Wonderfully located to food, shopping, and beach. House is dated; however, it was very clean. Appreciated the ample amount of towels that were provided, both beach towels and bath towels. Host had impeccable communication. Beds were ok, not the most comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay, would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Landon’s place. The pool, outdoor putting area, and the ping pong table provided us a ton of fun while we were there. The space was very clean and comfortable, and looks exactly like the pictures on the listing. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The house was very clean, well-organized, and everything was set up perfectly. It’s excellent for families and especially great for small children. The pool was amazing, and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The location is also quite convenient, just a short drive to the beach. It was truly a great experience for us, and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had another location booked and drove 9.5 hours to get there to find it filthy and not as described. We immediately cancelled it and saw Landon’s house and found it available. He was quick to respond to our needs and the place was pristine and just as described and pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially the pool. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental in the Sarasota area. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and the beautiful beaches in the area. We had an amazing stay! The highlight was definitely the beautiful backyard — the pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing during the day, and the outdoor space was ideal for hanging out in the evenings. There was plenty of comfortable seating, string lights that created a cozy vibe at night, and even a grill. The house itself was clean and exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We’d absolutely come back for another relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay. The house is very nicely furnished and decorated. The backyard pergola area is fantastic and a great place for parents to hang out while the kids are in the pool or have the whole family gather around to eat or play games. Landon is very responsive and very easy to communicate with. If you want a place that is between Siesta Key and Lido Key so you can enjoy all the beaches and downtown, it’s a great choice!

I have to say we had high expectations for our stay as Landon does a great job with the description & pictures. Before we arrived we talked of the outside space & pool area & asked could it really be that nice and private for real?
Well, well, well it surpassed the pictures and is R.E.A.L.! The outdoor space is a true Oasis away from it all. It has amenities galore way too many to list! The little touches make a big difference & set this home apart from others. The split plan with 2 en suites with baths & another bedroom is great for privacy where several can stay comfortably without being cramped at all! Beds are very comfortable & plenty of linens & storage. Very clean throughout! The home has funky design features like niches, tile in baths, retractable cup holders in the bathrooms (how cool). My favorite was the retro white built in oven. Great communication with Landon before, during & after stay. Don't miss this place. I highly recommend this home & will return! Well done!! Thx.

We enjoyed our stay! Came for a wedding and the house was easy to get and from wedding location. Landon’s house was very clean! My only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure in shower and the smell of the water other than that it was perfect and comfortable.

Place is a nice mid century home. Could use some updates but it’s quaint. Having just come through a couple hurricanes it was in really good shape
Master is a tad small and dated but worked for us mother BRs are larger and have king beds but share a bathroom.
Pergola area was nice. We didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. Too bad Milton knocked all the fruit off but there’s a nice starfruit tree just off the pergola.
Overall it met our needs and Landon and team were very responsive

Myself and my family had an amazing time at this home! It was clean and located not too far from all the best spots in Sarasota! The host was extremely professional and helpful with all my questions. Landon was timely in his responses and all instructions/expectations were clear. We spent hours goofing around the ping pong table and playing in that pool! Overall a great experience and we will definitely try to stay here whenever we’re in the area!

The house was great for our bachelorette trip - 6 of us were comfortable in the house! The location was close enough to the beach and all of our other planned activities that we never had to drive more than 15 or 20 mins. It was close to the historic district and the beach. Landon was super helpful with recommendations of things to do and restaurants before our stay and was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Sarasota!

This house has a beautiful backyard, perfect for families to enjoy and relax. The pool was perfect temperature, the swings were extra fun for the kids, it has a table tennis that was useful to keep the kids entertained when it was raining. The house is very close to many restaurants and a few minutes to the beach.
It is an older house with older bathrooms, but very well kept.
A lot of details were put into the different spaces to make your stay comfortable. Extra towels, nice soaps and shampoo, extra blankets, extra toilet paper, detergent for washer and dishwasher.
Landon is very quick to respond and he was very helpful when we had an issue with the entry pad.

