Are you ready to make some memories?! Perched in the picturesque heart of Lake Lure, North Carolina, Ridgeline is an absolutely stunning property that promises an unforgettable escape. This modern gem features four beautifully designed bedrooms, including a unique converted garage with its own mini-split system for perfect climate control, and two luxurious bathrooms. The open-plan living area is a haven of comfort and style, boasting an inviting electric fireplace that adds a cozy touch to cool evenings and the blue themed mountain mural on the living room wall. The pool table in the game room and board games provided, will keep you busy even on rainy days!

Step outside to be greeted by jaw-dropping mountain views that come alive with vibrant colors at sunset. The outdoor amenities are nothing short of spectacular: a heated pool (seasonal) beckons for refreshing swims, while a bubbling hot tub offers a serene spot for soaking under the stars. Golf enthusiasts will be thrilled by the private, fenced-in putting green, perfect for practicing your short game. Gather around the gas fire pit area for evening conversations and marshmallow roasting sessions, all while soaking in the serene ambiance of the surrounding mountainside! The pool is open from May 1st - Nov 1st. The pool can be heated but we must be notified 3 days in advance and this will incur an extra fee of $25 a day with a minimum of 5 days.

We've stayed at many short term rentals and wanted to design a space that would assist in creating memories similar to the ones we now have with our family and friends. The trend tended to be, at all of those places, the outdoor space was what contributed the most to our favorite memories. So we focused on that here! Spend time putt putting on the private green or splash around in the pool during the days, then gather around the outdoor dining and kitchen space for a at home dining experience, before ending the evening around the fire pit or soak your stress away in the bubbling hot time while checking out the amazing views and/or star gaze right from the back patio! So many incredible entertaining actives right here at Ridgeline!

- We provide a Jura Machine so that you can reduce waste by brewing a single fresh cup of espresso with the touch of a button!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through the large window, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
- EV Charger: We got you covered with an EV charger located right inside the garage door. (You will need to bring your own adaptor.)

1. Lake House Restaurant and Bar - Amazing dinner spot right at the start of the lake!
2. 1927 Lake Lure Inn and Spa - Get a bit of history and check out the original Lake Lure Inn and Spa.
3. La Strada - Great Italian restaurant with beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
4. Lured Market & Grill - If you want a fun casual spot this market is great!
5. Scoop Lake Lure - If you have a sweet tooth check out Scoop right on the lake;)

LOCAL COFFEE:
1. Both of our favorite coffee shops are located in the town of Chimney Rock which, unfortunately, is still rebuilding and not open to the public yet.

Please Note:

1. The booking individual must be 25 years of age or older.

2. The pool is serviced every Thursday! Swim in the pool at your own risk. Pool is open from May 1st - Nov 1st. This property is equipped with pool heat but if you would like to use it, we must be notified 3 days in advance and it will incur an extra fee of $25 a day with a minimum of 5 days. The electric cover does a great job of keeping the heat in allowing us to have the pool open longer but we do have to close it over the Winter season Nov 1st - May 1st.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Swim at your own risk. Please note, the pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day with pool heat available. It is closed for the Winter season after Labor Day. Please be sure to plan your vacation accordingly.

5. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $200 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

6. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

7. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

8. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of work, kids or not this is a great place to go. The sunrise, sunsets and the all day views were amazing. Having the pool and mini golf holes, and pool table made the amenities for the kids keeping them occupied all day.

Five Star Property! The house is exactly as described and was a great stay for our family; including the dog. Landon and his team did a great job making sure everything was as it should be. We had a great time, this is the first time we vacation in the mountains of NC during the 4th of July. We loved it, better than the beach, which we usually go to during this time. Everything that u need for fun is there, you have a swimming pool, jaccuzi ,pool table, and you have 5 greens for golf. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also very clean! The kitchen is fully stocked, you do not need to bring anything with you. There is a nice grocery store less than 10 minutes away. We're coming back Thanksgiving!

Amazing property

Top class quality of the property, very responsive host, super well appointed with high-end stuff. We had a great time living in the property. Thank God for that.. as there was not much else to around the area. Most places in the Lake Lure area were damaged by a recent storm. The putting golf in the property was great and so was the hot tub.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ridgline - it was exactly as described and pictured. My kids especially loved the outdoor amenities, the pool table and having their own space! Landon was responsive and communicative the entire stay and the guidebook was super helpful for ANY question you may have. They have truly thought of it all! We took a visit into Lake Lure and a day in Asheville and had the best time! This Airbnb is the perfect place to relax with family and/or friends. The view is spectacular, the home is spacious and absolutely serene. My husband and I traveled to the home for a long weekend with our 2 kids, 10 and 14 and our dog. The kids were in awe of the home, played golf, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and played games. It was great seeing them disconnected from tech and enjoying the home. We reached out to the host Landon, who was extremely responsive, to confirm that the home was accessible after Hurricane Helene. He also ensured that we had access to WiFi by installing Starlink before our stay as my husband and I both had important meetings while there. The home is perfectly planned out. We had everything we needed, beach towels, extra blankets and each other. I asked a ton of questions (it’s who I am lol). Landon was patient and highly responsive. We look forward to going back to this home next year and have recommended it to friends and colleagues. It’s perfect!

Our stay was FANTASTIC! The property was unbelievable with beautiful views of the mountains. The house was so much fun with the hot tub, pool and the putting greens. We played on the putting greens for hours! Landon was a wonderful host who responded so fast and made sure our stay was what we expected. He helped us out a lot as they were doing repairs to the property while we there, and we are so thankful for his kindness and understanding. If you are looking to stay in Lake Lure this is it! Everything about the house is high end and pristine down to the impressive coffee maker that grinds the beans for you.
All of the interior finishes/beds/furnishings are Georgous. Our family spent the entire weekend really taking in the outdoor space of this house. From the stunning views, firepit, to the putting green, hot tub/pool, and outdoor kitchen it was just amazing. I would recommend heating the pool like we did. Even in the summer, the temps dip at night so that was good to have.
Landon was always super responsive to get back to us when we had a question.
Would highly recommend this for your next vaca spot :)

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
