***February 6th - March 3rd the home will be only have 4 bedrooms. The guest room above the garage will be unavailable and there will be temporary renters in it. However, it is completely separate from the main house. The entire house will still be available!

This private oasis ensures that every guest feels cherished and pampered during their stay. The guest house is thoughtfully equipped with its own kitchen, balcony, and TV viewing space. This exclusive retreat within the estate offers a sanctuary for your guests to enjoy a sense of independence and relaxation.

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home. 

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. 

3. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. 

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. 

5. We do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

6. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Sapphire Shores!

7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations. Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response! 

8. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee of $25 a day with a minimum of 5 days.
