We rented Landon’s place for our family Christmas gathering, and it could not have been a better fit. Now that all of our kids are married and we have grandchildren, we no longer have enough room to host everyone at our own home. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt right at home.
Landon was wonderful to work with and very responsive from the start, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. The house was spacious enough for our whole family and offered plenty of amenities to keep everyone comfortable and entertained.
We would highly recommend Landon’s place for large family gatherings and would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding home! Beautiful inside & out. The tour by Duane of the stables & seeing the horses was a highlight of our trip. We had 11 people who all had beds & plenty of bathrooms. We came for a Notre Dame game & the drive into South Bend took a little time but was so worth it. We would love to stay again as the house was wonderful & relaxing. Loved everything about our stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. We had a group of friends (Couples) that came in to watch the Notre Dame Football game and stumbled upon this beautiful home on a horse farm. The pictures don't do it justice. The scenery is amazing. The house is perfectly laid out. There are four bedrooms for couples and an area above the garage that has four twin beds. Plenty of room for our group of 8.
We played cornhole in the garage (Huge 4 car garage). We used the screened in porch and fantastic BBQ on the back patio to cook a steak dinner. We went over and saw the horses next door. It was all incredible. It was a short 25 min. drive to the University of Notre Dame. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here if they get the chance.
The inside of the home is beautiful and has plenty of seating areas. TV's are plenty and the kitchen worked wonderfully.
This area of Indiana in the early Fall was gorgeous.
The staff was very communicative with us before we arrived.

The house is amazing, the horses and surrounding area are beautiful. The property is very well taken care of. Enough space for everyone to have their own area and some quiet while plenty of room for time together.
We met the grounds/facility manager and he was extremely friendly and welcoming.

We loved our stay! The house is large, clean, and well equipped. It has a very pretty interior. The setting is peaceful with the large back deck overlooking pastures with beautiful show horses. Everyone in our group had their own rooms and bathrooms. There are 2 additional half baths. The downstairs was really nice with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and pool table. There is a hot tub downstairs but we didn’t have time to use it. There is also a room with multiple twin beds up some stairs off the laundry room but we didn’t utilize that area. Overall, we were all very comfortable, enjoyed the quiet and location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property was amazing. So big, I felt like I would be lost all weekend in side the house, but we figured it out. The house was SO clean. Every bit of it. We communicated with the owners a few times throughout our stay about various things and they always answered promptly. The kitchen was well-stocked so we were easily able to make meals. The kids loved the hot tub. We all enjoyed the pool table and walking out every day to visit the horses. It was fun to travel around to all the little towns around us. There was a little gray cat that visited us every day. My nephew fell in love with him and named him El Gato. We are so glad we chose this home!

If you have ever dreamed of living on a beautiful horse farm in the middle of God’s country, you will love this place! We have multigenerational group and the accommodations were perfect. The home was well equipped for grilling and family meals. The hot tub was perfect for some time away and the basketball court provided lots of fun memories with the kids young and old. Our favorite views were waking up to see the yearlings running in the pastures and the sun rises and sunsets. Exploring the creeks for frogs and visiting the horses for ear scratches and pets. This will go down as a truly memorable trip for our family. We would definitely recommend this property.

Kountry Lane Stables When you walk into this house it takes your breath away. It is so immaculate and so beautiful. When you walk out on the deck and see the amazing grounds and the awesome horses it just takes you away from every stress that you ever had. Everything is just perfect. Living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool table room, hot tub, and garage where the kids have lots of room to play. Duane is awesome. He gave us a tour of the Stables and was so very wonderful. We thank him so much for taking the time to show us around. My grandkids begged me if we could go back to what they lovingly call THE HORSE HOUSE! I know we will be back.

This place is amazing! It is EXACTLY as pictured and described with lots of room for everyone.
It was very clean and spotless. All the necessary supplies were available.
The setting is very peaceful and quiet with wonderful views of the countryside and the horses.
Highly recommend the Stable Tour! The 4 Car Garage was absolutely wonderful as the weather was very rainy/snowy during our stay. We will be back. .

