Kiwi Cove

House was just like the description and pictures! Very clean and tidy felt like home as soon as you walked into it! The neighborhood was super peaceful. The house was a short drive to the beach or shops. The host Landon was a great he was super friendly and welcoming and he’s very responsive to questions and any concerns.

Very charming!
This home has everything you need for a small family. It’s beautifully equipped with all essentials. Very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of towels, it has all beach gear & grill ready to use. We loved the location and the quiet peaceful area!

Landon was a great host. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and he was always attentive and responsive whenever we had questions. We really enjoyed our time there and appreciated his hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return in the future.

Landon's place was very clean, modern, and spacious. We enjoyed the yard and the pool very much. It was very centrally located to many beaches, downtown & activities for convenience.

The house was awesome and really clean when we arrived. Communication with the host was easy and the host was very accessible. All information for the house was easy o find and the Internet was great to work with.

We stayed here for 11 nights Nov 2025. The property has plenty of parking out front. Entering the home, while basic, was very clean and inviting. The space accommodated 3 adults and 2 children with room.
The outdoor space was very nice, although we had to somewhat convince the host to have the pool heat turned on based on policy. But they were proactive and it was way more enjoyable after. The bikes in the garage are not available for use. The area is great, Landon was helpful and overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — just a short drive to Lido Key, Siesta Key, and downtown Sarasota, making it easy to enjoy the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. One of my favorite parts was the pool — it was well maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Nice living room couches, kitchen area, and extra living room too. Loved that it was super easy to feel at home bc the kitchen, garage, pool had everything you need. The rooms are close to one another, which is harder to see in pics but that worked for us. Look forward to returning!!