This place was perfect! We stayed a week and hated to leave. The backyard is an oasis. Having a private pool, and a very nice clean outdoor space, made our trip one we can’t wait to repeat. The house was fully stocked and plenty of amenities. We cooked almost all our meals and Landon had the home stocked to make it feel as if we were at home. We’ve stayed at lots of BB’s that have 1 extra trash bag or TP roll, but this home spared nothing at being stocked to make our trip easier! Such an amazing retreat and reset for my family. Loved riding bikes through the neighborhood. Ice cream, pizza and coffee within walking distance in Pinecraft.

Wonderful time. Great house felt very comfortable. The beds were amazing the pool and the exterior great. Only reason I didn’t read it a five all the way across-the-board is because whoever the cleaning person is doesn’t do a deep clean everything was for the most part clean, but on top of the fridge next to the fridge Around the corners on the floor, the walls those needed extra scrubbing, and that made me feel as if it wasn’t sanitized as it could be I think the place needs a little bit of touchup work, not necessarily remodeling, but lots of paint peeling. S watches. Floor vinyl broken. Ping pong table edging pulled. Doors need refinishing. Double oven was old. Real old. Lots of other things had great touches. Decor was awesome. But definitely better cleaning for dust and corners.

Our group of 4 kids, 2 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was nicely decorated and cozy. The backyard provided hours of fun for all of us. Location was central to all that we wanted to do, Siesta Key, St. Armand’s circle and Venice for shark tooth hunting. The neighboring homes weren’t well kept but we had no issues with the neighborhood / neighbors. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay. This home is so inviting and relaxing we didn't want to leave. We visited during one of the busiest times of the year and yet never felt the full effects of it. While the town and beaches were teaming with people, the house was a perfect Oasis after a busy day nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is beyond amazing and the relaxing atmosphere out back is exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect being just 15 min. from Siesta Beach and local grocery stores. We came with extended family to put a beloved family member to rest. This retro style home, with its incredible outdoor pool/patio area, and quaint, comfortable interior, was just what we needed. This was a great place to stay for a family vacation. Everything was spotless and well maintained - their housekeepers are doing an excellent job! Our kids loved the heated saltwater pool which was plenty warm even when the outside temps dipped. The house was spacious and worked well for cooking and eating in, and the outdoor spaces were comfortable and pleasant. Also a great location in a quiet residential neighborhood. We felt safe and it was great being 10 minutes or less from just about everything. Internet worked well, laundry was a huge bonus, and we really appreciated the sulphate etc free soaps and detergent. Great place to stay and we hope to be back!

We had a great stay. The backyard was beautiful for hanging out by the pool and late night chats. Landon is very responsive and helpful, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the home was very cute and clean. The pool was not warm enough for swimming so that was a bit disappointing. (The air temp was in the 70’s and it felt colder than the air temp). Luckily our kids were all older so it didn’t ruin our stay or anything :) I would highly recommend this place and may return in the future!

The place was fabulous! Available on super short notice, Landon was incredibly accommodating, and the house was great! Convenient location, beautiful pool with awesome patio and hang out space, tons of beach and pool toys for the kids, and even a few snacks upon arrival. This was a great stay. If i’m ever back in sarasota this is the place I’ll book. Everything was neat and tidy. Easy to get to and get in. Once you get in there’s a welcome screen with your name which makes you feel special. It has recommendations and all sorts of things to look at. Landon was very helpful and was there right away for any questions i might have had. Even sent messages for places to see and asked how the stay was going and if i needed anything. Overall the house was amazing. Pool and outside area is beautiful. Once you’re there is so peaceful you just want to stay out. The rooms were kept clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and everything was minutes away. Another detail that’s so simple but i really loved is descriptions on the light switches. Sometimes you don’t know what turns on what and they all had a name on it of what it was for. Thank you Landon for the stay. You guys are amazing. 5/5!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay! The house is located close to lots of great restaurants and attractions, as well as 2 beautiful beaches.
Upon arriving we entered an incredibly clean and welcoming home, will plenty of amenities.

My family and I were in Sarasota while I was working and this was a perfect place for us to stay even though I didn't get to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. We spent most of our time in the amazing backyard and we can't wait to come back for another visit!

