We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb in Florida! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was incredibly clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need.
The home itself was beautiful and exactly as pictured, if not better. Every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable furnishings to the overall layout, which made it easy to relax and feel at home right away. It was clear the hosts take great pride in keeping the space in top condition.
We truly could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and seamless stay, this is the place. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great long term stay, used as a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood and back yard. Host was attentive for some minor repair issues that occurred during our stay. Pocket door separated 2 bedrooms and hall bathroom from living area for additional privacy.

The yard is fully fenced for dogs which is great, the description does not state that so if you bring dogs, you can feel at ease.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect — just a quick 10-minute drive to Siesta Key and about an hour to Anna Maria Island, which made for an easy and fun day trip. The house was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The kitchen was one of my favorite parts. It was clean, well-stocked, and a great space to cook in. Landon was an amazing host — super communicative and thoughtful. He really went above and beyond by providing beach supplies, a cooler, and even sunblock, which made heading to the beach so easy.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the laundry room was a huge bonus to have during our stay. Everything was spotless, cozy, and set up to make guests feel right at home.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place in Sarasota.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Landon's home. The minute we pulled into the driveway we were impressed by the home. The curb appeal is, well, appealing. Walking in, we loved the open floor plan, the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked if making meals..which we did not. The home was spotless. The master bathroom is so lovely and the tub very comfortable. The star of the show is definitely the backyard. The pool was perfect for lounging and relaxing. We had a perfect stay from beginning to end. I would love to come back and stay for my annual girl's trip!

My family and I, including 2 little ones of 2.5 yrs old and 8 months, stayed at this AirBnB and it was a great time. 6 days/5 nights. We enjoyed the house, felt really modern in the inside and clean. Lots of toys, books, including a play mat for the kids. The pool was great as well. We were like 5-7 mins from a grocery store. 15 minutes to Siesta Key Beach. About 45 minutes from Bean Point beach in Anna Maria Island, and 1 hour away from St Pete’s beach. We hit the beach almost everyday, and used a lot of the beach chairs, umbrella, beach kart, the house offered. Would definitely recommend this place for your next vacation.
The only thing is the front neighbors have a blacked out screen, they sit outside on the porch. So the privacy is not 100% unless you keep the blinds closed, curtains covering the windows. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

This is a perfect spot to stay to visit Sarasota! We were a very close drive to the things we had planned (Siesta Key 15 min, St Armand Circle 15 min, Downtown 10 min) Everything was very well done, clean, pretty and comfortable. We swam every day/evening in the salt pool and loved the backyard vibe. We would recommend this place to anyone!! Plus you can bring dogs which was wonderful for our teeny dog who is a seasoned travel pet! Thank you for the great stay!

We loved our time at this home. Our days were spent doing early morning walks in the neighborhood, and enjoying the sun and water at Siesta Key Beach which is about a 15-minute drive to plenty of public parking and easy access. Each afternoon, we returned home for fun in the pool and backyard which the entire family enjoyed. The home's layout was very nice with an open kitchen, dining room, and living room area. Bedrooms were equally nice, and the master's bed was extremely comfortable (actually, more comfortable than our home's bed). We tried many great restaurants, shops, and markets while visiting, all within a short driving distance. Communication with Landon before and during our stay was excellent and timely. Overall, a great trip at a great home.

Great house. Everything thought out well. Good location.
Only slight down side is communication. Have to sign a separate contract which I've never done with airbnb house. Bikes in garage have to rent for a significant amount of money. Communication saying that will start charging $100 if we haven't left the house by check out time did not feel good.
That being said, I would definitely come back

Very happy I picked this gem. Great location in a nice neighborhood. What stands out is the house itself which is completely modern on the inside with all amenities as well as the Picturesque back yard. Large enclosed space with heated salt water pool as well an awesome putting green with three holes and lots of space. Outdoor warm water shower is a great touch. Interior is plush with a luxury feel with the showers, deep tub in the master. Separate spacious room with queen and one especially equipped for the kids with 2 singles. Plenty of space throughout.
I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to travel in the best of comfort in Sarasota, FL.

The property was very clean and welcoming, even after two recent hurricanes. The pool and outdoor area was large and inviting, and the inside was spotlessly clean. The location in Sarasota makes it accessible to the beaches, shopping, and anything else needed, as long as you have car.

This place is amazing. My family had such great time all week that we actually only went out twice. It really is the perfect staycation house but if you do want to get out, there are a ton of great places around to eat.
Landon was super responsive and a great host.
We will definitely consider coming back during the winter and for years to come.
I highly recommend this place. My experience was so good that I will be looking into his other listings because I’m pretty confident they will be of the same caliber.

The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. I appreciate how well stocked the house was. There were plenty of towels for the guests, both bath and pool towels. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was: plenty of utensils, bowls etc. We had a great family get together and didn’t have to fret over a lack of supplies for whatever we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms supplied body wash and shampoo etc. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Sea Esta presents just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the space was very inviting, had modern decor, and was very fresh and airy. There were toys for the kids, and the house was properly stocked; from hand soap, shampoo and conditioners, to beach chairs and towels. We had all the kitchen necessities. The backyard and pool were amazing; a private oasis. They even had electric bikes to rent. Landon was very communicative and we definitely plan to stay again. We also plan to check out some of their other properties. 5 stars all the way.

