Great stay! Place is very clean, warm and kid friendly. Close drive to Sarasota and Bradenton—good middle ground. Host was very responsive to any questions and felt very safe in the area. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything looked like the photos

The house was perfect for our golf trip.
Couple things that were missing.
In family room no coffee table. Watching TV no place to put drink or whatever.
No TV's in the bed rooms. Not everyone watches the same shows. 1 TV inside, 1 outside. Unfortunately it was a little chilly to sit outside.

For an older home, it was tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. Close to major roads leading to amenities such as shopping and beaches.The host was very responsive with any questions we had.The only nuance experienced was the air traffic from the local airport was low and loud. This may be difficult for some populations with sensitive ears.

Sea Pointe is absolutely beautiful, inside and out! Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The outside area was amazing ! Big screened patio/pool area with a huge tv, nice outdoor fire pit, a putting green! What more could you want! We had an issue with the pool heater, but made a phone call and they were there to check it out. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for our group of 6! We loved all the little touches and decor and especially the pool! Landon was very helpful, offering suggestions and insight on the area ahead of the time and quick to respond during our stay.

Our stay was suitable for what we expected. Landon’s home was just what we desired when we booked the space. Our kids loved the pool and the coffee table gaming system was a game changer for the rainy day we encountered. We loved it here! Between the amazing weather, the screened in pool, and the beaches, we didn't want to leave! The kids were in the pool every day, while mom and dad relaxed by the pool, drinking coffee. It was a fantastic vacation!

This place was very homey and accommodating. Plenty of space and a beautiful outside hang out. If your sensitive to noise I would suggest a sound machine or ear plugs as that local airport seemed to run planes for a good portion of the night that flew right over head. We will most def book again for our frequent trips to Sarasota. Thank you again for sharing your space

The house was thoughtfully organized with everything we needed for a great stay. Love the pool, coffee bar and cozy decorating style and layout. Close enough to all that we wanted to do - short drive to town or destinations east of town. Comfortable beds. The outdoor TV and covered patio were great place to hang after a long day.

We just returned from a very happy 3-night stay at Sea Pointe. The house is your home away from home and has all the right touches that make you feel safe and welcomed. The beds are exceptionally comfortable - there’s no uncomfortable wasted night of getting used to a new bed - it feels like your own! The linens are soft and plush. The kitchenware is all high-quality. There is a carbon monoxide monitor in the dining room, which provides an extra layer of comfort that the house managers really care about your safety and well-being. All-in-all, it was a perfect stay and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful stay! We were in town for my son's soccer tournament and the location of the property was perfect! Quiet neighborhood centrally located about 20 min to the fields and 20 min to the beach. Beautifully furnished, extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfy stay. Felt right at home! I've stayed in many air bnbs but never has one had everything we needed including the little things that you usually have to go out and get like paper towels, extra toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc. everything we needed was there. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town, thanks Landon!

Our stay was wonderful. Our family came to participate in a World SUP competition at Nathan Benderson park. It was a ten minute quiet drive from the house. Groceries, walking trails, golf course and other stores were also close by. The house slept 7 of us comfortably. The pool and the yard were wonderful as well. The host got back to quickly

Landon's home is beautiful, spacious, warm, and inviting. The lanai was an amazing place to spend time outside, and the addition of a beautifully decorated patio with a big screen TV was a blessing to relax after a long day. The house is very clean, spacious, and warm. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when I'm in Sarasota. It's close to everything you'd need and / or want.

Landon is an amazing host. He was very communicative with all details about our stay. We were in town for a wedding at a local hotel, so the location was very convenient to the venue. The house was lovely and spacious in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but we enjoyed the view and the beautiful landscaping around it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Landon’s place. The pool house is what we needed for this short weekend getaway. The house is big, each of our kids got their own room and we enjoyed the other corner room as it was spacious and clean! I love the tv in the pool area we watched like 7 Disney movies from the pool. We brought our dog with us and she love the house too. We are coming back at some point in the next year because we loved the place. Multiple restaurants nearby , a Publix and other Latin stores nearby too. Siesta key is 22 min away. Very good location.

Beautiful home complete with everything you may need! Only suggestion would be to pay attention to the description stating the pool is only heated in the cooler months and notice is needed for the pool to be heated. We would absolutely stay here again!

Landon’s place was wonderful. From the curbside to the interior to the private backyard oasis. Everything was laid out perfectly. Landon was responsive and very communicative from the beginning to end.
The area was in a quiet community. Beautiful surroundings not far from beach and restaurants. Landon also gave several suggestions! He made our first visit to Sarasota and Lido Key a success.

First time in Sarasota. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, golf courses, shopping and beaches. Landon offered several suggestions for all of these vacation options! The pool and back yard was one of my favorite places to relax.
We were there with another couple, and having bedrooms on opposite sides of the house was a plus!
We would recommend renting with Landon, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we return to Sarasota.

Landon was very responsive, although there wasn’t really a need to reach out much! Everything was well represented in the description and photos. Easy drive to beaches or downtown. Various shops, Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacy and a planet fitness are well within walking distance (approx .5 miles). Clean home with a great outdoor area which we spent most of our free time using. If you want a sure thing, book this house.

Everything about our stay was perfect! This home was very inviting from the first moment that we entered the front door. It was easy to feel at home right away. The backyard view, both day and night, was exceptional. Something about sitting in very comfortable furniture relaxing by the pool and the night lighting shining on the palm trees makes you feel like you’re at a tropical resort. Highly recommend. This is what five star ratings are all about!

Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Convenient for moving around the area, yet tucked off main roads in a nice neighborhood. Great outdoor space. We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and on the walking trail on the golf course nearby.

We had a very nice stay at this property. We arrived late in the evening and access to the home was very easy. It was a very clean property. The week we were there wasn't very hot so we didn't get to use the pool much; however, it was very convenient to have it right in the back yard. There's a nice area in the back yard with a t.v. and couches.... the weather was just a little too cool to use it. We had a little difficulty getting the dryer to work....found out I just needed to be a little stronger with the dial. Langdon was very responsive to my texts.
We had a very enjoyable stay and would consider using this host again.

The house was super cute! They really optimized all the space! We loved the heated pool - Florida was chilly while we were there and we were out in the elements - it was our favorite part to come home too. Short drive to Lakewood Ranch and close to shopping and food. Just great all the way around!

Absolutely loved this air bnb, felt like home. The backyard area was a lifesaver for the hurricane we used it every night since most things were closed for a few days. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again and have recommended it to a few friends and family members already.

What a lovely home this is. Everything was as described beautiful pool very cozy house. What I really loved was the details, kitchen had very nice dishes and cutlery, soft blankets to snuggle with on couch. Beach towels galore, even condiments you don’t usually have but always need. I just do t think he missed anything.
We had a couple of small issues and the owner was very easily reached and had issues resolved very quickly.
It was very hard to leave this lovely property! We made some great family memories!
