We loved this place so much! Within the first hour of us being there we were already looking to book again later this year! So beautiful, comfy, CLEAN, and SO PEACEFUL. We stayed for Valentine's weekend and were welcomed into the cabin with some of the cutest Valentine touches that made our stay that much sweeter! Going outside when it was dark and seeing the stars so clearly was for sure one of the highlights for us! I honestly can not say enough about this tiny cabin! From someone who is an frequent Airbnb guest- book it now - you will not regret it! 10/10!

If you are looking for a secluded getaway this is your place! We did not get to spend much time outside due to the high winds and single digit temperatures, however, you could not hear a sound inside the cozy cabin. We unfortunately had to leave a night early due to record amount of snowfall coming our way; If you haven’t been to this area before, be prepared for some unpaved roadways and lots of winding turns through the mountains and valley. A great place to unplug, enjoy the serene landscape and of course your company.

Remote location, just what we need to feel like we got away. The house had everything we needed. A lot of the restaurants and stores were closed or far away so pickup your groceries on the way in! We cook a lot so it was perfect chill spot for us. 10/10 even in the winter, no heat issues. Love that they had a separate heater for the bathroom.

Excellent experience at this property! Would definitely recommend staying here. The house was exceptionally clean and very nice inside. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. Best part was how private it was. The other rental on property was in a good spot to provide seclusion for each house and the check-in/check-out process was extremely smooth. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely go back!

Beautiful spot with great views. Excellent for a restful trip. Everything was accurately described. Tips for if you book:
1) Read guide carefully before heading over
2) WiFi is a bit slow, not ideal for streaming or work meetings, but that is expected for such a secluded location.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience at this Airbnb. The property is incredibly peaceful—watching the horses on the back of the property and seeing the deer play together was such a beautiful and calming experience. The hot tub was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our quiet time together.
I do recommend bringing board games or anything you and your spouse enjoy doing together. We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi and internet connection, so we weren’t able to watch TV. That was a little disappointing since we were hoping to catch up on a few shows we can’t usually watch at home with the kids around.
Even with those minor things, this place is still a 10 out of 10. If you bring a few alternatives and don’t depend on the TV, you’ll have an absolutely perfect and peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was rented out for my husband's birthday. We both fell in love with it and couldn't express how we felt. What a fantastic way to escape the everyday grind. It's a fun way to detach. This place couldn't have been any more perfect. We will definitely be back. The only negative comment I have is the 10am check out time as opposed to 11am. I messaged asking if we could check out later, and got no response. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone, and I already have.

This place is breathtaking. The view from the window and being able to see every single star in the sky at night from having extremely low light pollution makes this place incredible. Start a little fire, get in the hot tub and look at the stars, and then enjoy this amenity packed tiny home

If you’re looking for a peaceful, serene, quiet, beautiful, luxurious, getaway…. This is it.
Scenic views, in all directions, accommodations are modern, new, clean, & comfortable.
We went kayaking one afternoon and on Saturday we took the Potomac Eagle train ride, including a dinner, through a scenic ride.
Sitting in the hot tub in the evenings, playing cards and reading our books, totally unplugged with nowhere to go & nothing to do, was amazing feeling …
We made friends with the horses … and they even came down to one of our evening dinners and greeted us. on the patio.
A wonderful amazing four day escape .
Landon was extremely friendly, informational, helpful , and probably the most responsive Airbnb host we’ve ever used .

Loved staying there! The views were more beautiful than we expected from the pictures!! The only setback was the awful sewage smell coming from the washroom the entire time the exhaust was on. Hopefully they find a way to fix that, then it will be a perfect stay. Great to walk around as well, private and peaceful.

Sun Valley Overlook is aesthetically beautiful & the views are stunning! The big A-frame window space is just incredible! You will find this unique cabin well stocked & geared to set the mood for a hassle-free, relaxing experience. Every last detail is perfect! The outside space is equally as amazing. The hot tub is situated facing the gorgeous mountain backdrop & the fire pit (complete with everything you need to make s’mores) sets the mood for a cozy night together. We made good use of every amenity, including the gas grill & bar top outdoor table set. That combination made for a romantic evening of dinner and relaxing. Communication with the host was great! Very detailed and helpful! The only complaint I have is that we didn’t book for longer!! This is the type of getaway you never wanna leave! We cannot wait to go back!!

Had an incredible stay—this was my first Airbnb experience, and it couldn’t have gone better. Breezebnb has definitely earned a spot on my list for future getaways. Huge thanks to Landon and his fantastic team for making everything seamless and stress-free.
The property was thoughtfully stocked with essentials: paper towels, toilet paper, cookware, silverware, dishes, and more. Every amenity was available and included, from the nice kitchen setup—cooktop, microwave, fridge—to the cozy outdoor touches like the hot tub, grill and campfire.
The views were stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the experience truly unforgettable. Worth every penny.

A perfect peaceful getaway! Beautiful secluded cabin with truly breathtaking mountain views. And the gazebo was a nice spot to get 360 field and mountain views and a cross breeze. The cabin felt pristine and luxurious and so restful after hiking the Eagle Rock trailhead (50 min drive away). We loved star gazing from the hot tub. Almost no light pollution which made for an amazing night sky. It was also fun to see the cows up close at breakfast! Very remote location so we brought our food and enjoyed using the grill.

We loved it here, we ended up staying a second night unplanned. There is hardly any cell service so be prepared for that, and no wifi - we used our hot spot for the TV. Also, it is a rough terrain, but so worth it when you reach the top! The views are breathtaking, and the house is beautiful. I wish I could stay there forever!

Definitely a WINNER of a place to stay! Quiet, beautiful scenery and the owners have stocked the kitchen and bathroom with anything you would need. Wood supplied for fire pit, grill on patio and of course the hot tub. However, when the weather is cooler, we hope to return and use the hot tub. When needed assistance with the door code, help was a text message away. Great response time and followed up immediately.
