The house was extremely well kept and exactly what was described in the listing. It is close to downtown Sarasota as well as close to siesta key and there beautiful beaches. Landon was extremely responsive with the couple questions I did have before and during my stay. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best place we have stayed at for travel ball tournaments in the Sarasota area. We travel here at least once a month for baseball, and this home was by far our favorite stay yet. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family.
The backyard and heated pool were amazing after long days at the ball fields the kids never wanted to leave. The outdoor setup made it feel like a private resort. The location was perfect, the check-in process was smooth, and the host was great to work with.
You can tell a lot of care goes into this property. We will definitely be booking this place again for future tournaments. Highly recommend to any families traveling for sports or just looking for a relaxing getaway!

Landon was the best host I have experienced! He was kind and accommodating! The pool and hot tub are relaxing and very clean! I have nothing bad to say at all about our stay! Me hospedé en este Airbnb y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El lugar estaba impecable, muy limpio y organizado, justo como se mostraba en las fotos. La cama era súper cómoda y el espacio en general se sentía acogedor, perfecto para descansar.

This home was great! The kids loved the backyard. We had a great time in the pool, and the hot tub was 5 stars. Not too far from the beach, and Landon was on point with checking in and making sure we were okay.

This place is great and every bit as it’s described by the owners. We were very surprised by the backyard and spent a majority of our vacation in the pool with our kids in between checking out all that Sarasota has to offer. Even during spring break the area doesn’t feel touristy at all and is perfect for a getaway. Florida has never been very high on my places to vacation but I would absolutely recommend this house and would definitely make it a point to come here again based on this experience!

This house was perfect for hosting part of our large family when they visited for Christmas. The house was tidy, and the beds were comfortable. It was also very conveniently located for us—close to the other house and central to lots of things to do in Sarasota. We will definitely use it again if the need comes up!
