The house was beautiful and very spacious. Our family appreciated all of the indoor activities (shuffleboard, pool, Foosball, Nintendo) due to the rain we had for a few days of our stay. We would recommend new furniture for the livingroom, the couches need updated and arent very comfortable. Overall everything was clean, the only thing we had to clean before using was the grill. We did have to go to the store to get a lighter to start the grill. The diving board was a hit and the pool is the perfect size. The poolhouse with the bathroom is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and Landon was very helpful. He is quick to respond and offered great local suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great! We did a cousins trip and the house did not disappoint. We had everything we needed with plenty of space, games, a pool table and TV. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the pool house equipped with a full kitchen was perfect for our daily hang outs. The fire pit at night was the perfect end to the day for the kids roasting marshmallows. Thank you Landon, we are looking forward to coming again!

I can not even begin to describe how beautiful this place was. They even had a S’mores basket waiting for us which the boys took advantage of Saturday night. This home afforded them a chance to bond together in a way that they will remember into adulthood. With most of them heading off to college in the fall. The pool the hot tub the pool house grill even the goats and sheep that came to visit from next door every morning. Thank you Landon for a most enjoyable stay

This house is very well laid out, with lots outdoor facilities with a hot tub, pool, pool house and large firepit. The grassy area in the yard is on a slope but we were able to use it to play some volleyball. The interior of the house is perfect for large groups, with lots of private bedrooms and the communal areas are spacious.
The house is situated close to other residential houses that can be seen from the yard, however because of the layout and distance of the yard still makes this a very private feel. The host is very responsive and addressed everything within a couple hours of being raised, very helpful and made our stay extremely comfortable.

We had a great time! The space was perfect for our group. We were able to use the big kitchen area to cook plenty of fun dishes! The hot tub did not disappoint. We had fun laying around and watching football on the nice big TV! Plenty of space to hang together or use the additional space for some quality alone time. We hosted our women's retreat here and it was such a beautiful space, better than the photos. The inside is beautifully lit and it held 15 people comfortably throughout the 3 nights and 4 day stay. The outdoor fireplace and hot tub were excellent additions, along with the plentiful board games and game room. There was always something to do, which was amazing for introverts and extroverts alike.
During our stay, there were just a few things missing from the kitchen but Landon went ahead and covered the costs right away. And if you don't have a car, it is a bit tricky to call an uber from the cabin, but other than that it is very easy to find. (some attendees came from. NYC without cars, so they came from Lancaster station and uber'd to the cabin and back)
All in all, it was a beautiful stay filled with unforgettable memories.
I can guarantee you will love it :)

My friends and I loved Landon’s place! It looked just liked the pictures and was very spacious and clean! You get the true cabin experience here. My group utilized the pool house a lot as well to hang out. We didn’t get to use the pool as much as we wanted due to weather so we will be back again during the hot summer! Landon was a great host.

This is an incredible house. On a hot summer weekend, our group took advantage of the large swimming pool, pool house, barbecue and large lawn area for games. The house was very clean and spacious, even for fifteen adults. The house is in a secluded area but also only a ten minute drive away from the nearest grocery store and a three minute drive to a golf course. Landon was a great and communicative host. While our group was there during the summer time, I'd highly recommend this place for anytime of year.

We had a fantastic time with family & friends at this house for July 4th weekend. The house showed well and all amenities looked and functioned as displayed. Kids had a blast in the swimming pool & bath tub. The pool house nearby was so convenient to have barbecue and drinks. Just the whole gang was outside and having fun.
The house was in a quiet neighborhood. The lot was private.
It was clean inside. Each bedroom except the basement ones had an individual air cooler to adjust temperature.
Except for a check-in misunderstanding, we enjoyed the entire trip.
I highly recommend this house.

Absolutely incredible hidden gem. Such a beautiful house with everything you can imagine!! We went with 2 other families and we each had our own floor for sleeping arrangements! The house was beyond clean, the amenities were everything we needed. We thought the cabin was wonderful and met our group needs well. We had to book this property last minute because of a cancellation initiated by VRBO due to a safety issue at our original booking. This house was AMAZING and a perfect getaway for a weekend with a larger group of friends. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was large enough to have everyone in the kitchen cooking without it being too crowded. There were plenty of activities to do at the house as well which kept everyone busy. Beds were super comfortable. Landon was a great host and very responsive, all rules and instructions for the house are clearly listed. There are a few fun hikes in the area to check out as well! Everyone wanted to stay extra that's how much we loved it. Definitely will be coming back!
Only thing I will note, I wish there were bigger pots and pans to accommodate cooking for a large group rather than the small pans that are provided. Other than that, overall great experience!

