only a few steps from the downstairs game room so we could also hear the children playing. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the bathrooms especially the master was so enjoyable. The outdoor space was great to have even with the cool weather our grandchildren enjoyed playing outside and are certain they found a groundhog whole. Really wonderful place to stay that is well appointed, private but still convenient to stores and roadways.

The house at Atglen is lovely and great for a large family. We truly enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen, the beds are comfortable, loved playing games in the basement and enjoying the outdoors. The house was very clean and well appointed. It was also nice to have use of the garage for frosty mornings. The view of the farm across the street was beautiful and relaxing. Would highly recommend checking out local towns. We had a great time exploring!

my family and I enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Landon was very responsive to all of our questions and checked in with us throughout our stay. The house was very well stocked with essentials, and the property was beautiful. We all commented on the beds, which were some of the most comfortable we've slept on compared to other Airbnb locations. we've already talked about coming back next year and would love to stay with Landon again. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this stay was! We travel often annually and this has by far been the best for our family with 5 kids, including a toddler.
We were in awe of how beautiful the home was. THE DETAILS…every detail made our day. The decor, the kitchen organization etc.

We loved the location and views were beautiful to take in on the front porch as well as beautiful back patio. We did purchase a fan because the peace was so quiet our little one couldn’t sleep, haha. Definitely would return! It rained most of the stay or we would have spent more time by the fire pit in the evenings. We got one night by the fire!

This house had everything you needed to feel like a luxury vacation. The view is picture perfect, plenty of space for guests and the rooms are immaculate. It was cozy and modern with beautiful accents. The bathroom upstairs has a heated floor which is a feature that was unexpected. We opened the kitchen windows and had food served directly from the kitchen, and the water is hot enough to fill the bathtub with as hot as you want it. The place was spotless when we arrived and check in was easy with the keypad. Landon was quick to answer questions we had and checkout was simple. My friends and i will look for Landon's properties in the future given the amount of detail in stocking the kitchen with appliances and the attention to luxury every where else. Thank you for being the most pleasant experience we've had on AirBnb.

The place is spacious n beautiful very clean, there was an issue with the plumbing the first night so that was a little rough but he stayed in communication with us the whole time n it was fixed the next day
He also is great about getting right back to you when u message him

It was a sibling weekend for us, three sisters, and a brother t and a brother, and their spouses. When we arrived at the Airbnb, and entered the house, we were amazed, how immaculate and well cap the home was we were surprised that there was everything that we could possibly want for the weekend such as towels for the hot tub, storage containers, baggies, shampoo and conditioner, and so the list goes on and on. We had a slight problem while there, and when I contacted Landon, he got right back with me to solve the problem we would definitely recommend this Airbnb and wait for sure I want to go back again. My only suggestion would be for check in at 3 PM and check out at 11 AM.

Beautiful! It’s spacious , modern and still feels very homey! The place is spotless and has an amazing view and is very private . Would recommend and/ or book again!

It was a super comfortable stay and very welcoming. When we got there they had wine and fresh muffins for us which was very nice. Looks just like the pictures, very spacious and clean! There’s not much to do in the area so if you’re looking for a quiet place just to getaway this is it:)