Our family goes on a family getaway every October. When I found the Stable House, I knew this was the place. We had a fantastic time here. The house was WOW, WOW and more WOW. Our 6 grandchildren fell in love with the horses. They went to see them morning, noon and evening. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone. So relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pool table too. The kids loved being in the huge long bedroom with the 4 beds. They had a blast. Dwayne gave us a tour of the stable. It was so interesting and we all really enjoyed his talk and showing us around. Our host, Landon, was absolutely fantastic. He made our stay so wonderful and told us to let him know if we needed anything. The day we had to leave my granddaughter started sobbing. I asked her why she was crying. She said I don't ever want to leave this place! I knew right then that I had picked the perfect place for our family getaway. Wonderful house on a beautiful horse farm. House was spacious, clean and in good condition. The entire area is very peaceful, and the house has a great deck where you can relax and watch the horses. The pool table in the basement and the basketball court kept the kids busy, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a very nice time and even got to see the horses up close and learn about the horses and the entire operation!

We had a wonderful time! The house met our expectations. We recommend booking this home. We celebrated our Moms’ passing,unexpectedly birthday. She would have been 85on July 20th this year. The home was EVEN BETTER than the photos, it was big and beautiful and clean and luxury. I am so happy I found this listing. Definitely a place you book to stay in your whole vacation!
The hot tub in the winter snow was sooo beautiful and comforting, along with the fireplaces and cozy blankets.
I went for my birthday with a few friends and we each had our own room. Since we knew it was going to be super snowy, we planned to cook all our meals at home, so the fully stocked kitchen was a pleasant amenity.
Also, the garage really came in handy!
Landon is a great host! Super communicative and kind, as well as available and willing to help with an issue and question. Thank you for everything! Will be staying again!!

My family and I have stayed at 11 Airbnbs this year alone, and this one was the best yet! From the booking to checkout, Landon was responsive and helpful. The house was clean, spacious, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a fire at night, played basketball & pool, and the hot tub was perfect (clean and functional).

The house was perfect for our family to enjoy each other's company while visiting family that live in the area for Thanksgiving. The layout ensures personal space, while providing ample space for getting together as well. Having grown up in the area, it was easy to navigate into Nappanee to enjoy Coppes Commons, or take a 30-minute drive over to Mishawaka for some black Friday shopping. This is a truly beautiful property. The bedrooms and common spaces are spacious and there are actually more bathrooms that it appears in the listing. In addition to the three bathrooms that are attached to bedrooms, there is one full and one half bath on the main floor. We also really enjoyed the peaceful setting. We took walks around the grounds in the morning, gathered in the screen porch with the fire pit during the cool evenings and had lots of late night fun in the bonus game room on the main floor. Highly recommend this property for a family gathering in a quiet and beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Indiana farm country. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, visiting the horses, playing corn hole and pool, and just relaxing by the fire. There is also a hot tub with robes and plenty of towels. This home was also spotlessly clean. Also, it is not too far from restaurants in Elkhart. It really was a wonderful experience.

Had a fantastic stay at this remote house located on a horse farm. Very quiet and peaceful. House was exactly as listed and absolutely gorgeous. This property was great and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. What stood out most was the peacefulness of the surrounding area. It was so quiet at night and the view was spectacular. The hot tub was a nice addition as well as the garage space to park our cars. The location was secluded but the host’s recommendations on places to visit nearby came in handy. Overall would highly recommend. Just for some information on the room situation since this wasn’t in the description, upstairs had one master bedroom with attached bath. There was also a full bath near the kitchen and a half bath near the master. The loft was above the garage through the laundry room near the kitchen. Downstairs had a half bathroom, bedroom with attached full bathroom and sitting room, and the remaining two bedrooms downstairs had a jack and jill bathroom.

We reserved this home for a family reunion weekend to celebrate our parents' golden anniversary. It was three adult siblings who grew up in Wakarusa, our spouses, and our kids ranging in age from one month to 16 years old. This house was PERFECT for us. There are three "pods" which include a bedroom (or two) plus a full bath. In addition, the big bunk room was quiet and perfect for the teens, who could sleep in a little without being woken by the babies. The common spaces made for great family bonding, and we each had a private retreat space. The deck is enclosed, so the little ones could run around in it like a play pen. And that view is just lovely. This house made it possible for us to enjoy time together in a low stress way. It was worth every penny! P.S. One local tip for folks traveling with small children: there is an excellent town park in Wakarusa at Harrison and Walnut Streets. The playground there is one of the best I've seen and includes a tot lot perfect for little ones.

We stayed at the home and everything was wonderful!! 4 Great bedrooms with clean beds with great mattresses. Great kitchen with everything you need. Close to town if you want to go for the coffee shop or shopping at the candy store with all kinds of candy from way back. We even got a tour of the horse barn which was great!! Good job!!

