The house was amazing! It was wonderful for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is awesome and well stocked. The living room is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. It also has a pretty back patio and fire pit. The house is in a great location. So close to lots of neat restaurants and other areas. The home was just as described, spacious & accommodating for our family of 6. We needed a place close to Sarasota Memorial Hospital, as a family member was having surgery there, and this home was less than 10 minutes away.
Check-in was trouble-free & communication with the host was easy with timely responses.

We loved this place! Definitely would return! Close to downtown, grocery stores, and not too far from the beach. Plenty of space indoors, loved the kitchen and the upstairs area. It is right next to the main road, so we could hear cars and trucks passing- but it didn’t keep us awake at night. All in all, great place!

We loved staying at this place! There were 7 of us staying here and we had loads of space. I liked that the rooms were somewhat separated off. There was a door that could be closed off at the bottom of the stairs, which was perfect as we just had all the kids sleep upstairs and didn’t have to worry about being too loud. There were 2 beds upstairs for kids in the main area. This was perfect as we have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and they loved it! Lots of toys for them to play with as well. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and that is rare for me. The backyard was very relaxing and it had lots of seating. Definitely a great area to sit outside, and the covered area was great for when it was raining. Landon was very helpful if I had any questions and quick to respond. Overall I loved the place and would definitely stay there again if ever in the area. The price was great as well, so much better than a hotel! Really a great choice especially if you have kids!

Property was in a central location to the beach and restaurants. It was very accommodating for our party of 6. It was clean and very well equipped. The outdoor space was very relaxing and comfortable. The drive is single wide and not very long. We had 2 crew cab pickup trucks which barely fit in the drive but we made it work. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hidden gem.

We stayed in this home while visiting family in Bradenton over Thanksgiving. It was as beautiful as shown in the photos. Very clean and the outdoor area is lovely and very private. The liquid soaps and shower gel were very nice and I am kind of picky about those. Very nice quality. We went to Siesta Key beach one day and used the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Highly recommend this VRBO home and we will def rent this again if we come back to this area.

Repeat guests!!!!! We love this place! Our guests loved everything from the location, layout of the home, it had 3 bathroom was a huge plus, and communication with Landon was amazing. He was always spot on and answered quickly to any question even curious ones 😝 that I had!
Walkable and safe to do so to restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shops, park…etc.

This property was great! The space is open and feels very comfortable and peaceful. We cooked for our rowers and their coach several nights. Kitchen and outdoor grill worked well to make meals. It was very hot during our stay and did not use the patio to sit outside, it seems like a great spot! Lots of great space to relax inside in the cool! We would return if we need another long stay in Sarasota!

We enjoyed our stayed at Costal Cottage!! We loved the open concept, well furnished specious rooms and each room having its own independent bathroom. The backyard with the fireplace was a plus and the house was equipped with all the essentials for our family trip. Yo cocino y la verdad disfrute de la cocina muchisimo. El horno muy bueno. Todo funciona perfecto. Por las mañanas salia a correr por la zona. Muy seguro el barrio y muy lindo para salir a correr. Tiene muy cerca un golf. Hermosas vistas. Fuimos a siesta beach y a Lido Key. Ambas playas a 15 min aproximadamente. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para ir a la playa… sombrilla reposera y hasta juegos de playa para niños.
El dueño muy amable y nos respondia inmediatamente.

Such a gorgeous and clean home. Looks just like the photos. Every space is beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the fun sleeping nook upstairs with books and toys. The beds and couches were all comfy. It was fun to cook in the large kitchen with gas stove. The patio is beautifully landscaped and feels private with all of the palm trees and greenery. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with an atmosphere of warmth and comfort.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the home was impeccable. It was evident that the host takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. The attention to detail in every corner of the house was truly commendable.
The beds are very comfortable. The thoughtful touch of providing a sound machine in each bedroom ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
Overall, I cannot recommend this host and their beautiful home highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient base for exploring the area, this Airbnb ticks all the boxes. I definitely hope to return in the future.

So we had spent 9 days in Florida, starting in St Augustine, then Orlando and finishing with 5 days in Sarasota.
Both the other stays were lovely, but Landons place was just amazing.
What more could you want, a home from home, beautiful from the outside and deceptively bigger inside than it looks.
Perfectly set out open plan, such a lovely private garden.
Kitchen had everything you needed and the bedrooms are perfect and the beds so comfy.
Perfect location to visit all the surrounding area, Siesta key, Lido and Longboat key and Anna Marie Island.
There is a really nice cafe, 5 minutes walk for breakfast(Postal 98), with a fresh organic market literally across the road as well.
Can not speak highly of this home, we had an incredible stay.

Beautiful, well-equipped home in a great location for all Sarasota attractions. Host is very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Only two (minor) things to note - the upper bed in the sleeping nook is equivalent to a crib size, so kids over 7 y/o will probably not fit comfortably in that space. Secondly, the main road next to the house is busy, so you will hear traffic. There are noise machines in every room which definitely help in the evening and the devices were much appreciated. The traffic noise is much harder to mask when sitting in the outdoor area. It's a beautifully landscaped and furnished backyard, but not as tranquil as you might hope when trucks, motorcycles, etc accelerate past. We visited during a busy time of year, so road noise may be less depending on the season. Don't let the noise stop you though - the house is worth it!

