Landon was super nice and communicated very quickly. The house offers everything you need especially for a larger family.
The coffee beans they offered were top tier and I couldn’t wait to wake up and drink some!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home. The house is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with stylish details that make it feel both modern and welcoming.
The kitchen was one of our favorite features—it is incredibly well equipped with high-quality appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. We also loved spending time in the outdoor area. The lounge chairs were perfect for relaxing, and the large dining table was great for family dinners. The house is stocked with so many useful extras, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach canopy, which made our beach trips much more enjoyable.
We also appreciated the small gym, board games, and toys for young children. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.
We would happily stay here again.

Very beautiful home! Nicely decorated with new, modern furniture and well-lit! After a 7-hour drive from Atlanta we were more than thrilled when we entered the home exhausted! The bedrooms were good-sized and the beds very comfy. Fun pool in the back where we swam at night under the moon. We'll-equipped kitchen. Quick 15-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach plus lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. Landon was super quick answering our questions......would stay again without a doubt!

Beautiful property that looks just like the pictures! Beds were comfortable and the house had everything that you think you could need! There are new houses going up in the area so the noise was quite loud early in the morning but that’s absolutely the only complaint but that should be done soon.

We had such a great time at this place last week! The house is super modern and luxurious, everything was spotless and super tidy. The pool out back was awesome – kids splashed around all day. They had fun toys and games for the little ones too. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels, and well-equipped kitchen which made everything easy. Landon was super responsive and helpful. Upstairs WiFi can be improved. Felt like home, would stay again!

Phenomenal place within 15 minutes of major beaches. Also close to downtown and main attractions. Property is beautiful and spacious, perfect for families with kids. Host was very accommodating with all of our asks and made this stay an absolute pleasure.
