Place is perfect for a large family. Very roomy with very comfortable beds. Plenty of parking including a 3 car garage. There were a few maintenance items that I feel confident will be addresses promptly.
Landon is very attentive to the guests needs and responds immediately. I appreciated his communication throughout our stay

We had a great family weekend. Great location for little kids aw well. House has lots of space and a big garden with a playground. If you are a larger group (10 persons) dinner table plus chairs might be a problem. Beds are super comfortable. Easy to communicate with host.

What a gorgeous find! Our group of best friends of 20+ years came together with a few kids in tow to enjoy our dear friend's performance at a local theatre. This was the perfect location...near to the theatre, restaurant, and grocery store, and yet tucked away in nature. The view of the horse farm and Marsh Creek is worth the choice alone. But the incredible pool, fire pit, and swingset for the kids were icing on the cake. We enjoyed coversation around the fire making smores, and floating on the rafts that come with the pool! The front porch has comfortable rockers to enjoy the view of Marsh Creek with a cup of tea. The kitchen has plenty of space for prep and cooking, and is open and flowing to the living room with comfy leather couches and a huge TV perfect for movie night. The bedrooms are so welcoming with cozy blankets draped at the ends of the beds, and plenty of clean white towels and washcloths to cover all the guests for the entire stay. There is a sunroom with windows on all 3 sides...perfect for stealing away for some quiet time. Plenty of parking for 2 cars in the garage and a large parking pad. We enjoyed walking down the entrance road to Marsh Creek after meals....to enjoy the peaceful horses and the sound of cicadas. Landon, our host, is always available for questions and is so helpful and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to switch to a true "Free and Clear" detergent, as I am sensitive to chemicals and the detergent used had a scent. But even this is not enough to keep me from a RAVE 5-star review. I am thrilled we found this gem of a home and can't wait to return and make more memories with kindred friends!

This is a wonderful home in a beautiful location. It’s across the street from a beautiful park and horse farm so the views were magnificent. The master bedroom suite is huge and has a large closet. The bedrooms are spacious and the first floor had a large den with multiple other rooms great for teleworking or chilling for our large extended family. There were some appliances ( stove, dishwasher) in the kitchen that were not intuitive to use but overall the kitchen was great. We loved the outdoor space including the pool and swing set. Landon was extremely responsive to all questions and when we had electrical issue his team sent out an electrician to fix the problem. We would love to come back but hope you can move the queen bed out of the connected king bedroom so it’s truly a 6 bedroom home.

The house overlooks a lake and a horse corral. It is large enough that my family members had a lot of privacy we had beautiful weather and we made use of the pool each day. The only thing that bothered me was that the pool didn’t have a hand rail to get in and out of it. I would go back again

The home is spacious and clean. The layout was great for our large family. The grandkids loved the play scape and plenty of room to run around. The saltwater pool was so refreshing! We enjoyed our stay and all the memories we made as a family!

Perfection! The outside grounds are well manicured & the driveway holds multiple cars. The view is stunningly beautiful. The moment you enter the house you discover its sophisticated charm . Each room was inviting & spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable for all. All toiletries were provided & then some! Just bring your suitcase & you are ready for an unforgettable experience!. Amazing home! I can’t express enough how incredible this home is - from the beautiful view of the lake and horses across the roadway to the wonderful relaxing pool. This home had all we needed for our stay. There were 9 of us and we fit perfectly. The rooms were spacious! The kitchen is well equipped to maintain many. Landon was always attentive and friendly!! We had a short stay while visiting nearby family and this was a convenient location for us. All instructions were easy to follow and it was an easy checkout. We can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we spent with our family, and the house and surroundings were perfect for all of us. The little ones loved petting the horses across the road and running around the yard. The early morning sunrise is not to be missed… just stunning! Everyone had plenty of space to join in the fun or find a quiet spot to visit.
The beds are comfortable and there was an abundance of fresh white towels to meet everyone’s needs.
Highly recommend. We will be back the next time we’re in the area.

Landon’s place was the perfect family home for accommodating a few of us staying in town for our daughters’ volleyball tournament. We stayed here for a family getaway to ring in the new year 2024 and it was amazing. we had a total of 17 people adults and kids and all fit comfortably. Backyard is amazing space for kids to play. The beds were all so comfortable. Any issues I had Landon’s was quick to respond and help out with any questions. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here and are definitely going to book again in the future.