Fantastic place. We were 5 families - 10 adults and 7 kids from 9months-7 yrs. Plenty of bedrooms, beautiful, fully stocked kitchen the toy room is perfect for little ones as only one way in and out and totally safe. Great hot tub. Highly recommend. We were ready to book it again for summer (so that we could use the pool) but was booked the week we needed.

The house was amazing! We were tucked away in the woods with enough privacy to feel like the perfect retreat from the city. Our group has done trips before and we’ve never had so much space. The living area was perfect for big group games. We also enjoyed the big hot tub!
I cooked for the group and the kitchen offered more than enough counter space.

Gorgeous house! So spacious and so many rooms for a large gathering. The house itself is amazing and felt like a peaceful cabin getaway. Unfortunately, we weren’t blessed with the best weather to utilize the pool as much as we would have liked, but Landon was kind enough to leave it open a little longer this summer and we did get to take a quick chilly swim!
The hot tub was perfect for a family that traveled with 6 children, us adults really needed that relaxation time. Definitely the perfect place for a nice family get together.
Not as close to Hershey as we thought, but still an amazing drive in the farm life of PA with plenty of wildlife for the kids to search for on the drive.
We had some cooler weather for the weekend, but unfortunately there were no screens on the windows to enjoy the cool breezes. But the screen doors to the deck were helpful. If traveling with young children, I would bring at least 3 baby gates for the top of the landings and bottom of the stairs.
The host Landon was very responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns. Easy check in and out.
All in all, we had an amazing trip and would love to visit again!

Other than the power being out upon our arrival, our stay was very nice. Overall we were without power for about 3 hours. Our group was there for a school reunion, and we were fortunate enough to enjoy the last of the summer weather, the pool, and the hot tub. The grill and the pool house made for a great hang out spot, and the tv was great for movies late night. The fire pit was also very nice. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful place!! 16 adults stayed here for a long weekend to get away from the hustle of daily life. There is everything you would ever need to stay entertained: pool, hot tub, pool house, vast living spaces, pool table, games. The decor is not only spot on the theme of the cabin but also comfortable- couches are good for lounging, mattresses are great and linens are soft. We utilized the huge kitchen for meals which was great- Just be prepared to bring some disposable cups/plates/mugs as there are not sets of 16. We had an amazing time and are so appreciative of Landon for being such a great communicator. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful house! The house was incredibly clean and large enough for our family. We loved the pool, and the pool house was an added bonus. Landon was quick to respond to my questions when we reached out. Our only suggestion is having a few extra things for the kitchen (larger pots/bowls for cooking, and an extra set of utensils) since we quickly went through them with a big group. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

If you want to be in a natural paradise, come to this mountain top house. The 360 degree beauty access makes you feel like you are in a tree house. Yard big enough to set up a full size volleyball court. Birds and trees of so many species comfort the soul. The pool is salt water treated ! And the pool house is a wonderful way to stay by the yard without going in the house to escape the sun. The dining table sits 14 comfortably and we spent many hours dining and playing cards together.

Such a beautifully designed house. Perfect for a family getaway. You do need to bring your own supplies, as noted in the listing, but that is not an issue given supermarkets are short drives away. Landon was a great host and super responsive. I had a few questions for him and he took the time to FaceTime me in the middle of the night to help resolve our concerns. We were able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub, and they were super enjoyable, especially with the provided pool toys for the kids. Would 100% book again.

Wow, Wow, Wow! I'm speeches, this place was fabulous! I am very particular as to where I take my daughter on vacation. I have never been to a place where everything was clean and when I say clean I'm talking bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and baseboards! Yes I checked the baseboards and stairs ? I did not find one once of dust or cobwebs anywhere. I would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone that wants a quiet and peaceful yet fun with all the extra amenities. Was worth every penny. Brandon the host was very prompt in getting back to me when I had any questions . Best place ever! ?

