Love everything about this place. Cannot recommend it enough.

Great home. Tastefully decorated and was exactly as described. Beach chairs and towels were great to have for beach trips. Pool area was nice as well. We really enjoyed the extra large screen TV in the main room with plenty of seating for our group! Well appointed kitchen. Beds were very comfortable!! Close(walking distance) to walmart and publix for groceries. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect for our stay! We were in Sarasota for a sporting event, and it was a good spot 15 minutes from the event and also 15 mintues from downtown Sarasota. It is one of the nicer, if not the nicest house on the block. Once inside, the property was spotless, simple, and vacation ready. The pool looked beautiful even though we never had a chance to use it, and the backyard is spacious. The owner's provided clear communication throughout the renting process, including a nice list of local favorites. We hit all of their local coffee shops, with Perq Coffee Bar being the clear winner. Thank you Landon and Team!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, super clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as in the photos. The pool and outside areas were great and we used them basically every day. We appreciated the secure locks on the doors to the pool. Our kids especially loved the gaming table! Communication was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Landon’s house. Everything is new and spotless. The home is well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The pool was warm and the backyard was very peaceful. The huge TV in the living room was awesome for watching sports and movies. We’d definitely recommend Landon’s home.

Absolutely the best host we’ve ever had. The house great; it was clean, had lots of extra touches like a game table and a 100” TV, was stocked with everything we could need (we even had an option to have the fridge stocked with our groceries when we arrived), and the team at BNB Breeze checked in with us to see if there was anything else we needed.