We stayed there five days in March absolutely beautiful accommodations everything super clean. We loved the decor so tastefully done, large bedrooms and beautiful kitchen everything we needed for a great stay. I really liked the rain shower in the master bathroom. My two boys love the upstairs great place for them too relax and watch YouTube on big screen. The landscaping was perfect and our host Landon always there to make sure everything was perfect. The outside back patio, a delightful place to relax and read book.

Our family stayed for 2 nights and we loved everything about the rental. The house was furnished and decorated very well. We had everything we need and then some. The little details went a long way; a tower fan was provided in the master bedroom, sound machines in the bedrooms, very nice shampoos and body washes provided, ample dish detergent, paper towels, etc. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

We were visiting family in Sarasota and needed a comfortable place to stay and I’m so glad we found this home! It was beautifully furnished and had plenty of space for our family. Our kids loved the upstairs area with the little bed in the nook. I worked from the house one of the days and the Wi-Fi was great with no interruptions. The backyard was so peaceful and we loved sitting out there. My only complaint would be the noise from the traffic but honestly everything else about the home made that a very minor inconvenience. The host Landon was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely book it again in the future!

Beautifully decorated house like how it’s depicted in the photos. We felt like we were on vacation. Didn’t get to use the outside patio but it looked relaxing and beautiful. The upstairs area was a hit with the kids and they felt like they had their own space for movies and games.

Beautifully decorated and appointed. Very clean and comfortable. On Beneva but fence and bamboo make it 100% private. Great outdoor space for BBQ and beds and furniture super comfortable. Loved the upstairs for kids. Much better option than hotel! Loved it.

Very roomy, beautifully decorated, and VERY clean. Perfect for a family wanting to visit Siesta Key Beach ( which was our main destination). The backyard was a little noisy during heavy commuting hours, but was so serene and idyllic.

The home fit for 4 adults, 3 teens and a baby perfectly. There was plenty of space to congregate as a family and with the layout it offered the perfect amount of privacy too. We take a family vacation each year and this house topped the charts. The three bathrooms worked out ideally with no one having to fight over a bathroom. The house felt like home. The location was ideal. It was a short drive away from awesome Amish restaurants, Siesta key beach, Lido Key and The Armand’s circle ; all of which we absolutely loved!! Close to plenty of seafood options as well. We are so happy to have our first Florida family experience at this property. Thank you for the prompt response and the great communication! I am notorious for booking places that look good online but turn out to be less-than. My family says I “knocked it out of the park” with Coastal Cottage…it was as beautiful as pictured online and everyone loved staying there. It was a quick 10 minutes to my brother’s house where our extended family was gathered for a weekend of festivities. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Excelente experiencia con esta casa. Esta muy bien mantenida, y decorada, es un placer entrar, todo funciona perfecto, tienes muy buena calidad de artefactos y mobiliario en general, ademas muy lindo y limpio. Es una casa muy comoda para una familia con niños, tiene un gran estar en el living comedor donde haces gran parte de la vida, y ademas una sala para niños con TV y sillones en el segundo piso. Ademas los dueños se preocupan de dejar detalles y atenciones para los visitantes. El unico comentario que es algo que no se ve en las fotos, es que es casa esquina con una avenida grande, pero parece ser mas molesto de lo que es, nosotros por lo menos no sentimos molestias con el ruido. Y el resto de la calle es muy linda.

We feel in love with the house as soon as we opened the door. Everyone had there own space including to 10 year old with the loft cubbie. We only had a short time but we'll definitely look into this location in the next time we take a vacation.

We LOVED this home so much... it was very clean and well decorated, and provided the perfect space for our 2 and 3 year old to play! We were visiting family in Florida and also had the grandparents stay with us, and the layout of the home was perfect to give all of us plenty of space to spread out. We let the grandparents stay in the downstairs room, and the kids stayed in the lofts (and loved it) and we were able to retreat to the upstairs room! The BEST PART was all the unexpected toys that kept our kids entertained! That was such a blessing for us! We also loved the big kitchen that had everything we needed (fresh whole bean coffee was amazing) also sitting outside on the back porch (but note that it can be a bit loud with the traffic). We also loved that we could walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop! It is also near the new running trail (I forget the name of it) but provided a perfect 3 mile loop to run it. We will definitely be back!

This clean, well stocked house was a bundle of fun. I love that the bedrooms are all in separate areas of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The loft, with cute little beds, was a favorite feature for the kids. The one and only consideration is that there is a lot of traffic noise since it’s by a busy road…so if you’re sensitive to noise keep that in mind. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation home!

Our stay at Coastal Cottage was a joy from the moment we walked through the front door! The pictures don’t lie. It is breathtaking indoors and out!?? It was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed for our two week stay, and the hosts were so hospitable-any questions or needs that we had while there were taken care of quickly. We loved the outdoor shower, meals & daily card games on the beautiful patio, the bikes in the garage, and our daughters loved the little sleeping nook upstairs! This house is perfect for a larger family or two smaller ones! Each bedroom has its own bath, and the house as a whole is very spacious but still cozy and sweet. Oh, and the landscaping/outdoor area……..let’s just say your morning coffee time will feel like it’s own vacation if you spend it out there.?? We throughly enjoyed its close proximity to Pinecraft park, Postal 98, Yoder’s restaurant & market, and Anne Marie’s Southern Creamery-all within walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book this one-you’ll be thrilled you did!??
