Pasamos unos días increíbles en esta maravillosa propiedad y superó por completo nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es sencillamente perfecta: estar tan cerca de la playa a unos 15 min. en carro, disfrutando del mar sin complicaciones.
​La casa es amplísima, comodísima y ideal para grupos grandes; éramos 8 personas tuvimos nuestro propio espacio para descansar plácidamente asi como una tarde de cine en el sofá. La limpieza, las instalaciones y las comodidades de toda la propiedad estuvieron impecables desde el primer momento.
​Sin duda, lo más destacado fue el entretenimiento:
​Piscina privada: Mantenida a la perfección, limpia y rodeada de un espacio excelente para relajarse al sol o refrescarse a cualquier hora del día.
​Diversión para todos: La selección de juegos es espectacular. Tienen opciones increíbles para que los niños esten entretenidos y los adultos compartamos risas e interactuemos. Es el alojamiento perfecto para desconectar, crear recuerdos inolvidables en familia.

Great place my only gripe is there were no cookie sheets to make cookies lol. The pool was great, the pickle ball was so fun, and the host was very helpful and responsive.

The property was beautiful and had everything you could think of!! An abundance of seating inside. Pickle ball was definitely a family favorite. The infinity game table was definitely used a lot also!!The only negative for us was no ceiling fans. We are use to them, so just a personal preference. The house is in a good spot for driving to all of the different local beaches with plenty to do close to the house also.We would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and on a very quiet street. Everything is provided for the beach. We were in the heated pool every morning. The pool was clean and there are plenty of chairs for everyone to sit. The house is close to the beaches and some good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this house.

It's a great place to stay with everything you need! the outside looks good on the pictures but is dated. The pickle ball court is very small and some of the out door furniture is old. As expensive as it is, I think it should have better upgrades and not have to pay extra to have the pool heated. Overall a very nice place to have a vacation. Awesome pool!

When we got there everything was ready for us. It was perfect. Then the day after all day all we could smell out side was animal urine. Like neighbors were cleaning cat boxes or something. It was awful. Not owners fault just something happened. 2nd day pool people showed up unannounced to clean pool while we were outside by the pool getting ready to go in. We asked him to leave. Upon doing so he put 4 chlorine tabs in which we thought pool was saltwater. The pool area can use a few repairs screen door ripped, table seat cushions replaced they are flat. Honestly over all we had a good time didn’t need to go far. Just a few minor things. We would definitely consider another property with BNB as we usually choose different cities each visit.

My family stayed during spring break with two small children and really enjoyed all of the activities!! The pool was warm enough even for my daughter who is always cold, and we appreciated the pack n play and booster seat to save on packing. It was a great spot!

Landon’s place was a wonderful stay for our first time traveling with a little one. We had everything we needed! Loved the kids play area and the game table was a lot of fun for the adults! Beds were comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend. Great location close to amazing coffee (postal 98 cafe), Publix, and just a short drive to several different beaches and restaurants. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

The host is amazing, and they do a great job of making sure we had everything that we needed. It’s nice to feel like you’re working with a real person rather than some mysterious person on the internet.
The house was as described, and the location is super convenient. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within a 10 minute drive. Extremely easy access to Siesta Key and Lido Beach. You can easily go to the beach in the morning, come back to the house for lunch, and make it out to the beach again without issue.
All of the amenities were amazing and we had a blast in the pool, playing putt putt, and shooting basketball.
This is a 5/5 star home!

Landon’s Oasis is a great place to stay when visiting Sarasota, Florida or any of the surrounding attractions such as Siesta Key and Lido Beach. The house was fully equipped with a lot of fun activities such as a swimming pool, a basketball court, mini golf, shuffle board and pickle ball. The house is also located in a great location that makes you feel comfortable and right at home. I would definitely come again.

EVERYTHING was above expectations!!!! The owners thought of everything!!! It is even better than the pictures! Very clean and spacious. Communication was always returned quickly. Our kids never said they were bored. 20 minutes to the beach or shopping. I can find nothing negative to say. Landon was great and very communicative. He messaged information in the days leading up to the check-in, and even texted over a personalized video message, which was a really nice gesture.
The house was a ton of fun for the kids. They were never bored, and we were surprised when it turned out that there was even a new digital game table that was installed the day before.
This was perfect for 2 families of 5 kids in total. The house was absolutely the cornerstone for our trip.

