Great house and host! Perfect, private, gated location, just steps away from private beach and 2 minute drive to downtown Bethany. Great open functional space with fun amenities and plenty of room for our large party. Landon was very pro-active reaching out before, during and after trip with all details. This was a great house and very spacious. Well furnished and very clean. The location was great, a very short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and wagon was a nice touch. The porches were lovely and we enjoyed playing shuffleboard and the hot tub. Quick drive to "downtown" Bethany Beach. Definitely recommend, especially for larger families!

Could not have been happier with this place. I don’t think the pictures really do it justice! The walk to the beach is less an 2 minutes it’s like 2 houses away, it’s absolutely amazing. House was super clean, loved the decor. Can’t say enough positive things! Landon always responded to me right away too. This trip had 4 generations of family members at it, and it was a total crowd pleaser. Perfect for family vacations! Cornhole, shuffle board, all sorts of things to do right at the house. 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Great Air BnB experience!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the gorgeous Bethany Beach Breakaway. Its central location made it easy for us to get around. The home was spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated, providing us with everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen, dining area, and family room were perfect for our group to spend time together, and the couch was large and incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of seating available, as well as ample space for socializing. Furthermore, there were several inviting sitting areas that were ideal for those seeking some quiet time. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated, some with large walk-in closets that were perfect for travel cribs and happy babies. The walk to the beach was stunning with beautifully landscaped pathways. The shoreline was not crowded, and we appreciated the attentive lifeguards. Landon was very kind and responsive to our inquiries. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at this home. Plenty of room and a great quiet layout for the bedrooms. We got a lot of use out of the many different decks. The proximity to the beach is amazing and we also loved playing pickleball on the neighborhood courts.

We reserved this BNB Breeze property to spend a week with our kids and grandkids. There were 12 of us in total, with ages ranging from 3 to 73. We had an absolutely wonderful time enjoying the beach and spending time with the family. I personally enjoyed playing fussball and shuffleboard with my grandkids. The private beach was maybe a 5-minute walk. The only issue we had was with the hot tub. We didn't realize how to turn it on until we realized the circuit breaker was off. No big deal. Grocery shopping was close by, and golf was also nearby for those interested.

We were two families with teen and adult kids. It was in the perfect location, and the best private beach which is not crowded. We loved watching the fireworks on the beach and the local homeowners put on a great show of their own. We also loved the corn hole on the deck and the hot tub! Highly recommend this house. Landon was a great host, very responsive and gave great local recommendations! My family had a wonderful weeks vacation and this home was perfect for us! Kitchen and dining room were very large and well stocked (we did cook a few meals during our stay). All of the beds were extremely comfortable - several of us mentioned this during our stay! We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrellas provided and home is just a short walk to the beach. Location of home is just over a mile from Bethany Boardwalk and short drive to Ocean City or other things to do. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area again.

Beautiful, clean, spacious home with private beach access. Easy vacation with beds already made, towels and toiletries in the bath, laundry detergent, dishwashing products, and so much more already provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cart allow less packing. So much to do with shuffleboard, hot tub, pickleball and corn hole. Immediate response from host with any questions. Great vacation home.

We had a great time! The photos do not do this home justice. The little touches from the blankets in the livingroom to cozy up with on the couch, the laundry baskets in the bedrooms and the pack n play for babies made this house a home for us for a few days. My personal favorite thing about the house are all the porches. Each with its own view and comfortable spot to sit. We will absolutely be back!

The beach house was beautiful and massive! The views of the bay on one side and the ocean on the other were a great way to start and end each day. Very convenient to restaurants and shops. The best part was the ability to walk to the beach in about a minute and have zero crowds. We enjoyed a sunrise on the beach and lots of time playing and relaxing. The towels and chairs were great. When we needed a break from the sand and sun, the house had lots of room to relax and plenty of activities like shuffleboard and foosball. Landon was super communicative and made the entire process totally smooth. Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks!

