Olive Tree Oasis

I stayed at Landon’s home for my birthday trip and it was perfect! Plenty of space for 9 people and Landon gave us plenty of recommendations for Sarasota. We especially loved the pool and hot tub. This came in handy for the on and off rain we had during our trip. I would definitely stay here again. 🙂

The home was perfect for a large family. We were a group of 10 and never felt crowded in the home. Having parking for 5 vehicles was such a plus for our group, which is rare in the area. The home had everything you would need for your stay away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was amazing. Loved that it even had a splash section good for young kids or your non swimmers. The home was stocked with pool and beach supplies. Beautiful beaches within 20 minutes. Landon our host was excellent. He checked in with us to make sure we were okay throughout. Check out demands and instructions were simple which I love.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The home was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect just a short distance from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The pool was definitely one of our favorite parts and was clean, well maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The house itself was comfortable, spacious, and very well cared for. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay near the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great time staying here! The whole place was amazing very open, spacious, and comfortable. The layout was perfect, and everything from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms was great and had plenty of space.
The pool was definitely a favorite, especially for the kids, they absolutely loved it! The adults also really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night. We truly enjoyed our time here and made great memories. Everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. Location was amazing, 15 min from beach 2-5 min from coffee shops and 7 minutes from the town with the best restaurants. The home was very clean and very spacious for a large family like mine! The host was very responsive, very fast to answer any questions. We appreciated that the house had lots of umbrellas and beach chairs even tho we bought our own before checking. House came with lots of floatys. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this home. The place was spotless when we arrived, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The pool was a huge hit with the kids—they spent most of their time enjoying it. The location was also perfect, just a quick drive to downtown, making it convenient to get around and explore. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great house, very nice and responsive host! We had everything we needed and felt comfortable here. The only thing I would suggest to future guests, is that it takes more than 2 hours to fully heat the hot tub. We had a couple of chilly nights because we thought the hot tub wasn’t working, but it was just because we hadn’t turned it on early enough. The instructions stated that it takes an hour to heat, but definitely allow more time than that!

In the week leading up to our stay, I contacted Jessica with general questions, and she was quick to respond and we even joked about all my questions. They had a digital guestbook which covered most of questions and was very helpful. Check in was easy. We had five adults and a 20 month old, and the house was spacious, and the pool was perfect for the little one. Next to the hot tub was a wade pool area with a bubbler in the middle that was entertaining for the little. The property is an easy 20 minutes to downtown Sarasota and a little more to Siesta Key Beach. We used the grill multiple times. Very clean and in great condition. We’d definitely book this property again.

This place is awesome! Our family of four very comfortably stayed here and we could've shared it with another family if we wanted! The pool and hot tub are awesome. The home is clean and has everything you'd need. It was an easy ride to downtown and beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great spot. The inside is very nice, and much more spacious than you would assume when you first drive by. Landon was very responsive and offered a detailed guidebook of local things to do. I would definitely stay here again!

One of our family’s favorite short term rental stays so far. House looked to be newly remodeled, and well remodeled, with a cozy feel at the end of a quiet street in a cul-de-sac. Beds and furniture were comfortable for lounging and layout was perfect for our 2 yr old to wander around without worrying. Backyard pool was exceptional with wading pool for our little one and hot tub heated up quickly whenever needed. Lots of flat grass in the back to run around with our older kids. Neighborhood and surrounding streets were great for jogging while Downtown Sarasota, and Main Street were a short 5 min drive. I even took an easy run to Downtown Sarasota. Lots of good local recommendations were also provided by the owner. Definitely recommend. A++
