Sea La Vie

This was a tremendous find. The neighborhood is so quiet. The house is very comfortable with plenty of places to sit and relax. Very clean. We enjoyed the outside pool area. Nice spot to watch the storms roll in.

We really enjoyed the property. Landon communicated well from the moment we booked and all the way through our stay. It was clean and well presented. We loved the pool. The property is well situated and short drive to both Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach, downtown Sarasota was also a short drive or $8-10 in an Uber.
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had good quality towels and shower gel/shampoo.
Our only issue was an ant problem in the master bathroom. Landon responded quickly but pretty much left it to us to put down ant traps. It got worse so we purchased some ant spray and that seemed to keep the ants at bay.
Other than that we had a wonderful stay and had no complaints.

This was the perfect place for my little family. The house has a great location between downtown Sarasota and popular beaches! Nothing was more than a 15 minute drive. Our children felt at home and enjoys the bunk beds and the outside amenities. The pool area is absolutely perfect with the deep end only going to 5ft and the other end was shallow enough for the kids to stand and play! Perfect getaway house!

One of the best air bnbs we have stayed in, felt right at home, spacious , the backyard and pool were incredible, and the hosts communication was top notch, had a small issue that the host resolved and would be more than happy next time we visit siesta key/Sarasota to stay at one of their listings !!

We had the best time staying at Landon’s place this May! The house was perfect and had necessities for us to use at the pool! The pool was perfect too! Very close to everything which was key for us. The love bugs this year were crazy so there was a day they swarmed the pool area which was sad:( But completely out of anyone’s control! We felt very safe in the neighborhood as well. Landon was very nice and always quick with responding to messages. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back in the future!:)

Clean, well-kept, and exactly as pictured. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Loved the coffee—such a nice touch. The pool was the absolute highlight and made the stay feel like a true getaway. Landon checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was perfect, which we really appreciated. The house and all amenities were exactly as described. Although we didn’t do much cooking on this trip, the kitchen was stocked with all the right equipment for a foodie to throw down. Not the usual cheap Teflon crap. The sparkling salt water pool was the perfect way to start our get together and spend the evening’s after a busy day at the beach or whatever. And, we loved learning and playing shuffle board, an excellent way to enjoy being on vacation.

Really great place to stay! The pool/hot tub was a huge bonus and the house was bigger than it looks in person. Very private neighborhood so you’ll need a rental car or plan to uber to go anywhere

We had a wonderful stay at Landon’s property. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. It is walkable to Pinecraft restaurants and atttactions. Everything worked well in the house and we were very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!
