We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We really enjoyed the open floor plan, comfortable couches and beautiful outdoor and pool area. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping, everything will stocked and a nice large kitchen to work in. The community is quiet and peaceful yet a quick drive to Siesta Key Beach and Sarasota. We felt like everything was close by and easy to get to. Would definitely stay at this home again and highly recommend it to others.

the place is quiet large, very clean and good location for us, in a quite neighborhood but 12mins from the beach and 2 Publix within 4mins... the beach umbrellas are the best and so is the cart, 4 beach towels (we were a couple) and the "covered" pool was also great, it is an amazing place and a great value

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious home! The entire house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The heated pool was absolutely gorgeous, and enjoying my morning coffee out on the lanai was such a peaceful way to start each day.
The location couldn’t be better—super close to everything you might need and just a short drive to Siesta Key and several other stunning beaches. The neighborhood is very quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing.
Inside, the open layout provided a great gathering space for dinners and relaxing around the TV. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs and an umbrella.
We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back!

We were here a few days before hurricane Wilton. Our hosts were amazing communicators. We ended up leaving early because or the hurricane, but I would definitely rent this house again in the future. They had everything we needed. The best touches were a welcome basket with coffee and snacks which I have never had at a rental. Thank you!

We enjoyed a perfect stay at the Raya House. We celebrated my mom’s 104 th birthday. Everything worked out very well for us. The little girls loved the bunk beds and my teenage granddaughter loved having her own room. Many happy hours were spent in the pool. Morning coffee/tea was enjoyed poolside. The most beautiful house we ever rented on Florida,perfect size 3 bedroom with comfortable mattress,2 large bathrooms plus extra shower outside. This property won't disapoint! The owners are amazing to work with. Great communication. The house is furnished so modern! Very comfortable beds. The outside area is so nice! Pool, picnic table, grill, hammock swing, kids play house with chalk boards! Must admit we had to go buy chalk and do some art work on the chalk boards. We can not wait to stay here again . The Raya House is just what we were looking for when vacationing in Siesta Key. It has everything you could need and the communication was top notch. We have been coming here for years now and this house was the best one we've stayed in. The pool is perfect and our daughter loved the little chalk board playhouse behind it. Its right near Siesta Key and not far from any restaurants/businesses. We will be trying to come here year after year!

We were so happy with the entire stay. The location was amazing, the pool is beautiful, the kids enjoyed many mornings on the hammock. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was super clean. Reclining chairs in the living room were super relaxing after long hot days of mini golf, on the beach, or out back at the pool. 10/10, will book for future trips!

We enjoyed our 9 day stay at the Raya house. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and requests we had and the house was very well stocked for our stay! We loved having all the beach toys/chairs and toys/sports equipment. The only area of improvement for us would be more grass in the yard, as our boys wanted to spend lots of time playing there but it was more sandy than grassy. Loved the pool and it was well heated with lots of pool toys!

Great trip and awesome home! Fully stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything besides swimsuits and clothing! Outdoor shower was the best part! Us coming from the beach and washing off, helped keep all the sand out of the house! Very clean and had plenty of essentials! Check out Detwillers while there! Looks like the home was recently remodeled and done beautifully! Pool was perfect! We had toddlers with us and the owners put up a fence and gated the pool! Such peace of mind with toddlers running around was so nice! Communication with owners was top notch. Thank you guys we will come again soon!

We loved our stay at The Raya House! It was super clean and the house was so comfortable for our group of 6. The pool was a great size for young kids, and there was plenty of space outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. Only a few suggestions - would have liked to have another TV in the house (only 1 in the living room), the beds in the main rooms were quite small (full/queens), and the coffee maker could use some instructions!

