We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Everything we needed was provided, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was easy, and the location was perfect for our trip. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great home near downtown and beaches.

We had such an excellent stay. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The furniture was very comfortable. The house was equip with absolutely everything we needed from cleaning and laundry supplies to beach towel to a fully stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here on our future visits to the Sarasota area.

Everything about Landon's place felt like home to us. Plenty of space, beautiful amenities and perfect access to the legacy trail, restaurants and not far from the beach. The back patio was a dream -- we sat outside every chance we could. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Great communication with Host. House as described in residential neighborhood off central street. Walking distance to a couple really good coffee shops, bakery & farmers market. Would suggest having car for easy access to downtown Sarasota, Siesta, Lido or Longboat.
House is quiet, clean, relaxing, spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware & appliances. Third shower is a bonus. Outdoor screened in patio perfect for remote work. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here! We had 4 adults & 2 children and it was a perfect spot for our needs. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. We didn’t spend too much time outside, but the outside patio was perfect for a dinner party or other gathering. We would definitely visit again. Thanks for the great stay!

Landon’s house was perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable, and cozy. We walked in and felt right at home! It was the perfect size for us and located close to Cal Ripken field for our Son’s baseball tournament. We highly recommend anything hosted by Landon, he was friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again if we were back in town.

We stayed few days with kids. The place was as described, extremely clean with all the required amenities. The neighborhood is peaceful and very close to downtown and Siesta key beach. Definitely recommend!
