Great place to stay with a beautiful backyard and pool. All the rooms were a perfect size and everyone felt comfortable and at home. A little tricky to find since it’s behind some construction next door and in a dead end spot. Would definitely stay again!

This was the best airbnb we have ever stayed at for our annual beach weekend. The location was a bit further from Venice than we originally thought, but it didn’t even matter. The home fit our large party and 2 dogs and it was just amazing in every way.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The king-size beds were super comfortable, and the peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing getaway.
One thing to note: the fun room with four twin beds is on the opposite side of the house. It’s great for teens or adults, but may not be ideal for small children who need to be close to parents.
An excellent stay with a responsive and welcoming host. We’d definitely come again!

This was the perfect location for our girls trip! There was plenty of space, towels, mirrors, and the beds were comfy. Additionally the living area and kitchen were such a great gathering place for the group.
The outdoor area was unreal! We’d get back from the beach and then spend hours in the pool. I can’t recommend this location enough. Landon was super helpful and responsive as well.
I’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Sarasota!

My family stayed at Landon’s while in town for my sister’s wedding. The house was absolutely perfect. Everyone raved about how much they loved it! It looked even better than the photos. It was super clean and had all the amenities and supplies you would need (extremely appreciated the kitchen, laundry, and ample bath and pool towels!). With 11 people it never felt cramped. The backyard was stunning as well. It was truly Sarasota’s Gem and really made the wedding weekend so special! Landon was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home!

As a first time airbnb user I was nervous beforehand about what to expect as far as check in / check out , etc.
But the instructions were very simple and clearly written ... the whole guide was informative and easy to read putting all worries to rest right away .

This was a beautiful house, exactly as described when booking, and Landon was an amazing host! He was very responsive to all messages I sent to him. The house was very clean and well kept and we had plenty of room in the house with 6 adults. There was a bedroom with 4 single beds that we didn’t need, but that extra space would accommodate a family with kids, very nicely. The patio, pool and hot tub were definitely my favorite thing about the house. It was so nice to come back and relax in the hot tub after a long day out exploring. This was a great 40th birthday trip and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family of 8. The new remodel is lovely, everything was fresh and new! And the beds were very comfy. It would be nice to have a 3rd bathroom but it was doable with 2. The back pool/patio area was our favorite spot… great place to relax, swim, have a cookout, etc and enjoy the lovely weather!
Landon was very responsive and helpful to the several questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Es una casa preciosa bien localizada , el parqueadero espacioso jardineras arreglado. Toda el área del patio incluyendo piscinas relucientes. La piscina caliente con luces para la noche, no te encuentras ni un papelito tirado en el jardín. Los baños abastecidos con productos de limpieza, toallas y hasta algún que otro artículo de belleza en caso de que se necesite. La cocina con utensilios y hasta productos básicos para cocinar en caso de que hicieran falta, sal, azúcar, aceite a la mano. Quede sorprendida con las camas y la silla de masaje no me lo esperaba; mi esposo no me comentó, tampoco sabía que fuera tan necesitada por mi. Todo estaba justo como en la fotos, la atención del dueño es inmediata realmente estaba al pendiente. Cualquier necesidad o pregunta el respondía rápido y con mucha amabilidad. En resumen unos días increíbles que nos encantaría repetir. Fuimos a playa Lido que queda a unos 15 minutos en auto y estába tranquila limpia y llena de caracolas. 100 de 10!

He enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our group, spacious allowing us to have our privacy but also enjoy all the common areas as a group. The place was equipped with everything we needed.
Loved being able to take a short drive to the beach, but ending the summer vibes at the cute pool! Loved the jacuzzi!!! A total hit was the massage chair. 🫶 Landon was an amazing host and very responsive. Would recommend it! Thank you!

This Airbnb was perfect, all the way down to the soaps they provide! We LOVED our stay! The host was super quick to respond and even checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. The pool/hot tub AMAZING. The beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen has pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of room inside and outside to relax or have fun. The massage chair was an awesome perk. We loved the outdoor table and swinging benches. So close to Pinecraft that we walked to the ice cream shop and to Postal 98 Cafe! (5min walk) Postal 98 has a great menu for coffee and food! 20min drive to Siesta Key Beach! 20min drive to Lido Beach! And 20min from SRQ Airport! This is always the area we try to find a house because it’s so close to everything and in such a great and safe neighborhood. We will DEFINITELY book this house again in the future!

