We had a wonderful vacation! The home we stayed in was perfect! Everything was meticulously clean, lots of room, a beautiful heated pool and hot tub along with extra's such as beach chairs, towels and floaties; coffee maker, Keurig maker with pods and flavored syrup, tanning lotions and shampoo/conditioner. Landon was the perfect host providing everything we needed and was always just a text a way with a quick response. We hope to stay her again sometime!

We enjoyed and appreciated the house of Landon. Truly, it could not be better and was beyond expectations. We didn’t have one minuscule concern or complaint. It was perfectly clean and abundant in space. My Italian wife did suggest a colander to strain linguini pasta. The pool and hot tub were superb.
I see no reason to look elsewhere on our next trip to Sarasota.

Wir hatten tolle 8 Nächte in der Unterkunft!
Extrem komfortabel und sehr entspannend.
Der Außenbereich ist großartig, der Pool schön warm und der Whirlpool ein Traum.
Die Küche gibt alles her, was man für den Alltag braucht. In der Garage sind einige Utensilien für den täglichen Strandbesuch.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen, einfach großartig!
Sarasota ist immer ein Besuch wert, wenn man tolles Wetter und Entspannung sucht.

Our stay was amazing. The place truly felt like home. It was clean, cozy, and even better than the pictures. The pool and jacuzzi were spotless and so relaxing. We've had bad luck with AirBNB in the past, but this experience was effortless. The host was a great communicator and the home was prefect for our extended stay. Everyone says go to Siesta Beach, however, Lido Beach wasnt as busy and if you're from California, like we are, Lido Beach is the pristine Florida beach. Can't thank you enough for the perfect stay!
* on a side note: when staying in a residential neighborhood be aware of the weekly maintenances previously scheduled. ie garbage day, pool and yard service. Don't get caught sun bathing in your birthday suit unexpectedly*

Four late-teen girls and two parents all agree this place was fabulous! The pool was a highlight. Beach gear provided was perfect and much appreciated. The walk/bike trail less than half a mile from the house was a daily destination.
Here are a few more recommendations:
Piecraft - Yoder Village:
Coffee and general store - easy 15 minute walk to great coffee and general store with all kinds of foods including dessert
Calusa: 15 minute drive to a miss visit brewery that offers all types of beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
Get Up and Go Kayaking: clear kayaks - Andy was a great guide
Evie’s - Tiki hut: after kayaking - live music on the water

I just loved staying at this beautifully remodeled, super clean, safe, wonderful house. The backyard is wonderful - lovely private pool and hot tub - and the landscaping all around is beautiful. Landon was super fast in his responses. I also appreciated how clear the check-in/-out instructions were, along with the digital house manual that their company BNB Breeze Vacation Rentals provided (Google them! AirBNB won't allow me to post the URL). You'd be lucky to stay here! I'll be back, and also hope to schedule trips with their huge inventory of gorgeous rentals in the future.

Landon’s property was absolutely wonderful. We had the best time there! The house itself was breathtaking. It has everything you could think of and most of all - it was SPOTLESS. The pool was such a great temperature and we were amazed by all the floaties and chairs provided in the garage. The neighborhood was nice and private and an easy drive to the beach. Great stay, hope to return! Rental is in a quiet area while still being a close to many things and a quick car ride from downtown Sarasota. Place was clean and well stocked…plenty of towels which is always a plus! Landon was very responsive in helping with a few minor items. We would definitely stay here again. We have a young daughter and appreciated that all the external doors had locks right at the top of the doors so she couldn’t go wandering in a strange neighborhood or out to the pool unattended. Modern and clean inside with great WiFi and TVs. Hot tub was a bonus!

The house is very well decorated and appointed. We were able to find everything that we needed including cooking spices and make use of a lovely espresso machine. The pool was perfect and although we usually like a covered pool for bugs my daughter loved suntanning poolside so it was better. The pool and hot tub were clean and there were useful beach chairs etc in the garage. Ambience is important to me as I need to stay somewhere as nice and peaceful as my own home and this place had such a calm clean atmosphere for us. I miss drinking coffee by the pool in the morning so will definitely have to come back soon! Thank you to the host Landon for being such a quick and kind responder to any messages sent and for all of the local recommendations! Great stay!

One thing we all agreed on when we first walked into this beautiful home was an overwhelming feeling of peace, a spiritual feeling of friendliness. Like the calmness you feel when you walk through a pleasant meadow in the morning. It was equipped with all the things you need; in the kitchen, the bathrooms and living room. It was tastefully decorated, not cluttered. We wondered if the owner knew Feng shui. The pool was also calming and fun to swim in, warm and no chlorine (salt pool). We were in Sarasota for the Money Show as an exhibitor, and after speaking all day it was heavenly to come back to this calm home. Thank you for taking such pains to make this a wonderful stay.

Comfortable beds , nice size of bedrooms.
The only negative thing we wasn't able to use the pool for 2 days because it was dirty.
The owner sensent back some money for compensation.
Overall good to stay here for chill and relax

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time staying at Paradise Palms even if it was during Hurricane Helene. Since we were unable to get out and do much, we enjoyed family time at the house and pool. Would definitely stay there again as we liked the location and the place itself.