My friends and I came to Bethany beach for a girls trip and stayed in Landon’s air bnb and it did not disappoint! Landon’s home is beautiful and spacious, we felt right at home. Wonderful house. Large window in living area. Great sunsets from big kitchen window. Very well stocked kitchen. Great rental!!!We rented in winter and believe that missing TVs in bedroom 2 and 4 was merely a winter timing of replacement. Also, beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.Lastly, make sure you use Samsung remote to work living room TV.

The house is amazing. Of all the places we've rented, I think this was the cleanest overall and had the most equipped kitchen I've seen. We made use of everything - the hot tub, rooftop deck, shuffleboard. The beds were very comfortable and the couch and dining table were large enough to fit our big holiday family group.
Landon was an attentive host. There were even little packs of ornaments and paints to decorate for the holiday. A really sweet touch. We would love to spend Christmas at the house again!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Our entire family had a wonderful time. It was remarkably clean and fully stocked. It’s a short walk to the private beach, which surprisingly wasn’t crowded. We have young children, so having lifeguards was amazing! We loved this house and hope to book again!

The house was beautiful both inside and out. The views from this home were outstanding, we could see the ocean (waves crashing) and the beautiful bay area from the many balconys the house had. It was easy to get to the beach which was private!! A real bonus, we had it all to ourselves. Short walk back to the house and enjoyed the hot tub each day which helped to relax us even more. Landon and his team provided beach towels (many), we had numerous beach chairs to use as well! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful during our 7 day stay. The house had much to offer including fresh linens on the beds, multiple towels in the bathrooms, TV's in each room and a huge kitchen to cook in. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill. If it rained, we had a fuzz ball table to use inside the sunroom,more games to explore inside and out,including pickle ball paddles &court located 2 min down the street. Landon was very responsive & helpful. We chose this house for a reunion, it didn't disappoint

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. It’s clean, well-appointed and close to the beach. There are lots of beach towels and chairs (so you don’t need to bring your own) and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was as we wished it could always be. This house is HUGE. The bedrooms are all comfortable. There were enough bathrooms so that no one had to wait too long to shower. The dining room table comfortably sat 10 people, so we were all able to sit together for every meal. The outdoor wrap-around decks were beautiful and spacious. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great few days at the house we rented from Landon in Bethany Beach. Landon and his team at BNB Breeze were always very responsive and great hosts to rent from. The house was in great shape and as nice as the pictures. It was also very well stocked with everything you need in a beach rental, along with numerous amenities included that many beach rental’s don’t offer such as beach towels, bath towels, linens, really good beach chairs, games, etc. The home was very nicely decorated with many recent high quality updates. We really enjoyed our time and plan to rent from them again.

This was a beautiful home in a perfect location! There is direct access to the community’s private beach, which was never crowded. The lifeguards had just started for the season, so we felt safe with the kids running around on the beach with us. The walk to the beach took about one minute. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and quiet. The sunsets from the back deck were gorgeous! The house was also very specious and very clean. Plus the host is very helpful and responsive! We went as a big family group with kids and adults of all ages, and all of the rooms were big enough to easily accommodate everyone. The kitchen and living room had plenty of space for all of us to gather together, and all of the bedrooms were big with big closets and updated/clean bathrooms. The house was also very well stocked which was nice. We really had a great time and would love to stay here again next year!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this gorgeous property! We were seriously in awe when we first walked in. The house was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly clean. The bedrooms were spacious and common areas were perfect for spending time with friends and family. The proximity to the private beach made this the perfect rental for our weekend away. Beware…this home will make you want to buy a beach house (really badly)!!!

This is a beautiful home with direct access to the beach. Incredibly beautiful and cozy with lots of space for a group and views for the beach lover. Landon was also very helpful when I needed recommendations and additional questions. They do not allow any type of early check in but this one was worth the wait. Lovely house with great views and great amenities. The house has lots of games for indoors when the weather is cold or rainy. We enjoyed the foosball, the shuffleboard, the large Jenga set, and the hot tub. The beds are very cozy and comfortable. The short walk to the beach is a big plus. A short drive to Bethany Beach downtown and dinner at Off The Hook was a huge hit. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need for for gourmet cooking. We will revisit for our next trip to Bethany.