We had such a wonderful great vacation.
We took our children to Wakarusa for a short winter break, Thursday through Monday.
Landon was a pleasure to work with, available, responsive, and really kind.
We Arrived at this beautiful home, in a huge peaceful setting, with horses on the property. It was extremely peaceful and we made sure to keep the blinds opned throughout our stay so we can enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
The house is spacious, warm, welcoming, and lots to do, from a room with games, pool table, tv's, hot tub, fire places.. We made smors and grilled and had a blast!
We didn't plan on this big extra bouns, being in the center of Amish town, that was SUCH a pleasnt surprise, Landon shared links and locations for us to go out to. And, wow, we're we lucky. Our days were packed with lots to do. Interesting shopping, museums, rides, food.
Landon was very attentive and understanding regarding any concerns we had and helped us figure it all out.
TY for a wonderful vacation!

We had such a wonderful great vacation. We took our children to Wakarusa for a short winter break, Thursday through Monday. Landon was a pleasure to work with, available, responsive, and really kind. We Arrived at this beautiful home, in a huge peaceful setting, with horses on the property. It was extremely peaceful and we made sure to keep the blinds opned throughout our stay so we can enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The house is spacious, warm, welcoming, and lots to do, from a room with games, pool table, tv's, hot tub, fire places.. We made smors and grilled and had a blast! We didn't plan on this big extra bouns, being in the center of Amish town, that was SUCH a pleasnt surprise, Landon shared links and locations for us to go out to. And, wow, we're we lucky. Our days were packed with lots to do. Interesting shopping, museums, rides, food. Landon was very attentive and understanding regarding any concerns we had and helped us figure it all out. TY for a wonderful vacation!

This experience started with the incredible support from Landon from the beginning to the end. He could not have been more helpful and kind. Thank you so much!! The house, which really IS well stocked, was the perfect place for our "after Christmas" celebration with our Naperville family. I cannot say enough about the house itself. The amenities are outrageous, the house is the cleanest I've ever seen, the beds are so, so comfortable, and the horses are an added pleasure. If I could rate this higher than five stars, I would. We are already discussing a repeat visit this time next year, or possibly over the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful yard and nearby attractions. This place will not disappoint anyone.

We booked this beautiful home to ring in the new year with our friends that are like family. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind and spend a few days together. The house was super clean, one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in and we had plenty of room for parking. The home has great sized bedrooms and bathrooms and was comfortable for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the game room, playing pool in the basement and enjoying the hot tub with the beautiful views of the horse ranch behind the home. The property manager offered to give us a tour of the beautiful stables and the kids enjoyed petting the horses and seeing them up close. Landon gave us great info ahead of our stay and the communication was top notch from start to finish. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back sometime soon!

This property was perfect for our needs...3 sibling's families coming together to celebrate our Mother's passing. It provided us all the opportunity to come and go separately as needed but to be together for meals, games, etc at the end of the day. The entire process from check in to check out couldn't have been easier. Property management was very responsive to the few questions we had and the on-site manager Duane was unbelievably responsive if we had a question on anything from the wi-fi, fireplace or hot tub. The Wakarusa setting is very quiet and having 3 young fillies on property was an added bonus...very fun to watch them romp around the paddock. We'd highly recommend this property for family functions.

Best friends trip! This was the perfect getaway for our group of 12. Spacious, extremely clean, and beautiful views. We enjoyed the walking around the property and meeting the horses. There was a lot to do: pool table, hot tub, games galore, smart TV, even a bean bag toss set. Landon was very responsive and gave us great tips on where to grab food locally. Biana’s diner was great for brunch as well as the Barns at Naponee. We will be talking about that tour for a while! Thank you Landon! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

This property is gorgeous! Spacious, clean and comfortable in a way that you can come in and enjoy. We all loved the hot tub and the views from the decks. There is space to be together, but also to find quiet relaxation. We hope to book again!

We had an amazing time….plenty of room for the children to run and play. The location was picturesque!! Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner or more quiet country area to relax and unwind. Wakarusa is truly one of the cleanest places I’ve seen in Indiana. The house had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and thorough. We even had a barn tour that was an excitement for all. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much.

The Farm Manager, Duane, gave us a tour of the stables and let us see the horses. Communication with Landon was quick and easy. Highly recommend this location any time of year!

This is a great place on a quiet horse farm where we celebrated Christmas with our family. We loved the hot tub even on a cold night. We used the downstairs as hangout area where played a lot of pool and other games. Landon was a great host and checked in during the weekend.

The house was great and had everything we needed as described.
We found the pillows to be very uncomfortable and realized that they were “my pillow” brand, along with all the towels, bathrobes, and mattress toppers. So that was just interesting. But everything seemed new and clean, and everything we needed for a good stay was there!