Landon’s place was nothing short of amazing! The heated pool is huge and great for laps. The places comes equipped with shuffleboard discs and poles, basketballs, putters and golf balls. My biggest issue is that I didn’t want to leave the place because there was so much fun to be had in the backyard! Landon was great at communication and I really enjoyed his property. Quiet neighborhood and five minutes from the beach and downtown Sarasota. The bedrooms were big and comfortable as well.

My family and I stayed for 3 night. My kids (4 & 9) had the best time with all of the activities in the backyard! The basketball court, pool, & putting green were perfect for them! An Oasis in Sarasota. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, with a convenient drive to beaches, museums and restaurants. The house was clean and comfy, and had fun amenities such as a heated pool and shuffleboard. We all wish we'd had an extra day to just hang out together. Having a well appointed kitchen to leisurely make breakfast made our mornings easy.
Landon was an excellent communicator! He was quick to respond to questions. He provided an array of dining/activity/grocery suggestions, plus messaged to make sure our check in was smooth.
Door keypad is east for all to use.
Exit requirements very reasonable.
We'd stay again if back in the area.

We needed a place half way between Tampa and Placida with enough space and things to do for our teenagers and allowing our pups. This fit the bill! And the owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the pool on Thanksgiving day. Thank you!

The house is great, open comfortable layout with a nice easy to use kitchen. For our group, the backyard was the main attraction. The pool, shuffleboard, mini golf and basketball court kept us outside most of the time. We stayed at the house more than I thought, opting to enjoy it more than venturing out.
Landon is a very proactive host, ensuring our group had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here if you love outdoor activities and making lasting memories.

The property was fantastic, truly perfect for families and kids to have some fun without even leaving. We loved the basketball court, pool, shuffleboard, and grill. The beds and couches were comfy and everything was super clean. Location was great in the heart of Sarasota.
Just beware if you book in hurricane season, be sure to have travel insurance or book with a credit card that has it. They won't refund if the weather gets bad!

Landon’s Place was amazing. The location was great and close to everything. The home was immaculate and very modern and have every accommodation that we could possibly need. There is a swimming pool outback that is in great shape and was a perfect part of our vacation. it offered relaxation when we no longer wanted to be at the beach with the kids we could just sit on the back porch and lounge. I can’t say enough about this place or about the host. They were absolutely great we will definitely be staying again.

The house was very clean and roomy. Very nice set up and a great backyard. The pool was very nice! The owner answered any and all questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Landon’s place is absolutely beautiful, clean and you can just stay at the house and still have a wonderful time. He was so great welcoming my daughter on her birthday that I will always come back to his home. My dog was also welcome and she had so much space to run on the back patio! Landon knows what he is doing and he provides the house with everything you need. We love this home it’s was a wonderful birthday and all thanks to Landon. My daughter, my doggie and I felt as home the entire time there. The house is very clean, the furniture looks new and the pool is clean as well as the spotless bathrooms, we will definitely come back. If I could give 100 stars I would most definitely give them to Landon’s property! Thank you for being such a wonderful Host.

We had an AMAZING time! We had so much fun playing shuffleboard, swimming in the pool, and lounging around the house with our family. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The furniture was so comfortable compared to most places we’ve stayed which was an added bonus! Landon was so helpful in whatever questions we had and was an absolute pleasure! This may become a new family spot in the future because of how much fun we had!

House was well kept and clean. Stocked with everything you need. Check in and out was easy. Pool area nice. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed our weekend.

We loved our stay at Landon’s! It was perfectly equipped and extremely comfortable - we felt right at home! The house was cleaned to very high standards and had lots to do for the family. If we hadn’t been in Sarasota for an event, we would have enjoyed staycationing for a quiet weekend. Landon was very communicative and shared everything we needed for a trouble-free check in and local places to eat and experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This house was amazing felt right at home all of my kids loved the house from the moment we pulled up I loved the fact it wasn’t so far from the beach the host was very friendly and very kind answered me any time I messaged him I will definitely be staying here again in the future me and my family travel every year for spring break from New York and out of all the air bnb we have stood at this has been our favorite they give shampoo conditioner body soap dish soap and even hand soap out of all the places I have stayed I never had that and omg I didn’t have to buy toilet paper the house came with penalty lol best stay ever thank you again
