We had a really good stay at this property. The company managing the property was responsive. House rules were simple, check in/out easy. More spacious than pictures. Master bed/bath was large and house has been updated. We used the pool everyday as great for kids after beach. Felt safe in the neighborhood as surrounded by mostly million dollar homes that are either remodeled or rebuilt. Close to city, beaches, hospital, shopping, and south side restaurant area. One of the few places my family has said they would like to come back and stay on next visit to Sarasota!

This was a last-minute trip with my family to Sarasota for business. I can genuinely say my son felt like this place was his new home away from home. We made some amazing memories here the beds were extremely comfortable, especially the master. The home was very clean. We love the pool minus the mosquitoes.
Definitely will be booking again in the future. Also, the location is very close to everything you need.

Beautiful place, peaceful neighnorhood for daily walks! My husband and I as well as our baby had a relaxing time! Very clean which was important to me traveling with small child! The master bedroom and bathroom were exceptional, gorgeous stocked kitchen! Pool was a big plus as my husband had to work in the mornings! Lots of coffee shops restaurants near by ! Drove to Siesta Key beach daily which was a huge plus! Definitely recomend and would stay again ! Landon was a great host, available responsive with clear instructions!

My family and I (5 adults) had a wonderful time at Landon's house. This was one of the best AirBnb's we've stayed at. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Central location. This house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops, about 10 min to downtown, 15-20 to the beach and airport. I saw bus stops on the main road a few blocks away.
Very clean--it even met my mother's expectations!--and well-stocked, including supplies for a day at the beach. The pool was sparkling and warm. We had many meals sitting on the patio. The house itself is gorgeous. Beds super comfortable and the bedrooms are very private.
We spent a couple of days at Lido Beach because it was an easy drive. No problem finding parking. This was our first time on the Gulf side of FL and the water is amazing. Warm and blue with gentle waves.
For restaurants: Fish Camp is fun. Indigenous was creative and yummy. The location and comfort of this house made our visit extra pleasant and we hope to return!

The house was conveniently located and easy to find and access. The interior was spectacular: clean, fully outfitted, and elegantly designed. The furnishings were luxurious and seemed brand new. The backyard was private and the pool was divine. I can't say enough good things about this property. Landon was responsive, thoughtful, and attentive. The Master Bedroom with the bathroom is the “highlight”, although all the home is very well decorated and well preserved, looks like new.

This is a beautiful home with two bedrooms in one area and the primary bedroom in a completely different area which allows for privacy within the home. Its a great contemporary design and has a full kitchen. My only suggestion would be to allow a check in / out extended by one hour.

This house was so cozy for my brother's family and mine to celebrate the Christmas holidays. Even though it was cold outside, the kids spent all day in the heated pool. The bathrooms were beautifully done, and the kitchen was a perfect social space. We all slept well in the deluxe soft beds. I would highly recommend this place to other large families

I came for a fun family vacation and Landon did not disappoint. This place is not only modern and beautiful but it is exceptionally comfortable, clean and conveniently located. No need to worry about what to do because you have all the toys and entertainment you need just at the AirBNB. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

Very pleasant experience. Exceptional home that is very well appointed and in a premier location within Sarasota, proximate to EVERYTHING. Video matches audio with this rental…everything matches the description…clean, new, beautiful decor, wonderful patio/pool setup, spacious bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds…I can go on and on. Responsiveness of hosts is extremely fast…they are great! Highly recommend. We will stay here again.

Landon is a fantastic host! Great communication.
The house is beautifully updated (gorgeous kitchen; gem of a primary suite). The floorplan is well laid out, with a central space to gather and a slightly set off area for quiet reading. The bedrooms also have some space among them. (We really appreciated this, given that there was a pretty big range in the sleep schedules for our group.)

Beautiful residence! Me and my college roommates had such a relaxing time here together. As public beach access was only 10 minutes away and everything else was just across the water. Perfect location. Unfortunately the cleaning company was running behind and we had to figure out how to pass an hour and a half of time after check-in with a loaded car.

This is a great location and a must stay if you are in Sarasota and need an amazing layout of a home with a pool. The host is responsive and super proactive while also being helpful with recommendations. The home itself is immaculate, the floors, the kitchen, and the bedrooms are beautifully crafted for the comfort of the guests. The home is beautifully decorated while still allowing for comfort. The pool and the outdoor lanai are also perfect for a nice swim and eating outdoors. It is located in a neighborhood so you feel safe and very peaceful and also quiet. It is also centrally located so you can go anywhere you need to go especially great local spots like the UTC area or downtown, everything is centrally located. I will definitely return!

Landon's place was perfect! Our party consisted of 4 adults and a 13 year old girl. Everyone had plenty of space! The beds were extremely comfortable and the house included everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard - it has a very private, tropical vibe with all of the bamboo and other large plants. The mosquitos bothered us a little bit (we're used to it coming from Texas), but they did have a citronella candle on the back porch. I would recommend bringing bug spray, especially when the humidity rises. The house sits on the corner at a 4 way stop, so there is a little bit of traffic noise when you're outside, but it's not bothersome inside the house.
We were very close to Publix for groceries. The Amish/Mennonite community of Pinecraft is right around the corner. Neat to explore! Highly recommend the Mote Aquarium and Lido Beach. Siesta Keys has a great downtown area. Landon's house was in a great, central location, less than 5 miles to most everything!

The house was beautiful and Landon replied quickly to my questions on the first night-and I had a few! There were beach chairs when we arrived which was great since they must have been a new addition—we had a blast and the home was beautiful. Looking forward to possibly renting again!

Amazing stay! House is gorgeous, clean, & spacious. The pool was plenty warm to swim despite it not being heated. The backyard is completely enclosed by a 6 ft fence & is lined with tall trees that ensure privacy. All necessities were provided - trash bags, detergent, etc, & all appliances were functional. The beds were extremely comfortable. Location was good - everywhere we wanted to visit was no more than a 20 minute drive. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again!

A great place for a middle size family wanting some quality time. Everything functions as intended which facilitates a smooth transition to the new place. As the cherry on top stands it’s location, which although extremely peaceful is only a few minutes from all important locations in the vicinity. Beach ? what to say about it ????just espectacular . Great house with everything you need. We were in Sarasota for the USRowing Youth Nationals & this house was perfect for us. Location is great! It's in a quiet residential neighborhood with some nice shops and restaurants close by (~15 minute walk), is a 15 - 20 minute drive from Nathan Benderson Park, and 15 - 20 minutes from either Siesta Key Beach or Lido Beach. The house is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay (except perhaps beach chairs). The pool and outdoor area were great, complete with pool floaties. We would happily stay there again.