This home is beautiful! Modern twist, but kid friendly. Our group consisted of 2 adults, 2 kids (9yrs) 1 kid (14) 1 kid (16) and 1 kid(17) I state the ages, because no one was bored or felt cramped while at the house. The pool and patio area is awesome...I personally missed out on a few beach days because the kids wanted to stay and swim in the pool. The house comes with everything you need (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, toys, games, baskets, washer, dryer, detergent...the list goes on and on! The location is great. We so enjoyed our stay at Raya House. The property was pristine with every item you would need. Rebecca & Michael had the pool protective fence up for us prior to arrival. We enjoyed the location close to grocery stores and the beach without huge crowds. The neighbors were kind enough to provide fresh mangos from their yard for our delicious salsa. We loved playing with our grandson in the pool and he loved seeing the bunnies in the yard and checking the ripening of the pineapple each day. Beach chairs and wagon were great to have for our beach visits. We highly recommend staying at Rayha house!!! We will be back and thank you for a wonderful retreat for our family.

Rebeca and Michael were excellent hosts, extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was great for my family of 4 and my parents. I could barely get my almost 5 year old son out of the pool, the backyard was a great space. The house had basically every amenity we could need, from a pack and play to beach supplies to pool toys. Short drive from multiple grocery stores and many restaurants as well as the beautiful siesta key beach. Would most definitely rent again if we are in the area.

I was excited about this house from the moment I booked it. But when we got there....wow! It was even more spectacular in person. So very clean. And eveything you need for a beach vacation was provided. Towels, beach chairs, beach caddy, beach toys. We don't have a little one but I noticed a stroller and pack & play as well. Designwise the floors were so beautiful and modern decor were so much warmer than modern typically is. You can really tell that the house remodel was incredibly well thought out. Plenty of room and places for all to sit. Beds are comfy. My favorite part, everyone's favorite part, the pooooool! Screened in patio keeps all the lovely Florida bugs out. We ate lunch and dinner when we were home out on the table on the patio. There are fans above the table to help with the heat. My kiddos were always in the pool so we spent lots of time here. If you're thinking of booking, don't hesitate! You'll LOVE it! Totally worth the price!

This house is immaculate and the pictures online don’t do it justice! It was so clean and spacious and stocked which is very unusual for a Vrbo. The hosts answered all of our questions immediately as we have never been to the area and they helped answer everything about the area! They left out a welcome gift and had toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries in all the bathrooms and outdoor shower. Even though there are only two indoor bathrooms we all used the outdoor shower which was nice since there were 7 of us. The pool area was so nice with ample seating and we all enjoyed the swing to relax and read in. The kids loved swimming at night with the outdoor lights. They provided a beach wagon and chairs which was amazing to not have to take up all the room in our van with all of this. Unlike all the other vrbo rentals we have stayed in you could truly arrive at this one and not have to rush to the store if you want to shower and go to the bathroom. There were plenty of towels and blankets in every room and even blankets to use in the living room. There were bikes to ride on which was very cool for my older kids who enjoyed having some freedom to go out on their own. The little front porch seating area was also a highlight for my older kids to post pretty pictures on social media lol! Something I also appreciated was the owners having laundry soap there because I think if property owners want laundry started they should provide the detergent. Best Vrbo I have stayed in!

Michael and Rebeca are phenomenal hosts! Our trip was to gather our two kids and their significant others for a week away….we came from 2 different cities and had luggage and golf clubs. We planned on someone sitting hostage with luggage while we waited for check in but were very pleased at the opportunity to check in early! Made a huge difference to our day and ability to get to store and settled. The next day “kids” discovered the bike tires weren’t full enough to ride without damaging. Contacted them to see if we had overlooked a pump… they had one delivered that evening!!!!!! Enjoyed daily bike rides after that! House is clean, stocked, beach towels, cart, pool toys …. Space is amazing for gatherings as it is open and the glass window views of pool and outdoor space were great!!!! Day and evening pool time in warm and clean pool!! Close to beaches and activities… did a kayak mangrove tour and PopStroke for non-beach fun and the boys golfed 2 days. Would absolutely stay again!!!!! They are all 5 star reviews for a reason!!

