We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped for our family. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish; responses were quick, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and cozy vacation property. It's not a new residence, but it is beautiful and very spacious. It's in a good neighborhood. It has everything you need to feel at home: cleaning supplies, towels, excellent and comfortable beds, fast internet, a private pool, beach equipment, clean bathrooms with excellent showers. The location is perfect; it's close to everything. Landon is an excellent host. He is attentive to his guests to clarify any questions and resolve the slightest problem related to the property. He is very attentive to messages and responds immediately. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Landon’s place was great and he was always super fast at responding! The place was spacious and I love how the table had so many chairs for our big family! It was a peaceful neighborhood and I love the extra details on the fridge! We will definitely take in consideration his place for booking next time im Sarasota!

My family and I stayed here for 4 days and had a great time. The home is beautiful and the pool was lots of fun. This home is located in a great spot and is close to downtown and all the fun tourist areas. Great space for a vacation! The host has great communication and responded very quickly to our questions. If I’m in the area again, this will be where I stay.

Costa Del Rey checked all of our boxes! From my first inquiry to the last day of our trip, Landon was always quick to respond.
The home was clean and spacious and the yard we'll cared for. There's a lovely tree that shades the driveway, so our car was comfortable to drive even after sitting through the noon hour. Having a dining table that would accommodate everyone in our group at the same time was important to us and Costa Del Rey delivered!
The linens, pillows, mattresses, and living room furniture were all very comfortable and fresh.
The location turned out to be wonderful for our main event, which was a Ringling College graduation at the Robarts Arena. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable to us.
We can recommend Landon and Costa Del Rey to other guests!

Landon was a great host and communicated well from check in to check out. The house is very spacious and clean just like the photos. My teenagers loved the pool area and the fact that they each got a room with a king bed! The house is very close to beaches, restaurants, etc.

This was a great place to stay. The house was very tastefully decorated, well maintained and fully equipped for anything you'd need on vacation. The beds were so comfortable!! The pool was fantastic and the kids had a ton of fun swimming. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was perfect to get to all the attractions. Our host was amazing- he was so responsive, communicated with us regularly and ensured we were prepared for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for our family of 8 adults. We were close to our downtown wedding location and the beach was a short drive. Just down the road are wonderful Amish restaurants, bakery and ice cream shop. The home was roomy and we never felt crowded. Pool was super clean. Would stay here again.

We LOVED Landon’s place! His communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. We have stayed at a lot of AirBNB’s and the added touches at Landon’s made the stay much better than many other experiences (lots of towels, toiletries and starter products so we didn’t have to dash to the store as soon as we arrived was very much appreciated). The pool was a definite bonus, our kids loved it! All the beds were very comfortable and the place was sparkling clean! Sarasota is beautiful and Landon’s place is literally 10 minutes drive from everywhere so it’s a perfect spot to stay! We definitely plan to return to Sarasota and would 100% stay here again. Thanks for making our stay so special, we really appreciate it!

Lovely home with great comfy bedding and there was plenty of room for our 5 girl getaway. Pool was a bit chilly and there was not enough pool chairs for everyone to sit in the sun but we made do.

We were thrilled with the experience at Costa Del Ray - the property and amenities were everything that was offered and then some. We truly had everything we needed - the kitchen even had labels for our convenience. The location was great, walking distance to a local park and some food, close drive to the beach, shopping etc. The pool was fantastic - we have young kids and they had toys, and even a protective gate/screen we could put up. It was the perfect escape for us and we're thankful to Landon and the team for making our vacation so carefree! Will definitely consider booking this location or other properties by this team for our next trip.

Love the space! The layout is so great & very well appointed. Perfect for family gathering. The beds are wonderful and linens are top notch. The location was great, definitely go check out Yoders Amish Village. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you could possibly need.
