Lake Escape Cottage

The Coldwater community on the lake was amazing! The house was very comfortable and cozy. It’s makes for a nice and quiet getaway. If you’re a boater, paddle boarder or like canoeing be sure to take advantage and bring yours as the water access with the dock in the backyard is your gateway to copious amounts of fresh water fun. Landon is a great communicator and everything is exactly as shown and advertised. We would stay there again without question!

The cottage was very clean and well stocked with necessary dishes, pans, utensils.
Parking was adequate for two cars and a trailer.

We were so satisfied with the cottage, especially appreciated having a recliner for me to sleep in. The home was clean and decor inviting. It was easy to find and one of our group is a first timer! The rooms were well appointed and the beds comfortable. The entry door was a bit difficult to open, and we received the help quickly to find information to give us solution to the issue. Thank you for allowing us to come, do hope to be in area again!

Quick and easy to book. Response time was quick for any questions. There were plenty of garbage bags and loved they had floor fans for the bedrooms!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice place, quiet and relaxing. We had to contact Landon a couple times and the response was quick. The home is located at the end of a channel that connects to Coldwater lake, so it's shallow. If taking a boat, just trim up the motor and you'll be fine. Nice shade tree by the patio. Bedding was comfortable. Thanks!

This location was great with water access through the canal. Outdoor area is fantastic for any kind of family activities. House was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Not much more to ask for in a rental on a lake.

Stayed here for 4 nights while out of town for work… Perfect spot for us, had everything we needed to cook meals every night and was clean. I would recommend this house.

Our stay was simply excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The place was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos (even better), and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—quiet yet well connected.
The host was very attentive and communicative throughout, always willing to help and ensure everything was perfect. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

It’s was a really great! Very clean and easy to find. I loved the dock in the back great spot to sit and drink coffee in the morning! Over all a 10/10 would definitely go again!
