Tucked into a peaceful neighborhood, the home’s screened-in pool area creates a private oasis surrounded by lush greenery—perfect for lounging, swimming, or gathering around the fire pit as the sun sets. Inside, the thoughtfully renovated interior blends modern comfort with warm, coastal charm. The open kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring generous counter space, stylish finishes, and an easy flow into the living and dining areas. We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the Guide Book (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

2. Pet Policy: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

6. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

8. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.

We had a great stay at the Lemon Drop Cottage. Landon is a very responsive host and you can tell he and his team put a lot of care in designing the home. The entire home is well appointed. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so it felt like my family and my sister’s family had their own space. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. It is spacious, new, and beautifully designed. We enjoyed drinking our coffee from the Jura coffee machine every morning. The screened outdoor area let us fully take advantage of the pool and backyard all hours of the day. I loved that the laundry room had a top loading washer since the front loading ones are prone to mold. The only thing I would change is the 10 am check out time, but our hotel right by the beach also had a 10am check out time. So it’s probably a Sarasota thing. I would highly recommend the Lemon Drop Cottage to anyone! It’s a house where the pictures match reality!

The place is absolutely perfect for families looking for a place to getaway. There was so much space and we very much enjoyed the heated pool. The hosts were kind and quick to respond when we had questions. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back!

This air bnb was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked well. The photos very clearly represent what you will be arriving to - and Landon was very responsive during our stay. This place was great, exactly what we needed and we were able to easily extend our trip. There is no TV, but the pool more than made up for that! The espresso machine was such a nice amenity to have!

The house was beautiful, Landon was so nice and helpful. It was a last minute booking for us as we flew in on standby. He was so quick to respond and even let us check in a little early. The pool was amazing! I'm pretty sure we were the first guests to stay here. I just wish I knew there wasn't a TV or any coffee at the house, but that was completely MY fault for not reading the amenities thoroughly. Landon even looked to see if one of his other properties with a TV near by could accommodate us. We were happy to stay there. Definitely recommend!

What is our cancellation policy?

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
