Great 5? stay at Landon's Beachy Keen place. Entire house had well planned layout, no wasted space. Neighborhood very quiet, and/or soundproof house. Never did I grumble about noisy cars and trucks during my stay. Central air maintained comfort set at 72 degrees, never had to make adjustments. Ceiling fans were great to adjust for air flow in all 3 bedrooms, living room, and backyard room. Refrigerator very spacious, with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Although the replace water filter light was on when I arrived.
Hand soap left suds no matter how many times I rinsed. No facial tissue nor salt. Both items I am picky about, so I bring my own. Outdoor large garbage can was fly infested, and full of eggs, so I cleaned it. Garbage needs to be better secured by guests and/or cleaners. $150 cleaning fee is really steep, change/wash linens and towels, wipe down surfaces, vacuum floors can all be done while doing the laundry. Charge for how dirty the place is left. Darn no more space.

My family and I stayed here for almost a week the neighbors are very nice makes you feel at home in your own neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable for sleeping. I loved the porch in the back yard connected to the house it was safe for the kids to play. Very clean home. Would definitely come back to this home.

We were lucky to find this place available very late at night, after a situation we had with another Airbnb. Very clean, organized, comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, the house is located in a safe neighborhood and there are a couple of grocery stores within 5 minutes. As soon as we walked in the place smelled and felt clean. In addition to being exceptionally clean, it was well maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The linens were pristine which is very important to us. The furniture was very nice and couch extremely comfortable. We appreciated having a full-size washer and dryer available also. Landon's communication and willingness to help anytime we messaged was outstanding. Highly recommended property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Landon was an excellent host to this beautiful rental. The entry was secure and easy with clear instructions. We enjoyed our first few nights so much we extended our stay! Kitchen is very well stocked, washer and dryer is a great amenity, and the location is close to many things but still private and quiet. Beds were clean and comfy. Great stay!

Absolutely loved the place! It had all the necessary amenities for a beach trip. The beds were comfortable, house was very clean, bathroom was stocked with towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The sunroom was a bonus for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Such a great house! Super clean with updated furniture and appliances. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Great layout for relaxing in the living room with plenty of space on the reclining sofa. I very much appreciated the attention to details like labels on the light switches to providing 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers to use. Landon was quick to respond if I had any questions. My family would be happy to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice and clean. The kitchen had all of the necessary amenities, we also used the grill to cook for some friends. The area is mostly quiet and it was nice to relax in the sunroom and the patio. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again for sure. Thank you hosts for prompt communication and a great stay!

Beachy Keen is exactly as advertised! It is clean and furnished well. The beds are comfortable and towels are plush. We absolutely loved the seating in the living room (sectional with recliners on each end) and the screened in Lanai! Landon is a wonderful host who responds quickly to questions. This was one of the best stays I have ever had through Airbnb!

5 stars! This place was wonderful! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, both the front patio and back patio have views of lovely mature trees. I loved sitting out there every morning while drinking coffee. The house felt very clean, we felt at home almost immediately. It was very well stocked with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We were pleasantly surprised to even find toys for the kids, a folding wagon for the beach, puddle jumpers, beach towels ect… We also appreciated other conveniences such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and hand soap. Often these are not provided at house rentals where we’ve stayed in the past and we very much appreciated being able to settle right in. The sun room was especially lovely, and we enjoyed sitting in there and the living room had a large comfy sectional which was awesome for watching movies at night. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great! It was wonderful and clean, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our family loved that we had a 20 minute drive to the beach everyday, something we don’t have living in Maryland. Landon was such a great host he checked on us when we checked in to see if we needed anything and when we checked out. The stay was great. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in the area. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here.
