Costa del Ray

I had to travel to Sarasota for work and decided to bring my family along for a nice vacation. This house was perfect for us! The location was exactly what we needed! 15 minutes from my work and 15 minutes from the beach. My kids LOVED the pool and even I ended up enjoying it. We had a few hiccups during our stay but it was quickly dealt with. I travel to the area a few times a year and plan on bringing my kids back with me here again because of how great they were!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and in an excellent location with easy access to everything we needed. We especially loved the pool, the well-equipped kitchen, and the peaceful atmosphere. The home was exactly as described, and it was clear that the hosts take great care of the property. Landon’s place was perfect for us. Location is key to any getaway, and this house has everything you need close by. I just want to thank this wonderful team for the professionalism, respect and dedication throughout this process for this Labor Day weekend. My family and few friends have sons that played in Sarasota all weekend and we needed a place big enough, great space etc for all of us and from booking to allowing is check in early by almost 2 hours because we were done early from our tournament on Saturday. They reply back within mins when you message them. We would definitely recommend going through this host and their team.

Beautiful and cozy vacation property. It's not a new residence, but it is beautiful and very spacious. It's in a good neighborhood. It has everything you need to feel at home: cleaning supplies, towels, excellent and comfortable beds, fast internet, a private pool, beach equipment, clean bathrooms with excellent showers. The location is perfect; it's close to everything. Landon is an excellent host. He is attentive to his guests to clarify any questions and resolve the slightest problem related to the property. He is very attentive to messages and responds immediately. It was a pleasure to stay there.

My family and I stayed here for 4 days and had a great time. The home is beautiful and the pool was lots of fun. This home is located in a great spot and is close to downtown and all the fun tourist areas. Great space for a vacation! The host has great communication and responded very quickly to our questions. If I’m in the area again, this will be where I stay.

Costa Del Rey checked all of our boxes! From my first inquiry to the last day of our trip, Landon was always quick to respond.
The home was clean and spacious and the yard we'll cared for. There's a lovely tree that shades the driveway, so our car was comfortable to drive even after sitting through the noon hour. Having a dining table that would accommodate everyone in our group at the same time was important to us and Costa Del Rey delivered!
The linens, pillows, mattresses, and living room furniture were all very comfortable and fresh.
The location turned out to be wonderful for our main event, which was a Ringling College graduation at the Robarts Arena. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable to us.
We can recommend Landon and Costa Del Rey to other guests!

This was a great place to stay. The house was very tastefully decorated, well maintained and fully equipped for anything you'd need on vacation. The beds were so comfortable!! This was the perfect location for our family of 8 adults. We were close to our downtown wedding location and the beach was a short drive. Just down the road are wonderful Amish restaurants, bakery and ice cream shop. The home was roomy and we never felt crowded. Pool was super clean. Would stay here again.

We LOVED Landon’s place! His communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. We have stayed at a lot of AirBNB’s and the added touches at Landon’s made the stay much better than many other experiences (lots of towels, toiletries and starter products so we didn’t have to dash to the store as soon as we arrived was very much appreciated). The pool was a definite bonus, our kids loved it! All the beds were very comfortable and the place was sparkling clean! Sarasota is beautiful and Landon’s place is literally 10 minutes drive from everywhere so it’s a perfect spot to stay! We definitely plan to return to Sarasota and would 100% stay here again. Thanks for making our stay so special, we really appreciate it!

We were thrilled with the experience at Costa Del Ray - the property and amenities were everything that was offered and then some. We truly had everything we needed - the kitchen even had labels for our convenience. The location was great, walking distance to a local park and some food, close drive to the beach, shopping etc. The pool was fantastic - we have young kids and they had toys, and even a protective gate/screen we could put up. It was the perfect escape for us and we're thankful to Landon and the team for making our vacation so carefree! Will definitely consider booking this location or other properties by this team for our next trip.

Love the space! The layout is so great & very well appointed. Perfect for family gathering. The beds are wonderful and linens are top notch. This home was perfect for our company vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect if you're looking to be near Pinecraft. The pool came in clutch for us because the red tide was present on the beaches during week we were there. The house was newly renovated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
