Landon was great throughout the whole process. We enjoyed our stay at his property. We had all we needed for our vacation. The thoughtfulness that was taken to make the property comfortable and homey did not go unnoticed. We will definitely book this listing the next time we are in Sarasota.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. The location was super convenient for us. The house was spacious and the backyard patio was great! Landon was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again for our next visit.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had by far! Landon was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout our stay. My husband, our friends, and I truly enjoyed our time here. Everyone was comfortable, and the house was absolutely beautiful. Overall, if you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was as described and local recommendations were provided. There was an issue with the AC during our stay. I tried to wait it out, but ending up sending the host a message after 2 days. They sent someone out within an hour and it was fixed. Location was also great and convenient to everything.

The house was clean and neat when we arrived and very easy to get into. Enjoyed our stay except a few lizards in the house. Saw one lizard in the laundry and also the one bedroom. I was also told the cleaning people show up promply on 10:00 and they showed up several minutes early and we were about ready to leave but it seemed like we were being pushed out before 10:00. Enjoyed the back deck and patio.

El lugar era demasiado agradable, fue muy facil encontrarlo, esta dentro de un barrio residencial. Su interior era bastante acogedor y familiar, muy bien organizado, lucia muy lindo y el exterior tambien era muy bonito, tenia una variedad de muebles para poder usar el patio sin problema. Las habitaciones estaban bastante bien, eran bien espaciosas y estaban bien equipadas, todas tenian donde guardar tu ropa y demas articulos de viaje. En conclusion, fue una muy buena eleccion, recomedando 100%.

La casa de Landon fue increíble para nuestro grupo de 8 con 4 habitaciones con camas queen/king. Mucho espacio vital en el salon-comedor para convivir. Esta super equipada. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos y más. Tiene un patio precioso con mesas y tumbonas y con vista a un pequeño lago, ideal para disfrutar por la noche y hacer barbacoa. El barrio es super tranquilo y las playas Siesta Key y Lido Key quedan a 15 minutos de distancia. Disfrutamos mucho esta estancia y la recomiendo.
