Canopy Heights was an incredible experience for our family! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great the 12 of us. Everything was clean and the house was very well stocked Landon was quick to respond to the few questions we had. One day we just stayed at the house and had a marathon activity day. First we played pickle ball, while some used the golf simulator, then we had lunch and used the pool/hot tub, then upstairs for fun using the pool table, shuffle board, poker table, and electronic game table. We didn't even leave to get dinner we were having so much fun. Brought dinner in and eat together at the dining room table (seats 12). After dinner was another round of pickleball, smores around the fire pit and then back up to the game room. We have stayed at quite a few airbnb's and I'm happy to say this was the best!! From the activities, to the cleanliness, and the hosts we will return here on our next visit! Thank you for creating such great memories for our family!

This was truly an oasis. Restful, restorative, with great spaces for connection as well as private spaces for quiet solo activities. Landon was a clear and prompt communicator and a great host. He did a great job of marketing the property accurately and addressing real life situations that arose. We felt valued and cared for and appreciated the ease and comfort. We had the most amazing stay here! Landon was super flexible and responsive. We loved the amenities on this property including the closed-in pool (great for taking a night swim!) , the pickleball court and the game room! It was a great price as well!

Amazing property! Beautiful house and guest house with wonderful amenities. We loved the pool, pickleball court, golf simulator, ping pong table, game room with pool table, poker table, & electronic board game table. We enjoyed the beautifully landscaped gated property with all of its amenities. It was perfect for our family gathering and for us to create memories of a lifetime. There was plenty of space, many bedrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely book again!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful home! The champion-level pickleball court was a huge highlight for our group, and the hot tub was absolutely perfect for relaxing afterward. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — from utensils to bakeware and more — which made cooking so easy. Having multiple bathrooms was a big plus and made the stay super convenient for our group.
The host really thought of everything, including beach gear and bicycles, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Communication was quick and easy, check-in was seamless, and overall the home exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! And will stay again!

The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully prepared, with every detail making a difference. We will definitely recommend this property to others. This was our first big multi family vacation and it was perfect!! We all agreed that we were not ready to leave when it was over! The place was perfect for the adults, teenagers, and children! Landon was very helpful and quick to respond with questions. The property had something for everyone and was beautiful and private with all the landscaping! My family enjoyed nightly pickleball games as well. It really is an amazing and perfect property!
The guide that Landon provides also provides so much great information about Sarasota.
If you are questioning rather you should stay at Canopy Heights the answer is a definite YES!!

Landon's home was amazing! We were there for the national championship Regatta and the coach did not want us going outside into the heat. There was so much to do inside the house that all of the athletes were fully entertained! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

My family had so much fun. We only left the property once and that was to go get ice cream. There was something for everyone do. The pickleball court was a hit. We would highly recommend.

This place is magical! Private gated entrance (if the gate code doesn't work just text the number on the listing), the property was thoughtfully landscaped and absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, just need to search a little but if you need something specific maybe bring it (like cookie sheets). The beds were heavenly, soft sheets and the mattresses were amazing. Each room stayed cool. The doors are nice and thick so the rooms stay pretty quiet. The game room is fun too! The guest house is equally notable, especially for those guests who might need to take time away from the fun! We enjoyed the screened in back yard all day. Check the hot tub temp before you get in, it was set to 105 when we got there which was super super hot for May! All in all, this place is in a great part of town with almost every restaurant you can imagine just 5 minutes away. I highly recommend!

Landon was great to work with in this stay. We found ourselves in the local area with a high school lacrosse team and our hotel accommodations were inadequate. We were able to work with Landon at the last minute to rent this amazing home. It changed the dynamic of our entire trip and made for a memorable experience for the girls and coaches. The house was everything it was advertised to be and more. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Landon’s home—it was absolutely perfect for our large family vacation! From the moment we arrived, we could tell this place was something special. The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully set up to accommodate a big group without ever feeling crowded.
There was so much to do, both inside and out! The pickleball court was a huge hit with everyone, and the pool became the central hangout spot each day. Whether we were enjoying family meals together, playing games, or just relaxing, the space allowed us all to connect while still having room to spread out.
Every detail felt carefully considered, and you can tell Landon really cares about creating a great experience for his guests. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