We didn't use the fire pit since it was warm while we were there, but it was still and nice place to hang out. Our party of ten ladies thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sarasota at this property. The home was beautiful, clean, well-appointed with the essentials and perfectly positioned in to access restaurants, markets, ice cream shops, a park (play shuffleboard!) and walking trails along the river and through the quaint community.
The home’s interior was spacious, tidy and provided additional spaces with extras to accommodate our large party. The outdoor space was unmatchable - a beautiful pool with hot tub was screened. Two swings, picnic tables, and ample seating around the fire pit allowed continuous use of the lushly landscaped outdoor space.
We felt very safe in the home. The neighborhood is quiet. Landon was immediately responsive and communicated very well prior to and during our stay.
We are very grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this home and all have plans to bring our individual families back to enjoy again. Thank you!

Loved this property. It fit the needs of our four kids perfectly. The older kids could swim and we could relax in the hot tub. Loved the outdoor space. We built a fire and made smores. We ate outside a lot. The adults loved the massage chair! The neighborhood was wonderful. A short walk from the park and local restaurants and shops. The no TVs was also SO nice. The kids went 7 days and didn’t even notice. Wi fi worked great too. Overall loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

We had the best time at Landon’s place!! The outside area was definitely a highlight! We traveled with little ones and having the baby gate around the pool made us feel worry free! 4 guys and 4 large bedrooms, and the place was impeccably clean! The pool is gorgeous, and the patio with two swings and a huge table with a fire pit was perfect for the guys who wanted to have a beer or stogie. There was plenty of hot water for the two showers, and the kitchen was perfect if one desired to eat there. I would definitely give this 6 or 7 stars if I could! We will come back next year!

The photos don’t do the place justice. Plenty of room and spaced out for early risers. The massage chair is great, then a dip in the hot tub. We didn’t pay extra for the pool heat but it would’ve been nice. Maybe turn it on Nov 1 but overall a fantastic stay!!! This place is great!

They really thought out the layout and different areas of the place to enjoy. The outside area is awesome, and the home is really beautiful. Rooms are big and kept in good clean shape. My family and I are still blown away by how beautiful this property was. We truly had a family vacation we won’t ever forget! Landon was an outstanding host who was very communicative and extremely friendly! The location of this home is the perfect spot with easy access to great food and Siesta Key. The house it is so beautiful, it looks exactly like in the pictures and everything was clean. It is very spacious and the pool area was perfect (the jacuzzi was our favorite part). But the AC doesn't work properly and it was a very warm weekend, the rooms remained uncomfortable specially after the beach. We communicated it to the host, but we didn't get any response, we also request late check out but didn’t receive a response on time either.

The house was super cute and quaint! I loved the view out of the kitchen window every morning and the backyard, though currently being upgraded looks amazing! The landscape in the backyard and the huge tree all lit up at night is breathtaking! The fire pit and two swing sets compliment the backyard. Once all is said and done, the outdoor table for poolside dinners will definitely be something to look forward to! I will definitely plan on staying here again, especially once the pool is finished! Running into Mattie was also a nice surprise, helpful to anything you need. She’s truly a gem! The biggest surprise was seeing the Amish in the neighborhood! Love it!!

Sarasota's Gem was the perfect accommodation for my family's trip to a sailing event in the area. The house was super clean, orderly and contained all of the kitchen and bathroom needs with plenty of towels too. The beds were comfortable and the AC was perfect. Communication with Landon was a breeze. He was very kind, thoughtful and accommodating. The house is located in an area close to grocery stores and 15 minutes to the beach and sailing areas. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Landon!!!

Awesome place to stay and get away if you have a good group or kids. Three nice clean spacious bedrooms and a large living room that is very cozy and comfortable. The Sarasota gem is in the perfect spot if you like quiet and safe while still being close to the beach and town!

Very good location! Love the fresh market cross street. Only few minutes to downtown. Very clean home like new. Bright sunshine windows and comfy sofa are my favorite. Very friendly owner and great service. Highly recommend.