Rebeca and Michael's home was wonderful for our week stay. They are very responsive and quick to help. The beds were clean and comfortable. Bunk beds are very sturdy and my kids felt safe sleeping in them. Kitchen is very clean and well stocked with tons of kitchen items, seasonings, and towels. Close to several beaches (8-10min), siesta and turtle beach just to name a few! Close to lots of food and grocery stores too! Do yourself a favor and eat at Duval's for dinner! So so yummy.

Michael & Rebecca are super-great hosts. This house is exactly like you see in the photos. Check-in was very easy. Our family of 5 had plenty of room in this spacious house. It was extremely clean, comfortable, & well stocked. We brought stuff with us, because you just never know what is provided, but trust me you can leave your extras at home. Kitchen had everything we needed. It had plenty of cooking spices, soap, trash bags, towels, utensils, etc. We were even impressed with the top quality paper towels & toilet paper, not the cheap stuff other Rentals provide. They also provided beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and bicycles. The heated pool was great with cooler temps during our first day. Owners were very prompt responding to messages, so don't hesitate to reach out with specific questions. Siesta Key beach is close by and trust me, you have to visit Paisano's Italian Bakery, you'll be glad you did.

We had an amazing experience at this location! We traveled with a small army of little kids and the house was so accommodating. Everything we needed for a home away from home was available - including all the little convenience items like toys, books, high chair, pack n play, water toys, beach toys, umbrella, beach carts, etc. They had thought of everything! My party enjoyed a lot to stay at Michael and Rebeca’s house. They are great on responding any request we had. The house has everything you need. Cleaning was great. We have nothing to complain. You need to drive to the beach, but it is not more than 15m, and Siesta Key beach has a public parking available and accessible. We highly recommend this property.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children, 5 &7) just stayed at this lovely property for a week. It was the perfect space for our needs and the owners have though of everything. The home is clean, comfortable and really made this week feel like a get-away. The kids loved the pool and the outdoor screened-in space was great. If I could give this 6 stars, I would! Amazing and clean property - close to all the beautiful beaches and keys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is extremely well equipped and has everything you could possibly need, including for the beach too! We loved the house it was perfect for our family of 5 + Nonna. Everything was great including the swimming pool out back. The house was well equipped, and had a nice coffee setup which we loved. Hosts were extremely quick to reply to anything we needed. In terms of getting to places this house was very convenietly located. We will definitely think about rebooking next time we are in town!

We had such a good time in this property. The house is beautiful, well maintained/equipped and communication was great. They keep making improvements in the house as I could notice from previous comments...they have new pans, plastic dinnerware for kids and even a gate around the pool. The Pack & Play and high chair was a life saver for us. I would definitely recommend this property.

We usually stay in Fishermans Cove, when visiting SK; but this home was the perfect getaway for our end of the summer trip! We enjoyed waking up every day and having fun in the pool. Rebecca and Michael were super easy to communicate with and very responsive. My only concern was that we had an issue with the wifi several days and had to take turns using everyone’s cellular hotspots, which was a bit of a hassle and frustrated the kids more than my husband and I, but other than that no complaints! Plenty of helpful items for beach trips and we even tried tackling the 1000pc puzzle (unsuccessfully). We would definitely stay here again. Even the yard maintenance crew was friendly and we were aware of their scheduled visit as well as the pool maintenance visit. Until next time!

