Many thanks to Landon and his team. We truly enjoyed our stay traveling as for adult men for a mini golf getaway. The four bedrooms were comfortable. The three bathrooms were sparkly clean. They were ample linens, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a heated pool, a washer and dryer with detergent, and really just everything we could’ve wanted. Thank you, Landon and we hope to see you again very soon.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful and we enjoyed all of the amenities, including the pool, patio, fire pit, and basketball court. The home is near many different restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas and is an only short drive to the beach. The patio and pool are fenced in and child proofed, but the front and back doors could use an addition lock that small kids can’t reach. The host was very responsive and promptly addressed any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and comfortable home. We were a group of five adults and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The property itself is beautiful, and we especially loved spending time in the pool. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is conveniently close to both Trader Joe’s and Publix, and just a short drive from Siesta Key and other local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and even shared helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities ahead of our trip. We’d love to come back for another stay!

First time traveling to Florida and we stayed at the roswlawn house for 5 nights. We had an amazing experience! Perfect layout for multiple families. Netted pool area with lots of pools toys and floaties to use. The house is located in the perfect location - felt like we were in the middle of all the places we went and visited. Detwiler’s farmers market is a must stop for groceries, it was more affordable than Walmart/costco. I’d recommend this house and would consider coming back again!

I want to start by saying that this is by far the best vacation rental home that I have ever stayed in. I don't use the word "home" lightly...you literally feel like you are at home as soon as you walk through the door. Every single bedroom is equipped with comfy furnishings, like REAL furniture, not cheap stuff. Lots of extra towels, pillows, comforters, and throws for snuggling on the couches with. The kitchen is fully equipped, like FULLY EQUIPPED, multiple coffee makers, plenty of silverware, every size pot and pan and extras, storage containers, utensils, literally EVERYTHING! Now let's get to the best part, the outside! The covered and screened patio provided the perfect back drop for a Florida fun filled weekend in the sun (or shade if you're my Mother) A large table with 8 chairs AND like 6 extras was provided. 5 pool lounge chairs. TONS of pool toys and floats. The pool was pristine and the perfect temperature. There is also a nice green space with a half basketball court that was fun for the young adults and a beautiful fire pit that served us well in the evenings for family conversations and lots of laughs! Also, the level of communication from the owners was amazing. They were quick to answer any questions, and very proactive with conversations, it was very much appreciated. We will absolutely stay here again given the opportunity!!

We were pleasantly surprised! The house is very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room to relax and gather as a group, both inside and out.The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with cooking essentials including some basics such as coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. The bedroom configuration is very nice and unexpected. There are 2 rooms with king size beds and en suite bathroom!!!The outdoor area is great for entertainment with a pool and fire pit. The only suggestion would be to provide a written “guide” for basic instructions for the house(tv instructions, how to use fire pit etc). I find it inconvenient to use a cell phone to look for information regarding how to operate household items.

Landon’s home was perfect indoors and outdoors. We had 3 generations with grandkids of 5, 2 and 1 . The outdoor space was amazing with 4 separate areas including the pool, screened in porch, outside seating with fire pit and basketball court.
The. pool area was completely ienclosed and the young children could not get in without an adult - super safe and making being outside in the beautiful weather super safe , fun and relaxing.
Indoor living space matches rhe wonderful outdoor space.
Landon was so helpful at all times.
We will definitely be back.

Great space! Our family of 8 had plenty to do while hanging out. The basketball court, pool, fire pit and grill were hits for our family.
Location is close to downtown Sarasota and beaches. Delicious restaurants and coffee shops close by.

The only problems included the fire pit not working, and a diagram of the outside light fixtures would be a help. A few screens in pool area are down, probably due to hurricane, so we stayed away from swimming.