Just a couple of things that I would add furniture- wise a loveseat in the living room and some sort of bug repellent for the back pool deck for when it gets alittle dark. The landscaping front and back is even prettier than the photos. This home is one of the few nicest homes we have ever encountered- It made my husband’s birthday weekend even sweeter! This airbnb is a gem! It was impeccably decorated and the design was well thought out. I loved that ample towels and blankets were available. The pool was so nice and the landscaping is gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable and soft. I’m usually wary of very soft mattresses, but these were both soft and supportive. Landon was very helpful and communicated quickly. I highly recommend this stay!

Terrific option in Sarasota. Was visiting for a few days for the Youth Rowing National Championships at Nathan Benderson Park and the house was perfectly placed between the course and downtown Sarasota. Landon has done a terrific job with the house which feels light and airy and brand new. And spotlessly clean which I deeply appreciate. I thought the decor was lovely - simple and pretty. Plus the house had everything needed to make for an easy stay - lots of towels (including beach towels) along with some sunscreen. I didn't end up cooking while I was there, but noticed the kitchen was very well stocked. The street was quiet and the pool in the back was a gift given how hot the weather was. And Landon was so easy to get in touch with and super responsive. Anyway, highly recommend. Thank you Landon, for a terrific stay.

Had a wonderful stay! Can't say enough great things about Landon, our host. He always made himself available and timely in responding to my many questions and special requests. Loved this beautiful home! Perfect place for solo travelers or families. I was very impressed with how well kept this home is. Like many of the reviews, cleanliness is one of the many things that stood out. As well as the decor/aesthetic. I give the pool an A+ and spent many afternoons enjoying it! The home is very well organized and equipped. I highly recommend this listing, and plan to book again when visiting the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

Home was exactly as described and very well taken care of. We needed very good mattresses for good rest as we were in town with our kids who were in rowing race, so rest was a must have. Everyone in our party commented on the comfortable mattresses. Five star Airbnb.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The neighborhood it was nestled in was so quiet and it looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of space for all of us and it felt so homey. Plenty of towels, pillows, toiletries, and kitchen needs! There was even stuff to take to the beach which was awesome when you are traveling on a plane and cannot take these things. I would definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone!

Wow! Beautifully decorated home both outside with the landscaping and inside with an inviting palette of soothing colors and decor. An electric greeting board outlining information is an added plus. Spotless cleanliness through out the home. A well stocked kitchen along with necessary items i.e.; paper towels, dishwashing soap, etcetera. Comfortable king size beds and bedding. We did not use the third bedroom which has three twin beds. The backyard with its evening spotlight lighting allows for a peaceful end to your day. Pool and water temperature were wonderful and the hosts offer oversized towels. The location while not walkable, is centrally located within minutes to all of the key areas of interest and there are many to explore. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and highly suggest grabbing this Airbnb when available.

Nice modern house with good furniture. Good and quick communication. Was able to check-in early at 2:00. Very clean. Beds were a bit too soft for us but that's a personal preference. Nice heated pool with fun lighting. Keurig & drip coffee. Easy walk to Pompano pickleball courts. Many little things also nicely done, such as a good number of hangars, laundry detergent provided for the w/d, etc. Good kitchen w/nice frig with ice maker & filtered water, good number of dishes and glasses. Will definitely look to stay at other BNB Breeze homes.

Clean. Comfortable mattress, medium not too firm. Fluffy pillows that are on the firm side, worked great for me.
I slept great! Finally an air bnb where the comfort level was there. Sheets were clean and the place has dark mornings in the master rooms made for relaxing sleep. Love when the sun rises in the opposite side of the bedrooms.. I’ve been to Sarasota many times and this was the best sleep. That was our goal to rest and this place provided that with a touch of fun.
Pool and dining area is gorgeous. Great lighting and ambiance’s.
Love the dimming lights in the kitchen. Clean beautiful kitchen. Only pantry items were coffee, salt, pepper oil. Lots of dishes and cups to use. Had a well stocked kitchen got the job done.
So close to postal coffee.
WiFi was average speed mostly.
Nice fuse ball table we enjoyed the home. The pool was a comfortable temperature! Would definitely stay here again.
The home had a peaceful atmosphere. Host was great! Thanks!

We loved the quiet neighborhood and location. The house was cheerful and inviting In it’s recently updated atmosphere and a well stocked kitchen area made it easy to feel instantly at home. The pool was as good as its online pics with the colored lighting and palm trees. Sunrises shone through the dining room windows adding an early morning ambience to fresh coffee and breakfast. We were first time visitors to Florida and this was an exceptional first impression. Pics that my wife shared with her friends had them asking about renting Paradise Palms too. The property is in an amazing homey neighborhood and so close to everything we needed and wanted!! As we drove to the property, we quickly noticed, it was certainly the most beautiful and well designed house at Browning Road. Getting a warm, personalized welcome was a pleasant surprise and one that has set the bar high for other properties. The resort style feel with the modern design, thoughtful and beautiful details made our family time pleasant and enjoyable. Not to mention, it had EVERYTHING we needed to feel right at home. I highly recommend this property to someone looking to be close to Siesta Key and Ana Maria Island while having a stylish and comfortable retreat.

The location of this home is superb! My husband and I ventured to Sarasota for a wedding/vacation. All of the beaches and major restaurants were within 10-15 minutes tops. The beach chairs and umbrellas included came in handy for the beach as well. Everything is newly renovated and very comfortable. Communicating with Landon about checkin/checkout, etc. was easy. Highly recommend staying here if you’re a couple or family looking for an all inclusive home next to Sarasota’s top attractions.