We came a day early to Sarasota and stayed in hotel for one night and I thought why not contact the owner and see if we can check in a few hours earlier. So I contacted the owners and they were very accepting to us unloading our things and getting a two hour early check in. When we walked into the house we felt at home. Everything we needed for our stay was there. House was well equipped with high chairs, baby bath tubs, and so on. We stayed for a whole week and even asked if the guest after us might have canceled so we can stay a bit longer. Overall our vacation was beyond satisfactory. Not to mention the pool was a big bonus. Awesome. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Michael and Rebeca's property. It is the perfect Siesta Key/Sarasota accommodation for family and friends. It is close to EVERYTHING and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is spacious, clean, and the backyard is an absolute DREAM! We spent so much time in their amazing, heated pool. The gifts left by the Hosts were well thought out and we thoroughly enjoyed them during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens for everyone. There were only two things I'd change, but they weren't serious enough for me to knock off any stars: The pots and pans need to be upgraded. Many of them are not non-stick which makes cooking most breakfast items very difficult. Also, there weren't any real "kids" cups other than some that were restaurant take-out cups. I would have appreciated reusable, plastic cups for the kids. Again, these were two minor inconveniences during an overall practically perfect stay. We REALLY enjoyed having a grill, French Press, and a full kitchen. It helped us save so much money! There were lots of pool noodles and toys for the kids, plus all kinds of cleaning supplies. Speaking of cleaning, I loved having access to the washer and dryer! They provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets as well. Lastly, if you plan on visiting the beaches (which are literally MINUTES away), the house has everything you need! There were beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, and even a huge beach sheet/towel. Thank you for an amazing stay at the Raya House, Michael and Rebeca! We will be back again. The location cannot be beat! We have already recommended your place to multiple friends and one of them will be staying there a full week! :)

Quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to shop or eat nearby. Short drive to great white sand beach, and house had plenty of room with large, well equipped kitchen. Especially enjoyed poolside meals.

We are definitely happy we chose this beautiful home to spend out 12 days in Sarasota. What you see in the photos is what you get and then some. This home is very immaculate and beautiful and is equipped with anything you can imagine or need. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to all amenities (shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and beaches, etc.). It was only a 10 min ride to Siesta Keys Beach which is breath taking. The owners of this unit are very responsive and very easy to work with, the whole process went without a glitch. If we are ever back in this area again we would definitely love to stay here again. Many memories and goodtimes were had around the pool and backyard. A vacation we will not forget. Thank you Michael and Rebeca!! Darren & Karen

Our experience at this VRBO house was great! Everything was clean and ready for us. There were games and a few toys for the kids, as well as things to make our beach days fun (chairs, toys, a cart, etc). The pool out back was a dream come true for my kids and the covered patio and swing chair were a hit! We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

My daughter and I stayed for just shy of two weeks. Would have stayed longer but it was booked. The yard is lovely and the pool is great. Neighborhood is safe and a lot of long term residents. There is a playhouse for younger kids. A large updated great kitchen and two nice bathrooms. There is a bunk room for you get kids that is great. And the doors and windows are all updated so super quiet. Close to Detweilers, which we love, and Siesta Key. The owners were great when I reached out with a question. Will definitely return.

We had the best week staying in this beautiful home. We come to Sarasota every year and have rented many homes, so we know a good one when we see it. This one had everything we needed and more, and the layout and design made the stay even more enjoyable. Our girls LOVED the bunk beds, toys and books, and playhouse. Our teen son loved having his own room away from them. The master bedroom was tucked nicely away from the kids and the bed was comfortable and there were blackout curtains (yay!!). The pool was a great size for playing, and there were many pool toys as well. The kitchen worked great for all of our needs, and the welcome bag and cookie dough were such a sweet touches. The location was perfect for us! We could get to the beach in less than 10 minutes, and we were near all the restaurants and grocery stores we needed. The property managers were extremely attentive and prompt about any concerns. We hope we are able to rent this home again next year!

This house was perfect for our trip. It was about 5 miles to Siesta Key Beach which is our favorite beach. We needed a home with a pool and crib because we have a baby - this hit the mark. Our older child could play in the pool while the baby slept. Beach days were great as it was so close and anyone with a baby knows your time at the beach is pretty limited. So being close was key for us. The house was super clean and recently updated to stay fresh! I would say new better quality linens could be added to help make it feel less hotel like. The pool furniture cushions needs an upgrade but the furniture itself was nice and a huge added bonus. The pool deck needs some sprucing up as well but we were told they were having it resurfaced this month! We would definitely considering renting this house again as it fit our family’s needs perfectly and also was very well kept!

