We make staying with us fun, simple, and easy. Reservations may be made easily online HERE

As soon as your reservation is processed, you will immediately receive a confirmation via email with instructions and details about your upcoming vacation with BNB Breeze.

Due to the high demand for our homes, we recommend that you reserve your rental as soon as possible. You may reserve one of our homes up to one year in advance.


50% of the reservation total is due at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. We accept all Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.


- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days' notice before your scheduled check-in.


BNB Breeze strongly recommends purchasing a TRIP INSURANCE POLICY to ensure recovery of your deposit/payments made and potentially retained by this Cancellation Policy to avoid loss during unforeseen circumstances. We recommend researching trip insurance companies online and researching the cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.  We would recommend you research this type of policy from various providers.

If you choose to decline a vacation travel insurance plan, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.


You will receive the House Manual to your vacation rental 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date via email, provided that your reservation has been paid in full.


Check-In is at 4PM and Checkout is at 10AM. 

No early check-in or late check-outs will be permitted. Attempted early check-in prior to 4:00 PM or guests not checked out promptly at 10:00 AM will be billed a full day’s rate.


We offer one of the easiest and most convenient ways to Check-In to your vacation rental. All of our rentals feature a keyless entry touchpad for easy access. With our Virtual Check-In, you can go straight to your vacation rental.


Check-Out is easy too! We ask that you please place trash in the outdoor receptacle, clean any dirty dishes, pick up any large messes, and secure all doors and windows behind you. Please have a safe trip back home!


The minimum age is 25 years old to rent most homes.


Some of our owners have chosen to allow pets in their homes. These houses will be specified as “pet friendly” on the house detail page. Pets are allowed in these houses only. Unfortunately, due to common allergy problems we cannot allow cats in any of our vacation rental homes. For the privilege of bringing your dog, there is a $200 non-refundable fee per pet. Any damage that may be caused by your pet during your stay will be paid for out of your security deposit or charged to the credit card we have on file. Please be respectful of those owners who, because of allergies or other personal reasons, have chosen not to allow any pets. Bringing a pet to a house that is not pet friendly, without owner consent or permission from BNB Breeze, is grounds for termination of the rental agreement without refund, and/or forfeiture of your entire security deposit.

All events are approved on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us to discuss.


Most of our homes do offer WiFi internet access, but not all of them. If WiFi is offered, it will be listed as an amenity or view our homes with WiFi.


We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and washcloths.


We start you with 1 roll of paper towels,2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, soap in the bathrooms, 2 dishwashing tabs, dish towels and washcloth, 2 trash bags. Once these items have been depleted, you will need to furnish them for the remaining duration of your stay.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, and basic cooking pots, pans, and utensils.

None of our vacation rentals allow smoking indoors. You may smoke outside as long as there are no signs of smoking on the property. You must pick up after yourself. 


Please report any issues regarding the cleanliness of hot tubs, pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using them and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to the registered guest.


Although we cannot be held responsible for items left behind, we do make every effort to locate and return them to you.  Contact our office and items found will be returned to you and a $35 handling fee plus postage will be charged to you.  Unclaimed items will be donated to charities after thirty days.
