Discover the perfect getaway in this spacious rental home in Maryland, and stay in a real life colonial home! The original house sat in Connecticut and was disassembled to be built into a newer, modern version here in Warwick, MD. Featuring a charming rustic design with wooden beams and cozy accents, this home seamlessly blends traditional warmth with modern amenities.

Experience the ideal retreat in this expansive Maryland rental home, designed for large families and groups. This original colonial styled home has been upgraded and PACKED full of amenities - a pool, chipping/putting green, duck pond, hot tub, pickleball and basketball court, playground, pizza oven - just to name a few! Boasting a rustic aesthetic with exposed wood beams and stone accents, the interior is complemented by modern amenities for ultimate comfort. The spacious layout includes a gourmet kitchen, cozy living areas, and multiple bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space.

We cannot wait for you to build lifelong memories with families and friends with all of these amazing amenities! The pool has it's very own waterslide, comfy lounge chairs, and several dining table spaces. Please note that the pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. We keep it closed for the Winter season after Labor Day. Please be sure to plan your vacation accordingly.

We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

Please Note:

1. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.

2. We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

4. Please note that the pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. We keep it closed for the Winter season after Labor Day. Please be sure to plan your vacation accordingly.

5. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

6. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

Great property. Served my golf guy getaway perfectly.
Tons of amenities and space. Especiallly enjoyed the golf green and the hot tub.
Fire pit was actually an outdoor fireplace, but we still made good use of it.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The pool temperature was perfect day and night. The home had all the amenities needed for sleeping and eating, we even tried the pizza oven. We played pickleball and cornhole and used the putting greens. There is no need to even leave the property but when we did venture out to find a grocery store there was great shopping just near by. My family and friends all said they had a great time and would love to do it again!!

What a wonderful family reunion we had at Saybrook Hall ! We would recommend this home to any large family as it offered so many wonderful amenities. Our family of 14 spent endless hours in the pool, boating nearby (Sassafras Marina), enjoying game nights in the spacious kitchen and an epic family pickle ball tournament. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

We came here for a family weekend to celebrate my sons birthday, and it was perfect! The kids loved all the activities available on the property! And the view of everything was just like a screensaver absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The host was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here! The only thing i guess we missed was that there are steps throughout the house and my grandmother had a bit of a hard time, but we made it work and we still had a great stay!

We enjoyed a lovely spring break with family and friends at Saybrook Hall. The place is simply palatial, with endless activities and room for everyone without anyone feeling cramped. The layout worked well for our families, with some connecting bedrooms. The place was spotlessly maintained and all the amenities were provided and ready to go with the necessary equipment, which made it easy for us to just show up and relax. The two kitchens are very well equipped and ready to prepare meals for big groups. As our designated cook, I especially enjoyed the commercial grade stove with griddle in the big kitchen.
The setting is idyllic and private and our group enjoyed walks in the property and drives in the surrounding countryside. Our hosts were professional and attentive and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Great house, great host, great stay!

We had a really wonderful time. It was perfect for a few families since there were rooms for children off of rooms for adults. There was a great big table for meals and board games together, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The set up is kind of funny (two kitchens!) but really worked for our group. We hope to come back again in the summer so we can go in the pool!

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