We stayed at Landon’s Airbnb for a girls weekend with 6 of us and the place couldn’t have been more perfect. The kitchen was great for cooking and hanging out, the bedrooms were spacious, all with very comfortable beds, and the pool, pergola, and table with swings were absolutely perfect for hanging at the house. Bright, beautiful, clean space, no more than 10-15 minute drive to everything you need. Landon provided great recommendations and was very responsive in advance of and throughout our stay.

This truly is a remarkable 5 star stay! We planned to spend a few days at the beach and the rest enjoying the AirBnb and let’s just say we only went to the beach once! This AirBnb had everything we needed and more, we truly didn’t want to leave and enjoyed it to the max! The host was aware we were celebrating our anniversary and had a delicious cake & bottle of wine delivered to us during our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!!! 5/5 🫶🏻

I rented out this beautiful airbnb as a Christmas present for my family and we all LOVED it!! The house is very nicely decorated, very clean and overall beautiful. The outside area 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 was soooo nice. We were outside all day. There is so much to do inside & outside this airbnb. They provide a lot of extra things inside the airbnb which were very convenient and helpful. Host is very responsive responded to any questions we had almost immediately. Also one thing we really loved was inside the Airbnb was that they represented their faith with small books/ decor. It was very nice. We felt at home!! Our stay exceeded our expectations. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful 9 night stay with our family. The decor and level of cleanliness was fantastic.
We stayed with our two young children who felt right at home. We spent hours enjoying the pool and putting green.
Our first stay in Sarasota - we loved the area for shops, great places to eat and most of all, how close it was to Siesta Key beach. 10 ish mins drive. The softest sand and sun sets there are beautiful.
Landon was a wonderful host, he could not have done more prior, during or after our stay to ensure we loved our time here.

This place is beautiful! Very clean and organized. Comfy memory foam king size beds in 2 rooms was a plus since most places only have one king bed. Backyard is an oasis! Wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the heated pool but in January you never know. Nice fenced in backyard allowed for privacy. Landon was very nice and responded within a few minutes if not sooner. I would definitely recommend this place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Landon’s beautiful property to celebrate my 60th birthday.
From the start Landon was a friendly responsive host and never took more than a few minutes to respond to all my inquiries. Everything from the comfortable beds and linens to the lovely backyard was top notch. The heated pool was wonderful and my family enjoyed being able to swim even though the weather was cloudy and chilly during our stay. The putting green was a hit with everyone as well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was nice to have some spices and a bag of coffee beans to get us started! As far as location the house is a quick drive to downtown and not far from the beach and St Armand’s circle with its great shops and restaurants.
I would definitely rent Landon’s beautiful home again. It was a winner all around!

Excellent place that our family thoroughly enjoyed! We will be back! The amount of extras in the house such as games, toys for our kids, water/pool toys, beach toys, etc. was so helpful and made our stay feel as if we were just at home. The house is beautiful, extremely clean, and updated which is very appreciated. Responses for any questions were back within minutes (if not seconds) and made us feel very appreciated. Hands-down the best AirBnb experience we've ever had as a family. We felt like the owners prepared tirelessly to ensure that everything was perfect for our stay. The pool area is amazing (every pool should have its own detached basketball hoop!), the memory foam mattresses were dreamy, and the coastal furnishings are spot-on. We own a home in the South Gate neighborhood, so we're big fans of this central location just minutes to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota (and the underrated restaurants and markets within walking distance, including Baker & Wife, Morton's Market, Malmosto, etc.).

This airbnb is one of the best ones we've stayed at. It was designed beautifully and was so comfortable for our family of 5. The outdoor space was a favorite for all of us. The dining table with the cute swings, the very comfortable covered space, and let's not forget the star of the backyard, the pool! It was so clean and beautiful. Our kids spent hours upon hours swimming and playing! The host was so great to communicate with and was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

This home was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were a great size for 6 of us plus a baby. We enjoys the pool and canopy in the back yard and also the beach equipment in the garage was super helpful for a couple beach days. The beach was a short drive away! Would 10/10 stay here again.

This house was immaculate! Very clean, one of a kind design and amenities, and in a superb location. At one point the ac started making a weird noise that dissipated eventually but Landon had someone come out asap to make sure it was all good. We traveled with our 4 year old and 2 month old and it was absolutely perfect for them! There was a room separate for children that had toys and books, it was just adorable.
In the garage there was just about everything you could need for the beach, including toys That Are for the children.
The pool area was excellent for our children and for us. Again all the amenities you would want for the pool were located outside for our disposal. It was a well maintained property, we would gladly stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Our family had a great time at Sea Esta. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially for the kids.
Pool toys, beach chairs, a wagon, toys, etc. The pool was warm. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The linens were all clean. Landon communicated well. We would definitely stay again!

This is a great home. The beds are comfy and it is quiet so we slept well. The pool is lovey and was perfect for our 4 and 6 year olds. Fun table out back with swings on it. Nice outdoor couch that is covered.
Garage is finished and serves a a great bonus space. Kitchen was nice and well stocked.
Landon is also super helpful. We such a wonderful host.
House is in a great location easy to access most stuff in town.
