Amazing host and an amazing house. Everything was thoughtfully prepared - even an expensive coffee machine was available. Multiple floors, a great set of amenities, and those tall windows really make it feel like you’re staying in a castle 😊

We had a wonderful stay! Landon was incredibly friendly and responsive, quickly resolving a few minor issues that came up. The location was perfect — close to several beautiful beaches and easy to get around. We especially loved the backyard pool, which was private and relaxing. The home being pet-friendly was a big plus for us! The only small downside was the lack of grassy space for our dog, but overall it was an excellent experience and we’d happily stay here again.

This house was beautiful. The pool was amazing. We had few issues that were taken care of right away for the most part. We would definitely stay here again. We love that it's close to anything but tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment is nice but likely less frequently utilized as it was a bit stuffy. An air purifier and dehumdifier would be great in that space.

We were in town for a week for my son’s wedding at the Ringling The house was perfect for our family and for getting ready for the wedding. The owners have thought of everything. Plenty of supplies such as extra garbage bags, coffee, plates, cups, paper towels, Laundry detergent, steamer, blow dryers. The pool was so nice to relax We got amazing pictures on the rooftop We also used the bikes to ride to the Ringling prior to wedding and we walked the Kayaks down to park for a tour of all the lovely homes that sit on water. The house is 5-10 minute drive from downtown area where we had the welcome dinner was on Friday and the farewell brunch on Sunday. The other pleasant surprise was the airport was only 5 minutes from house which made pick up’s and drop offs so convenient. We all agreed the house was perfect and we will definitely be back when we visit Sarasota

Beautiful home! We stayed with a couple of families and had a blast! Would absolutely come back and stay longer next time!
There were ALOT of stairs. To any of the bedrooms, so just a heads up! But it’s was private, beautiful and very clean!

Landon 's place in Sapphire Shores in Sarasota was Incredible! The place was spotless when we got there and we had no difficulty contacting Landon. Landon was very responsive to any questions we had getting back to us immediately. This place was amazing great Location 2 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota. I would highly recommend this place and Landon for 5 couples as every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Our stay was amazing and would stay at this place agin in a heartbeat. Thanks for all the local selections ffrom Landon and his team evrything we did that they suggested was spot on. Thanks Again to Landon and his team for a wonderful time and rental.

Sapphire Shores is a stunning property! It is very well equipped, clean, and allows for rest and relaxation. The place was spotless when we arrived and also easy to keep clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. He provided recommendations for local attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall, a good experience. We stayed there soon after the hurricane, so we did have some issues (stove, microwave and pool heater did not work). I attribute that to the hurricane ( maybe a power surge?). Thus the only suggestion to the property manager is that more checks should have been done to ensure everything worked.

We recently stayed at this house, what can I say…. Wow absolutely stunning and has everything including bikes, seats etc for beach, house is immaculate! This house absolutely spoiled us! We had to move to Orlando due to helene heading, but wish we didn’t as the other house was nothing on this one! Next we come here this is the house I would rent, cannot thank Landon enough, very efficient on responding to your needs, and helpful which anything you ask. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house is beyond amazing. I highly recommend this beautiful home. My family and I stayed here for 8 days and nobody wanted to leave at the end. It is equipped with everything you need & I mean EVERYTHING, be worry free. It even had a beach tent which was perfect to protect against the sun at the beautiful Siesta Key beach, btw 20 min drive.
The layout of the house is different but it ended up being perfect, its huge, every room is huge with its own bathroom. My parents loved staying in the guest house. We spent so much time in the kitchen which is equipped with all you need to make your meals and the kitchen overlooks the pool, so we always saw the kids as we cooked. Pool is perfect, the kids and adult loved it.
And the game room has this one table game that we spent so much time playing against each other, we all became competitive and had lots of fun. lol
Our host was great is responding any questions we had and we will definitely be back next year.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and we were able to accommodate everyone comfortably. Every detail of the home is stunning, and the owner was wonderful to work with. We would love to visit the area again and would definitely choose this home for another stay!

This has to have been the best Airbnb we have stayed in. It was like a mansion. We made dinner every day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing and the furniture was really incredible especially the chairs on the third floor. Kayaks, bikes, game room. You really didn’t have to leave the house. Perfect for the rowing team we brought for the National Championships because you don’t want them wandering around malls!

Landon’s home was amazing!
If you have a big family, this is the perfect vacation home! It boasts stunning views a beautiful kitchen and is equipped with kayaks, bicycles, basketball hoop, corn hole games to have fun with the family and a nearby park for the kids to enjoy. Additionally, the nearest beach is just a short 15-minute drive away.
I highly recommend this beautiful home. You will not regret it.

Everything was great for our family trip to Sarasota. All amenities were top scale. So many spaces to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Enjoyed walks to the water for sunsets and to the Ringling Museum. Landon was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Landon’s listing in Sarasota. My family of four met up with my childhood best friend and her family of five for a little Florida vacation together.
The house fit both families incredibly well and we loved all the amenities the house included. Our kids especially loved the pool.
We spent one day at The Shore just a short drive away for some shopping and a beach day. Highly recommend. We also checked out Anna Maria Island for dinner and to watch the sunset.
The park by the water front, just a short walk from the house, was also a cozy place to check out with the kids. We were told we had just missed a young manatee out in the water.
We stayed 3 nights but wished we would have booked the house for two additional days to really be able to take in and experience all the amenities the house has to offer.
Sapphire Shores will hold a special place in our hearts. We hope to visit again.

This home was perfect for our family to stay in for a week. Lots of great seating arrangements for group meals inside, outside, or on the screened porch. Cozy up by the fireplace outside overlooking the pool and beautiful landscape, or play a game of shuffle board in the game room. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and enjoy the sunset down the street at the park. Perfect location to all things Sarasota!

What a great place for rest and relaxation. The house is absolutely beautifully decorated. It is totally quiet and private over the entire property. The crows nest on the roof of the property was a great place to sit to watch the sunsets. Only a couple minutes commute to Sarasota Airport. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Truly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything you could ever need. Every square inch of the home was thoughtfully created. The beds were all incredibly comfortable and everything was pristine. If you’re at all considering this home go ahead and book it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