There were lots of amazing things about this place. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything, GREAT pool, super comfy and cozy living room with a giant TV, the ping pong table, the outdoor gazebo with mosquito netting (bc, ITS NECESSARY OUTSIDE IN FLORIDA) so u can calmly enjoy your dinner, the grill, loads of towels (great for someone like me who wont use the same one twice), and the space in general made me feel right at home. Beds were also very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed using the retro oven in what I take to be the original kitchen (very well maintained might I add) bc they just make everything crispy and delicious. Oh and the light pouring in thru all sides of the house thru all the windows made the time I spent indoors highly pleasant. Landon the host was also very quick with a response for any little thing I asked. Oh and I already miss the water pressure in the shower! I'd move in tomorrow if given the option. Will definitely be back.

You really feel like you are on vacation because they have thought of everything you might possibly need to make your stay more enjoyable and leave you to relax. They have towels available for your use, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, etc. They really make you feel like you are at home. No need to stress about ANYTHING. Communication is top tier making sure you feel welcome & are ready to answer any questions. The whole place is very clean & comfy. You also have a variety of beach options to choose from as they are all a short drive away. Located in a quiet & safe neighborhood.

We had an awesome weekend at the Sandy Feet Retreat! There was 6 of us and we had plenty of space. The house is stocked with kitchen necessities, plenty of bath towels and pool towels, too! There is even a ping pong table and a washer and dryer! We loved how many places there were to sit or lie down out next to the pool and soak up the sun. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved it. The pool was clean, the house was clean, and there was dishes and even blankets to use on the couch. It looks just like the photos, and it was about 15 minutes to Siesta Key! Would definitely recommend!

What can I say, everything that was listed is the truth. Very clean and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood very relaxing. I’m going to stay again for my anniversary. Came from Rhode Island with a family of 4 adults and this home was the perfect size to accommodate us all as well as it being very clean and maintained, labels for all switches and all features which is always a plus to help when going into a new home! Also the house is conveniently located close to all shops ( groceries, coffee, etc) and more importantly located very close to beautiful siesta key beach. Landon the host was very helpful and responded to any question within an hour as well as taking the time to offer a great list of all sorts of recommendations which was awesome, would definitely recommend and stay again!!

The neighborhood is very nice and quite, there are convenience stores nearby.

The house is so close to everything! You probably want a car because I feel like it’s about 15 minutes away from something in every direction. But even getting an Uber or Lyft wasn’t too bad! There was plenty of room for everyone and no one felt like they were on top of each other. Which is really saying something with the amount of girls that stayed and had to get ready each night. The house was clean! I would absolutely stay here again if ever going back to that area!

Landon was amazing to deal with. He answered all our questions before and during our stay. there was a pac n play and a seat for babies to sit in. We also enjoyed the selection of games.

Great mid century ranch with beautiful terrazzo floors (if you're into that sorta thing), vintage kitchen and beautiful private pool with a tanning ledge. Quiet neighborhood close to Siesta Key and convenient shopping. Very clean and cozy and we really appreciated the personal touches like fresh coffee, spices and some basic cleaning supplies. Landon was pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is pretty much exactly as described and as you see in the photos. 7 adults stayed here very comfortably with all the space and amenities you could possibly need. We actually went shopping for the basics prior to arrival expecting to need to come with our own supplies, but there was already everything you could need which was great, so we left behind some of our items to share with the next guests. The backyard is wonderful, we really enjoyed our time by the pool. There is a beautiful starfruit tree in the neighbors yard that hangs over onto this property, so we were able to indulge in some fresh fruit right off the tree. Landon is a wonderful host and was very easy to work with and reach throughout our entire stay. We felt safe and comfortable here. The pull through driveway was perfect too since we had 3 vehicles, which fit great with room for more really if it were necessary. We look forward to making this a recurring trip and staying here again in the future!

A relaxing and clean place. The pool is beautiful, at a great spot, kids shallow pool area has a lot of shade throughout the day and rest of the area gets a lot of sun. We enjoyed our stay.
