The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint. Sarasota has been voted one of the cleanest and greenest cities in the US! Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful Florida environment, and welcoming you to join us:
• This stay is central to beaches, restaurants, and shops! We encourage you to use our loved public transportation system to make traveling easy, and eco-friendly!
• We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
• We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
• We offer reusable grocery bags to make shopping at your local farmers market both chic and sustainable!
• All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
• We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural Florida sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
• Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!

• Parking Space for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway
• We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Pool Heat: This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee of $25 a day with a minimum of 5 days.

6. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and the yard was amazing. We used the beach chairs and the cooler supplied in the garage to head to the beach, which was a huge help!! The electronic game table was a huge hit as well!! Highly recommend!

Landon’s place was a wonderful stay for our first time traveling with a little one. We had everything we needed! Loved the kids play area and the game table was a lot of fun for the adults! Beds were comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend. Great location close to amazing coffee (postal 98 cafe), Publix, and just a short drive to several different beaches and restaurants. The host is amazing, and they do a great job of making sure we had everything that we needed. It’s nice to feel like you’re working with a real person rather than some mysterious person on the internet.
The house was as described, and the location is super convenient. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within a 10 minute drive. Extremely easy access to Siesta Key and Lido Beach. You can easily go to the beach in the morning, come back to the house for lunch, and make it out to the beach again without issue.
All of the amenities were amazing and we had a blast in the pool, playing putt putt, and shooting basketball.
This is a 5/5 star home!

Landon’s Oasis is a great place to stay when visiting Sarasota, Florida or any of the surrounding attractions such as Siesta Key and Lido Beach. The house was fully equipped with a lot of fun activities such as a swimming pool, a basketball court, mini golf, shuffle board and pickle ball. Family spring vacation

EVERYTHING was above expectations!!!! The owners thought of everything!!! It is even better than the pictures! Very clean and spacious. Communication was always returned quickly. Our kids never said they were bored. 20 minutes to the beach or shopping. I can find nothing negative to say. In the future I will see if this company has a cottage where I travel because I would definitely stay here again!!!

Landon was great and very communicative. He messaged information in the days leading up to the check-in, and even texted over a personalized video message, which was a really nice gesture.
The house was a ton of fun for the kids. They were never bored, and we were surprised when it turned out that there was even a new digital game table that was installed the day before.
This was perfect for 2 families of 5 kids in total. The house was absolutely the cornerstone for our trip.

Landon’s place was nothing short of amazing! The heated pool is huge and great for laps. The places comes equipped with shuffleboard discs and poles, basketballs, putters and golf balls. My biggest issue is that I didn’t want to leave the place because there was so much fun to be had in the backyard! Landon was great at communication and I really enjoyed his property. Quiet neighborhood and five minutes from the beach and downtown Sarasota. The bedrooms were big and comfortable as well.

Great Stay!

My family and I stayed for 3 night. My kids (4 & 9) had the best time with all of the activities in the backyard! The basketball court, pool, & putting green were perfect for them! House was in a great location- close to anything we needed. Communication was great, and even able to accommodate a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again!!

An Oasis in Sarasota. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, with a convenient drive to beaches, museums and restaurants. The house was clean and comfy, and had fun amenities such as a heated pool and shuffleboard. We all wish we'd had an extra day to just hang out together. Having a well appointed kitchen to leisurely make breakfast made our mornings easy.
Landon was an excellent communicator! He was quick to respond to questions. He provided an array of dining/activity/grocery suggestions, plus messaged to make sure our check in was smooth.
Door keypad is east for all to use.
Exit requirements very reasonable.
We'd stay again if back in the area.

Great property for our needs

We needed a place half way between Tampa and Placida with enough space and things to do for our teenagers and allowing our pups. This fit the bill! And the owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the pool on Thanksgiving day. Thank you!

The house is great, open comfortable layout with a nice easy to use kitchen. For our group, the backyard was the main attraction. The pool, shuffleboard, mini golf and basketball court kept us outside most of the time. We stayed at the house more than I thought, opting to enjoy it more than venturing out.

The property was fantastic, truly perfect for families and kids to have some fun without even leaving. We loved the basketball court, pool, shuffleboard, and grill. The beds and couches were comfy and everything was super clean. Location was great in the heart of Sarasota.
Just beware if you book in hurricane season, be sure to have travel insurance or book with a credit card that has it. They won't refund if the weather gets bad!

Highly recommend!! The home is extremely cozy and clean. The location is great with the beach just a short drive away. Our private pool was perfect and clean. The host, Landon, was great and gave us clear instructions on everything. He responds to messages fast and made everything easy. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Landon’s Place was amazing. The location was great and close to everything. The home was immaculate and very modern and have every accommodation that we could possibly need. There is a swimming pool outback that is in great shape and was a perfect part of our vacation. it offered relaxation when we no longer wanted to be at the beach with the kids we could just sit on the back porch and lounge. I can’t say enough about this place or about the host. They were absolutely great we will definitely be staying again.

Landon’s place is absolutely beautiful, clean and you can just stay at the house and still have a wonderful time. He was so great welcoming my daughter on her birthday that I will always come back to his home. My dog was also welcome and she had so much space to run on the back patio! Landon knows what he is doing and he provides the house with everything you need. We love this home it’s was a wonderful birthday and all thanks to Landon. My daughter, my doggie and I felt as home the entire time there. The house is very clean, the furniture looks new and the pool is clean as well as the spotless bathrooms, we will definitely come back. If I could give 100 stars I would most definitely give them to Landon’s property! Thank you for being such a wonderful Host.

Great house, wonderful backyard

We had an AMAZING time! We had so much fun playing shuffleboard, swimming in the pool, and lounging around the house with our family. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The furniture was so comfortable compared to most places we’ve stayed which was an added bonus! Landon was so helpful in whatever questions we had and was an absolute pleasure! This may become a new family spot in the future because of how much fun we had!

We loved our stay at Landon’s! It was perfectly equipped and extremely comfortable - we felt right at home! The house was cleaned to very high standards and had lots to do for the family. If we hadn’t been in Sarasota for an event, we would have enjoyed staycationing for a quiet weekend. Landon was very communicative and shared everything we needed for a trouble-free check in and local places to eat and experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This house was amazing felt right at home all of my kids loved the house from the moment we pulled up I loved the fact it wasn’t so far from the beach the host was very friendly and very kind answered me any time I messaged him I will definitely be staying here again in the future me and my family travel every year for spring break from New York and out of all the air bnb we have stood at this has been our favorite they give shampoo conditioner body soap dish soap and even hand soap out of all the places I have stayed I never had that and omg I didn’t have to buy toilet paper the house came with penalty lol best stay ever thank you again