We had a short 3 night stay. The home was so cute and decorated beautifully. The home had several towels and linens and a bunch of assorted items in case you forget something at home. The outdoor cushions on the patio furniture need a good cleaning, but we just tossed the pool towels on them as covers. We will definitely come back if we need a quick getaway.

We loved our stay here! We took a girls trip to get out of the house during this crazy time. Everything was great, the house felt clean! My three year old was obsessed with all the toys. The owners had everything we needed. I was especially glad they had all the infant stuff. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were tons of beach towels! Highly recommend staying here.

What a beautiful, open, sunny, house. We had such a nice, relaxing visit. Very close to Siesta Key Beach. just took minutes to get to the beach. Pool was a bit on the cool side and wish it was heated more though. Great amenities and very clean. Had such a good time we extended our visit. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a week mid March 2020. The welcome bag and homemade cookie dough was a nice touch. The house is actually better than the pictures portray it. Loved the kitchen, it was well stocked with everything you could want to use for cooking. Some great perks of general food staples being supplied was super nice and greatly appreciated. The showers were awesome, large and great water pressure. There was plenty of towels and even shampoo, conditioner and body soap. It was pretty cool to have our own private swimming pool. I loved how it was set up with the screened in area so you could have the living room patio doors wide open and not worry about anything getting in the house. They had extra beach towels so we didn't have to bring our own. There was a washer-dryer along with detergent and fabric softener for us to use. This came in handy as we had 3 different beach days so I could wash the towels and some of our cloths. I would say they exceeded our expectations on everything! Thanks for opening your home to us!

We had such a great time in the house. It's fantastic, especially if you have young kids and even more so if they are girls. The house is open and gets great light all thru the day and the pool is just off the main living area so you can stay part of everything going on inside and outside the house. They have plenty of toys and our girls loved playing in a playhouse just outside the pool enclosure. The property managers were very responsive to all our questions and even came over to help us with the pool the same afternoon that we called. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Sarasota. The other great perk is that it is very close to Siesta Key and the great Crescent Beach..

We stayed in this beautiful house for a short girls weekend trip and did not want to leave!!! The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was great to cook in and there is plenty open space. I loved the decor and furnishings....very cozy! We spent a whole day just lounging by the pool. Only a 13 minute car ride to Siesta Key Village and Downtown Sarasota but also tons of restaurants and shops just around the corner. The house would be perfect for families as well and we will definitely be back!

This house was lovely and I really enjoyed my stay there. We were two families (one of 4 the other of 5) totaling 4 adults and 5 kids. The kids shared the room with the bunk beds very comfortably and the couples each had a room. There were towels available and a nice kitchen where we cooked many meals. My only compliant is that the toilet paper was very hidden and there were no paper towels, which we had to buy. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. The house is about 10 minutes from Siesta Key beach and is located in a cute neighborhood. It is also close to other very nice areas of Sarasota. Very nice, modern furniture and very comfortable stay overall.

This home was beautiful! All you have to bring is your clothes. It was close to everything and was in a great neighborhood. Annie was prompt to answer all questions and even let us check in early. Would highly recommend to anyone especially large groups. We would love to stay again in the future.

The home is beautiful and we found it exactly like it was advertised. The lovely open floor plan and the tasteful modern decor made it an amazing place to stay on our vacation. The pool was very nice too. There are wonderful shopping centers within approximately 30 minutes of the home and it’s conveniently located near the Siesta Keys beach. The community was quiet and peaceful, though there are neighbors close by. Spa Hollywood is only a few minutes down the street and a “must experience” when you’re in Sarasota.
