The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota! If you park in downtown Sarasota, this is a wonderful option for beating the beach parking lot traffic, and navigating downtown!

- This stay is central to beaches, restaurants, and shops! We encourage you to use our loved public transportation system to make traveling easy, and eco-friendly!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- We offer reusable grocery bags to make shopping at your local farmers market both chic and sustainable!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural Florida sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
- Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, that we do have security cameras at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It faces the exterior of the home and at the back of the house overlooking the pool. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee of $25 a day with a minimum of 5 days.

7. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

8. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay in the Sunshine State!

So much offered on this property. Pool table/ ping pong table. Swimming pool. Firepit (smores every evening). 4hole putting green (clubs & balls provided).Huge great room with comfort seating for everyone.Well equipped kitchen for lots of home cooking for our boarding school kids. Home away from home!!

Our week stay was amazing! Landon and his team work really hard to make the guests feel like we're at home. They have everything!!! From an ample amount of COMFORTABLE seating to 2 different coffee makers and coffee/tea to go along with them. All you really need to bring is your clothes and food you'd like to cook while there. The home is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The air conditioning kept the house COLD in this summer heat! My boys enjoyed swimming everyday and they were able to use the noodles and pool toys that were there at the house. I made use of the back patio every morning enjoying a cup of coffee. We also went to the beach and were able to use the shovels and buckets that were there as well. They provide laundry detergent so that's one less worry about having to purchase as well. My boys also enjoyed the Pac-Man gaming machine and the multiple games that were on the console. Also, the WIFI was top notch!! Definitely made it easy for my husband to complete work projects and respond to emails easily even with everyone having several devices connected. I can literally go on and on about our stay but I think I've gotten the point across. This was definitely the BEST stay we've had at a vacation rental. We will definitely be using this rental in the future and would recommend anyone else looking for a safe, spacious, beautifully decorated and clean comfortable space to book here. Worth every penny and you won't be disappointed.

This house was a gem. It was spacious and set up well. We didn't have to move any furniture around to make it more comfortable. The open layout of the kitchen and living room were perfect, making hanging out enjoyable. The kids loved the PacMan arcade and the swimming pool was amazing and the putting green was a fun little bonus!
There was a gorgeous preserve just a 15min drive from the house and it was beautiful. We were here for Middle School Track All State and the drive to IMG was only 10min. Location was awesome!

Quiet Oasis

This location worked great for a large family vacation. It’s big enough for everyone and has a lot of variety of space so that everyone doesn’t feel like they are on top of each other. The outside pool area was also great for a cookout and the beds were all comfortable. The large dining table made it great so everyone could sit and enjoy dinner. And, there are TVs everywhere so everyone can watch what they want.

This house was stunning! Breath taking! It had everything but a yacht and bar lol. I would book this place over and over again. There were 7 adults and it was never crowded. There were lots of extra fresh towels and wash clothes. Everything was there down to tons of food seasonings in the cabinets. We didn’t have to go out and buy toiletries etc just food. It was so perfect! The beds were so comfortable and the linen was soft and comfy. It was so well decorated in every room. The garage was clean and there is a washer and drier. The driveway including garage fits 6 cars and 2 on the street in front of the house. If it’s available this time next year we will book again!!! The neighborhood is quiet and very clean/safe. The pool was clean and the water was warm. There’s 2 sitting areas in the back, one was with the pool and the other with the fire pit. The house was definitely made for large groups. The fridge was spacious and we are all cooks so we all had several prepped meals.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war absolut gepflegt. Rückfragen wurden jederzeit sehr schnell, nett und kompetent beantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist modern und technisch anspruchsvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde auf Wunsch gereinigt. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Ärzte sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die wunderschönen Strände sind in 15-35 Minuten zu erreichen.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay with your family, that has a central location to lots of restaurants and activities, and boasts a responsive host, then you’ve found your spot. And not saying this place was absolutely perfect, but any issues were addressed quickly by Landon and to our satisfaction. I recommend this spot over staying on Anna Maria Island or even closer to the island because you have easy access to Bradenton (which has better restaurants, grocery, and gas) and you don’t have to deal with the horrible traffic during peak season. I would absolutely recommend this place and if we planned another vacation to this area, we’d stay here again.

From the moment we walk in we felt rigth at home, the house is beutiful just as described and the pictures dont lie. The host answer all our questions and responsive when ever we needed to. We were able to build new memories around the fire pit ...did some smores , talk and bonded as family. We love the headed pool since the had a little cool weather we were able to enjoy it. The beds are comfortable ... We will definelly stay here again and recomend to any family

Perfect Thanksgiving Venue

Property as described and even better when you check in. Very clean and comfortable. Would have loved to see TVs in the other guest bedrooms especially if you have a larger group that want to watch different programs. Location is convenient to stores and shopping so no problem getting what we needed. The outdoors area is great for cooler nights with the firepit and also a heated pool. Overall great stay and would not hesitate to book again the next time I'm in the area.

The stay was perfect for a bachelorette party for 8 women in their 30’s. Sleeping arrangements were great and a perfect set up if you had a couple families. Landon was super responsive when I was having trouble figuring some things out. Pool was great feature. Loved the location and neighborhood and seemed like just 15-20 minutes to anything you could want to do.

A beautiful home that fit all seven of my family members comfortably! We enjoyed spending the day by the pool and driving over to Anna Maria Island for the beach! Great space for hanging out and just enjoying a relaxing weekend. Also appreciated the house layout (lots of big beds and rooms) and the big kitchen and fridge. Backyard and pool are also lovely to hang and just have a drink. Only improvement I can think of is if the owner wanted to provide some additional floaties or beach equipment, all around great place.

Landon was great to work with and was very communicative prior and throughout our stay. The house was really nice with plenty of comfortable beds, a nice covered pool, cool fire pit area, places to relax and beautiful kitchen to cook in. Great for families, short drive to the beach

Check in was smooth and property manager was easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. About 10 minute drive to Holmes beach. 30 minutes to Lido Key. The kids enjoyed the pool and the kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to eat in. Only issue we had was the tub and sinks in one of the bathrooms were slow to drain and some minor cosmetic stuff you would expect from a rental. Overall, good experience and would stay again.

Awesome house, centrally located in Bradenton close to Anna Maria Island and quick access to skyway to St. Pete and Tampa Bay area. Nice residential neighborhood a short drive away from grocery stores and eateries. The house was clean, spacious and had all the amenities my family needed to be comfortable and have a nice stay, inside and outside. Thanks to Landon for an easy check in process, clear instructions and labeling stuff in the house made everything simple to find and use.

We just came back from our trip and I can’t say enough about the property or Landon! First, upon walking in the house we immediately noticed how beautiful, well taken care of and extremely clean the property was . The outdoor space is truly an oasis that shouldn’t be missed! The pool is perfect to cool down after a hot day at the beach. The property is located right around the corner from shops and restaurants and about 6-9 miles from all of the beaches on the island. We did have an issue with the AC and Landon had someone out to the premises under a few hours and the issue was remediated the next day because parts were needed, to fix the unit (12 hour turn-around), couldn’t ask for more! We definitely plan on staying here or at one of the properties operated by Landon again!

What is our cancellation policy?

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
