Please Note:
1. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the Guide Book (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

2. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Cannonball Cottage!

6. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee. 

7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

We had a nice stay, Landon communicated very well and was available for any issues but there weren’t any. The property is as described and the pool was very nice. It’s a short drive to beaches and dining locations.

The place was absolutely outstanding, and our stay exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The house is beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and very spacious, exactly as described, if not better. The layout is thoughtful and comfortable, making it easy to relax, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, and it was clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel welcome and at ease.
Landon is an exceptional host, he is welcoming, proactive, and highly responsive. Communication was seamless, and he made the entire experience effortless. We really enjoyed staying at the cannonball cottage. The beds were extremely clean and very*** comfortable. All of the decor was on point even in the bonus room! We appreciated the details from the toilet paper bows to folded blankets. Pool was clean and warm! We would stay again if in the area. Neighborhood has great vibes, upscale, clean and well maintained.

Amazing Stay!
This home is amazing- nicely decorated and well-stocked! The beds are comfortable, the pool was nice to cool down. Kitchen appliances were sparkling clean, plenty of cooking supplies, and the coffee was delicious! Plenty of towels (bath and pool), Easy check in and check out, and great communication with BNBBreeze! Will definitely stay here again!

What is our cancellation policy?

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
