This cozy cottage sits on the same property as the owner’s home, giving you both privacy and the added comfort of a welcoming host nearby. We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! 1. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.

2. This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately, and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for the immediate removal of the guests from the home.

3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

4. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4-wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow.

5. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

6. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

Property was beautiful and exactly what our family was looking for. Our children loved the animals and the open field to play. Perfect place to stay to unplug and unwind. Can’t wait to return and enjoy the peace and quiet.

This place was amazing. We wanted somewhere we could stay and have our kids and grandbaby all together with us. It ended up being only 7 mins away from our PA family. I can see us renting again when we come visit from TN. We met the owner of the property and he was so kind and welcoming. Felt like family!

This property was simply amazing; high on the list of favorites to date! Our family was in town for soccer and needed a place to rest and unwind after long tournament days. This property had ample space, comfortable living, friendly property staff and so much beautiful scenery to take in. What is our cancellation policy?

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
