We love staying here, it's an awesome house, and Landon is a great host.
We felt right at home.
This was a return stay for us, and it was just as good as the first time.
The bed is comfy and the house is well stocked.
The area is peaceful and the neighbours are all welcoming and friendly.

Well equipped, stocked, furnished, very clean.
Location was central to commuting to both the beach and highway for travel.
Modern kitchen and furnishings, dated but functional bathrooms.
Grocery stores, pharmacy, markets, gas station, etc all close by
Location was in quiet, safe Mennonite neighbourhood, streets were not well lit.
Landon was a very pleasant and responsive host.
Would recommend more flexibility in checkout times, especially in off season.

This place was fantastic especially the screened patio which we used for eating meals, reading, and doing work. The bed rooms were sufficiently spacious; kitchen modern; and living room was comfortable. Access to the Legacy Trail was paramount and made this a perfect match for us. We would book here again.

This house was absolutely lovely. Landon had provided extra amenities -- Tide detergent, dish soap, hand soaps in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, extra trash bags, coffee and filters, etc. We arrived just a few days after Hurricane Milton had caused significant damage in the area. When we arrived, the house was perfect, the yard debris was cleaned up, and we had a great stay. He communicated with us in advance about the power being back on and the airport being open.

We have traveled to Florida many times and this has been the nicest Airbnb we have stayed at. Not only was the home beautiful and private but the surrounding area was also nice! No complaints here! We will definitely be saving this and coming back to stay.

Let me start by saying that Landon is the perfect host. He is very communicative, quickly responds to any enquiries, very friendly and has endless knowledge/ recommendations for things to do/see and places to eat and drink in and around the area.
The house itself is awesome, access was quick and easy, and it looks just like the pictures , it is so cosy and very clean.
Everything you would require is provided.
The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms.
The coffee machine served me well, filters and coffee were provided.
I'm from the UK, and the washing line and pegs were used on a daily basis.
The lanai was the perfect place to sit and relax and to watch the wildlife.
The legacy Trail runs very close to the house, so bring/rent a bike.
The area is very quiet, and everyone who we saw would always wave or say hello.
We didn't want to leave.
We will definitely stay in this little gem again.

We stayed here for three weeks and it worked perfectly for our needs. The house was clean and had all basic amenities; I loved the inclusion of the beach towels for us to use! It’s located in an Amish neighborhood which meant we were able to enjoy Amish restaurants, bakeries and markets. (The bakery was so fun to explore) It’s a peaceful area and the neighborhood seemed to have lots of families. I appreciated that we got to choose our own temp for the A/C!
We had a problem of a toilet clogging and Landon responded quickly and had it fixed for us that same day! And even with all other issues or needs, he was incredibly helpful and quick to respond.
Sarasota was a beautiful town, everything we could have needed was 20 minutes away! Plenty of beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Check out the farmers market on Saturdays and Detwilers, a locally sourced grocery store. There’s also a great night life in the area, which is only a quick Uber ride away!

We LOVED our stay in Siesta Keys! This home was perfect for my family and I and in a great location near everything! Super clean, stocked with everything you need, and quiet little neighborhood. I do wish there was a TV though…I thought I wouldn’t care about not having one, but it would be great to sit back and enjoy some tv or a movie at night or on rainy days. Otherwise, fantastic! We also had some issues when we first arrived - the code we were given to enter the home was not working so we had to try and get a hold of someone for help (after a 20hour drive, I was a little upset) but the issue was resolved quickly! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sarasota!

Beautiful house with all amenities in a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The neighbourhood was very quiet! The house was very clean and we loved the screened in porch. The host was quick to respond to emails and check in and out process was very easy. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to take advantage of the fire pit in the back yard but would have loved it. I would recommend it highly to anyone.

Great location, neighborhood was quite and loved being able to sit outside. The location was good for us as we visit family in Venice and Bradenton. The only negative would be the big white shed openings should secured better to protect dogs or children from getting in.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and I just couldn't picture being in a hotel for 6 days. I was able to book this amazing house that truly felt like our home. My little one loved waking up and playing in the backyard. We made s'mores and enjoyed the fire pit. Also, the beaches are a short drive away. So glad we stayed here and hope to come back soon!

We stayed over spring break, nice clean home, 25 minutes away from the beach! Neighborhood is quiet and on a dead end road, no traffic up and down the street. No TV’s, we brought our own. Definitely recommend for a short or long stay.

Very pleased. Worked perfect for 2 couples. It’s hard to find a VRBO with 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. We had a few fires in the fire ring and had a couple of bag tournaments.

Very comfortable stay, so quite during the nights. We recommend place for families with kid(s), safe and with all necessary equipment, like crib and high chair, everything was so very clean(!).
Fruit market and highly rated restaurants near by.
Closest beach about 15-20 min by car.

If your in the Sarasota area and need a spot that’s gets you and the family together then I’d pick this one because there’s no technology to drown in you can actually enjoy each other’s presence and enjoy one another ! Plenty of yard games and other activities to do theu our the house so I recommend you choose this one !!!

Spent Labor Day weekend at Landon's Place and I will definitely stay there again. It's only a few minutes away from Siesta Key Beach and amazing restaurants.
It's a real quiet neighborhood.
The place was really clean, organized came with everything we needed. The kitchen has utensiles for cooking and there are games like monopoly, deck of cards and Uno in the living room to keep you entertained. There is a grill and fireplace in the backyard which came in handly. Its an ideal place for kids and families.
Landon is an excellent host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He also provided a summary of things to do in the area which we found helpful.
This was a great experience and I would recommend Landon's place if you plan on visiting Sarasota.

I have stayed in several Airbnb and by far this is the best host I have had. He answered our questions promptly and provided all the necessary information and help during our stay. The place location was close to basically everything. My kids and I enjoyed how cozy, clean and spacious the house was and we can’t wait for another vacation.
