The home sits on a well-kept lot with a spacious yard and outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying warm Florida evenings or morning coffee under colorful sunset skies. Inside, the thoughtfully updated interior features a clean, modern aesthetic with abundant natural light. We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

Please Note:

1. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the Guide Book (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

2. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

6. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

We loved this place! I grew up in Sarasota and go back to visit once a year, always trying out different airbnbs, and this has been my family’s favorite. It fit our 5 kids including baby perfectly. We loved the sunroom! It was well equipped and super clean as well.

Landon is a very responsive host. Any questions or concerns, he answered immediately. The place itself is very clean, great features, and fully stocked. We all said we could live there year-round in the exact set-up. Only 10 minutes from the beach, right over the bridge, which is convenient. He also had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, towels, and beach toys that you can take with you to Siesta Key. Only about 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to Saint Armand Circle. Location was definitely the reason why we booked here and it was perfect. Landon gave lots of suggestions for restaurants and groceries. We did have Instacart deliver our food right at check-in. That was a plus. We will definitely stay here again.

Very happy with our stay. The house was very well stocked, very impressed that they had paper towels, dishwashing and laundry detergent. The house was furnished with very comfortable furniture and linens. Location was very good, close to shopping, beach and restaurants. Nice clean and safe neighborhood!

Landon’s place was a great air bnb experience. The place was clean, comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed. Good coffee, a working tv, towels for the beach, comfortable beds and a kitchen full of pots and dinnerware. We hope to be back.

This was the perfect place for our weekend trip. The home was amazing! It was clean and welcoming. The beds were so comfortable and the living areas were perfect for family nights in. What is our cancellation policy?

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