Excelente escapada para toda la familia . Esta casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días Maravillosos en familia . Amamos que la casa estaba bien organizada y limpia , la cocina estaba equipada con todo lo necesario, la piscina estaba impecable, es una de las mejores piscinas que hemos podido disfrutar desde que comenzamos a hacer estos viajes familiares , la cancha de basquetbol fue un plus para el niño varón del grupo . Disfrutamos de la barbacoa y de cada una de las comodidades de la casa , viajamos con una bebé de 9 meses y encontrarnos que había un corralito de bebé fue una sorpresa placentera, ya que el nuestro se había quedado en casa . La playa Siesta key a menos de 15 min de la casa y Lido beach a 17 min aprox . Variedad de supermercados y restaurantes muy cercanos de la casa , además de estar muy cerca también del downtown de Sarasota , la pasamos muy bien y volveríamos a esta propiedad . Su propietario Landon es muy atento y de respuesta rápida.

Don’t even know where to start! This place is filled with all the amenities your family could need. The host is absolutely amazing, very responsive with any questions, along with an amazing attitude and want for you to have the best time ever! This is one of the best stays I have ever had in Sarasota, with or without a tropical storm (Debby) growing into a hurricane off the coast. Two surprises were it is more roomy in some places than the pictures suggest and it had two king and two queen beds, not just one king. Pool was perfect and the fans on the patio were welcome touch for being there in early August. Kids loved playing hoops so much they never got to the other games the house was equipped with. I can't recommend it enough and will look it up when I come back.

What a great house, super well equipped, really well laid out and very well cleaned and prepared!
Outside space has a great pool area, perfect sized pool, gas bbq and nice eating space. Really liked the pool being shallow and deep and one end, great for my teenagers. Does need some net repairs, at the end of the season, but didn’t make a difference to a brilliant week.
Location is good easy to get to Siesta Key and Downtown Sarasota, but Lido Beach and St Admands were own favourites. Lots of dining and supermarkets on hand.
Overall we would definitely use the house again!

We were happy with our stay, it was peaceful and spacious for 8 adults. beds were not very comfortable and a small coffee pot for 8 adults, but everything else was great. Great outdoor space! The host was very easy to communicate with. Great weekend getaway!

Short drive to Siesta Key, Lido Key, St Armand’s Circle, etc. Enjoyed multiple beaches, aquarium, Jungle Garden and PopStroke. Host, Landon, was very responsive. We (2 adults and a teenager) were traveling to the area for a sports competition and stayed at the house with some friends and their teenager. The house is nothing short of amazing! It was spotlessly clean, in a very quiet neighborhood, and was so well appointed that I honestly couldn’t believe it! The pictures don’t do it justice! The outdoor area was so comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and we had plenty of space to spread out! There’s honestly nothing negative to say about this house! We definitely will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay…the house was equipped with everything we needed and enough space for a family of 5. The pool area and backyard was awesome, very private and peaceful!! The location of the house is centrally located to many restaurants, stores, beaches…we were never in the car for more than 10 minutes. We will definitely be back, thanks Landon for being a great host!!

This vacation rental was in a quiet neighbourhood. A clean, well laid out home. ( The second fridge was a bonus.) We enjoyed the pool. Just a few minutes from the beach, or a grocery or drugstore. Also a short drive to a ball park to take in a spring training game.

Landon & the property were nothing short of 100% professional! This little oasis was exactly what my large family needed! We joked that their property had more stuff than our home did! Between the fire pit, basketball court, (child safe) in ground pool, to the well laid out house in general. It was nice to have all the conveniences of your personal home while on vacation vs. a hotel etc…We are a tough crowd to be honest, and I can say without hesitation that I would not only recommend this house but Landon as well, and I see that they have other properties so going forward they will be hearing from us for sure!

My family of 6 spent a very nice stay in this amazing property. The house was very clean, and very well accomodated for everyone. Rooms are wide and the main bedroom has a nice connection to the backyard for easy pool access. The property has an amazing kitchen with all you need, oven and cooking utenciles, electric stove, as well as a grill in the backyard for the family cooks. The pool is amzing with a very nice setting, with a table shairs and much more in the backyard. The host is the best and most serious experience I ever had. Very nice communication and very fast response if any message was sent to him. This is a great reccomendation I will give to a family vacation. Enjoy your stay as much as we all ejoyed ours.

