*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay. 

Please Note:

1. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. This is NOT a party house. We will not tolerate illegal drugs, hookahs, smoking indoors or excessive alcohol consumption. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and strictly enforced. Please do not bring external speakers and play loud music - the neighborhood is very quiet. We do not permit additional people at the home who are not included in the original booking. During the day we ask you to please be respectful of the neighbors and keep music turned down while outside. Thank you for being respectful of the neighbors and the property! :)

2. Be sure to bring your own firewood for the fire pit, or you can purchase some at a nearby Turkey Hill convenience store at Rt. 30 and Ronks Rd.

3. PET POLICY: A pet fee of $150 per dog needs to paid before reservation is confirmed. Max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 fine and it is grounds for immediate removal from the home. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (we recommend you bring doggy waste bags) and in the home.

4. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
