Cannonball Cottage

Everything was pristine in this house. Good location. Good food. Close to the beach. Yoder coffee close by was the best part. You can take the electric bikes there. Couldn’t have had a better experience in this house. If this an option I recommend picking it!

The house was amazing! Nice set up and super convenient to navigate through Sarasota. The home has everything you could ask for-whether that’s dishes or enough towels to beach accessories. I did have some issues with the cleanliness throughout the home but the managers made that right. Very helpful with any questions/concerns I had throughout the trip. Thank you!

The accommodation was excellent and ideally located in Sarasota. It was spotless upon arrival and well stocked with plenty of fresh linens and towels. The pool was a wonderful feature, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there during our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We loved our stay! Having a pool with the kids was great, as the fun was able to continue after our beach trips were finished for the day. Speaking of beach trips, several excellent beach options were quick trips away. The array of kids toys kept our little ones busy as well. Popping on the electric bikes for a quick romp around the neighborhood was great fun as well

We had a nice stay, Landon communicated very well and was available for any issues but there weren’t any. The property is as described and the pool was very nice. It’s a short drive to beaches and dining locations.

The place was absolutely outstanding, and our stay exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The house is beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and very spacious, exactly as described, if not better. The layout is thoughtful and comfortable, making it easy to relax, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, and it was clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel welcome and at ease.
Landon is an exceptional host, he is welcoming, proactive, and highly responsive. Communication was seamless, and he made the entire experience effortless. Great, quiet place. Everything was as described. Location, location, location! Close to everything! You can find a lot of restaurants and it’s close to beaches. I really recommend this place!

We really enjoyed staying at the cannonball cottage. The beds were extremely clean and very*** comfortable. All of the decor was on point even in the bonus room! We appreciated the details from the toilet paper bows to folded blankets. Pool was clean and warm! We would stay again if in the area. Neighborhood has great vibes, upscale, clean and well maintained.

Landon was great to work with. House was as pictures showed. Very well stocked. Beautiful backyard. I would book this house again. I am picky clean n this house met my standards. I highly recommend.

Amazing house that looks exactly like the pictures. Very very clean house ! It was nice to enjoy the heated pool ! The location was 10 minutes to the beach .
House had everything you need !
Hosts were very helpful great communication ! Games for the kids !

This home is amazing- nicely decorated and well-stocked! The beds are comfortable, the pool was nice to cool down. Kitchen appliances were sparkling clean, plenty of cooking supplies, and the coffee was delicious! Plenty of towels (bath and pool), Easy check in and check out, and great communication with BNBBreeze! Will definitely stay here again!