Great place to stay! We loved everything about this house. The rooms were a great size, open kitchen, comfy couches, we loved the backyard (pool and basketball court), the house was well stocked. Honestly it was the little things that were so helpful- second refrigerator, pool towels by the back door, lawn games, pool floats, laundry soap, plenty of toilet paper. We’ll definitely be back 🤍

Roselawn is the BEST home I’ve rented through Airbnb!!! It was everything and more than I expected … every room was immaculate, inviting and well stocked. Furniture was extremely comfortable, everything from sofas, beds & outdoor furniture! We felt right at home and are already thinking of our next stay with our family. Location is great, so close to any and all activities. Landon was more than accommodating, I asked so many random questions before arrival and I received his response within a few minutes. I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience at Roselawn, can’t wait to come back, all the way from California!

We loved the house and the backyard was fantastic. Firepit, pool, basketball and gas grill. Many pool toys for the kids and adults. Several beach chairs for Siesta Key, We had more fun eating at the house than going out to dinner. Publix only a few minutes away. We will be back next year and probably 2 more families will be joining us, Hopefully they can rent another place from Landon, he was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Landon!

Group of 6 adults. Great place to hang out by the firepit and pool! Plenty of food for all. Close to beaches and restaurants! Definitely have to go to Walt’s Fish Market.

I highly recommend this house, especially our host Landon. Landon was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The house exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the pool. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our party of six as well as having ample open space to gather in. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Spacious home great for our group of 6. Pool makes it great for those with kids. Very good location for access to activities around the Sarasota area. Friendly and helpful neighbors. The only drawback was a couple of minor repairs that need to be made to the towel rack in one bathroom and dresser handles which were loose.

We booked this for a large group and ended up with only 6 people. The set up here is wonderful. As soon as you walk in you can tell everything was extremely well thought out. The pool was clean and quite large. The fire pit is an awesome addition. I wish we got to use that more. The grill on site is top of the line. We cooked quite a few meals on the grill and certainly appreciated it being there. Bedrooms had ample room and storage! Communication with Landon was excellent. Prompt responses and sends a quite comprehensive list of local attractions, restaurants, and places to visit prior to your stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our overall stay was great. The home and pool was very nice… and clean! We had our 3 yr old and a 9mon old with us, so cleanliness is very important to us. We had a few minor issues with the water pressure at the kitchen sink and the entry door key pad not working. With that being said Landon was great with answering all of our messages in a timely manor and getting these issues fixed! The location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We would love to stay here again providing availability!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was huge and there was plenty of space indoors for our whole group. The outside fire pit and basketball hoop were really fun and a nice addition.
The house was very clean and we are very picky about that! Landon was very reponsive if we had any questions. The location was very close to our favorite Florida beach, Siesta Key.
Our whole group had a great time and we will definitely be back!

WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!! Landon was very accommodating of our large family. This house was very roomy and had nice sized bedrooms. When at the house we spent most of our time in the pool, playing basketball and evenings around the firepit. There are actually 2 KIng sized beds. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and a short drive to the beach.

Great house that’s in a good safe area. You’ll need a vehicle to get to beaches or restaurants but it has covered parking for that. Pretty screened in pool area and a big nice yard. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome house if you have a large family and want to vacation together or for multiple families to stay together. I can even Envision a girls trip in this house.
The location is very close to Siesta Key beaches if that is something you want to incorporate into your trip.
The basketball hoop area, firepit & amazing screen enclosed pool with roof covered grill & table area was a dream for entertaining kids and adults alike.
I have a personal issue with the vacation industry that raises prices during "high seasons" and that is why I took off 2 stars for value......