Wonderful house and property. Langdon was responsive. Only thing was they didn’t have some of the usual amenities like laundry detergent or lighters / matches for fire pit. Would totally book here again.

The house is stunning. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay and will be certainly coming again. The beds are VERY comfy, house is clean, backyard is great, etc… Very pleased with our stay. Great communication from the host as well.

What a great place to spend a snowy weekend with friends!! The weather didn't cooperate and my friends and I weren't able to take advantage of the amazing looking pool and large yard at this cabin, but there was so much to do inside that it didn't matter. Billiards, foosball, board games, a large TV. We had plenty to do and a great time together. Landon is super responsive and coordinated getting someone out to clear the snow from the driveway and walkways outside.

Deserves all the great ratings! Went to this cabin to celebrate a birthday with some very close friends and it was the perfect weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The beds were comfortable and each room was decorated with style and comfort in mind. We mostly stayed around the fireplace which was a beautiful open space to relax in and appreciated the perk of utilizing the newly built hot tub. Landon was quick and responsive when any questions arose and would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Excellent house with lots of bedrooms/bathrooms. My group really enjoyed using the large kitchen and living room. It snowed heavily the evening prior to our checkout and the owner messaged us and let us know he would come by to slow blow the driveway! Great space for those wanting to get into the woods and larger parties. Close to Lancaster, PA which is a fun city to checkout and explore during the day.

Landon was super responsive and the place was a dream. We enjoyed cooking in the deluxe kitchen and outdoor grill. The kids in our group loves the toys, foozeball table and pool table. The common spaces were luxurious and the bedrooms were comfy and well appointed. The pictures were super accurate and it was one of the coolest places I’ve stayed.

Wow, wow, wow! This beautiful mountaintop property was amazing and even better in person and did not disappoint! When we arrived, we had the immediate wow factor with the large high ceilings and beautiful layout. We booked for our Dad’s birthday party and we looked for a beautiful place for our family to all get together for the weekend. This home was large enough for a larger family get together and it was very well appointed with great decor, sizable rooms, a beautifully large chefs kitchen (that allowed 5 of us to work together cooking at the same time), great play areas with toys for kids, among other amazing features!
The location is wonderful and shopping and grocery stores were very close about roughly 15 mins from the property. The view during the day is beautiful! It’s also not far from other great experiences in the area and about 30 mins from Lancaster.
Our host Landon was a wonderful host! He was incredibly kind and very quick to respond. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed! We also arrived to some marshmallows, a mountaintop mug and other items for the fire pit as a welcome gift. We thought this was thoughtful, gracious and such a nice touch!
I highly recommend this property! It felt like we had stepped into a retreat and even though we stayed the weekend we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated as if it had been a week. Our family raved about how much they enjoyed this home, the amazing memories we made and our stay. We hope to come back to experience this home away from home again in the summer time!

Amazing weekend in “the wood!” We rented for the weekend while going to Hershey and Koziarz Christmas Village. It’s the perfect winter weekend for a big family (and friends)! House is wonderful, and Landon was very responsive. We will be back!

Fantastic mountaintop retreat. Perfect for larger family gatherings. Comfortable beds (often hard to find these!). Clean modern bathrooms. Nicely furnished // comfortable,
on the posh side, but not over the top. Awesome dining room table seats 12 and huge kitchen allows for plenty of cooks to share the joy of preparation. Induction stove top worked great.
We loved the outdoor fire pit for s’mores and story telling.
Wildlife // red tailed hawk, deer, wide variety of songbirds.
Amazing winter views through the trees of PA hills and valleys. Was great for thanksgiving weekend, but would love to come back in summer and enjoy the pool and outdoor barbecue.
Landon was a great host // easy check-in, great communication, and smooth dealing with any issues.
Overall? Even nicer than the photos suggest. Rooms are spacious. We slept 10 adults, but house had room for 4-6 more children or teens if required.
Bonus? Jacuzzi tub in master BR, game/tv room, board games, and conversation alcoves galore.

This place is awesome!!! We took the family for a few days and the location was perfect from the surroundings to the pool we just had a lot of fun. Landon and barb were very accommodating on answering questions and responding quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend!! This is a very beautiful property and we hope to be back soon.
