I had a great experience renting this house. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout was comfortable and practical, with plenty of space and good natural light. All appliances and utilities worked properly, which made the stay hassle-free.

The place was clean and very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Two things to mention 1. Microwave not work2. Refidge seal needs fixing. These are minor for us. The home is close to the things we went to see and do. Thank you.

My family and friends did have a great time at London's house. The house was great it did have everything you need to feel like home. Beach stuff, indoor and outdoor games for everyone in the family, bbq, etc. Definitely the best choice for our stay at Sarasota. Thanks for everything.

My family and I LOVED this! The house wis big, with plenty of space for us and our kids. The pool in the backyard was where we spent most of the time, lol! The propane grill out back was perfect for dinner outside! Our host Landon was easy and quick to communicate with.

Our family loved this home - from the thoughtful details like beach towels, sound machines for sleeping, sand toys, a wagon and a cooler for our beach days, it made our vacation so easy to focus on making memories. The house was clean, neighborhood is quiet, heated pool was lovely for our time we wanted to just be at the house and relax in the backyard or relax on the couch. A must stay for visiting Florida to enjoy the area but also have relaxing time at the house!

We are a family of 5 and hotels don’t work for us. Each of our teens had their own bed which prevented bickering. When we arrived very late at night, it was nice that the outdoor and indoor lights were on for us. House was very very clean. Beds were comfy. Would recommend.

The best part of this experience was the home, which was really nice for our family of 4. More than enough space and a nice outdoor area. I appreciated the Pack N’ Play for our little one. Landon was a good communicator throughout the process.
There is a contract to sign after you book during the Airbnb, which I found that to be inconvenient. There is not enough space in the garage for a sedan, because there is large, nice refrigerator. That said, there’s ample space for 2 cars in the driveway. Also, there is little to no flexibility on the check in times.
All in all a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Sunshine Haven! The accommodation was very spacious and very very clean. You felt very comfortable from the first minute. The room layout is great ... kitchen, living room, dining room, all open living area ... a very nice, covered terrace with a huge garden and a lovely pool :) The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s really everything you need, next door washing machine and dryer in a separate room, very nice! The apartment was very lovingly and tastefully furnished, you just feel comfortable all around. We also thought it was great that there was a night light in every room, which is super practical, especially if there are small children. The garden was also very well maintained and has a lot to offer for children, for example a small corner for mini golf, a basketball hoop and a jumping game. For the pool there were swimming noodles and various other toys for children, simply top ... and in the large garage there were also bicycles, there were really no wishes left unfulfilled, everything was thought of! We would book this accommodation again at any time. I would love to stay there forever!!! :D

I already tried to book it in 2 weeks but unfortunately it’s booked.

I had an overall good experience staying in a clean home located in a peaceful neighborhood that made me feel safe. The proximity to Siesta Key Beach was convenient, although there were a few issues that affected my stay. The beds tended to squeak, and the rooms were too hot at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the main bathroom shower head required cleaning, and the tub took some time to drain. However, these issues aside, the stay was generally pleasant. Perhaps some improvements to the air conditioning and bedding could be made to enhance future guests' experiences.

This was the perfect place for a week in Sarasota for our family of 6! Very clean and the pool along with other outdoor entertainment was a hit with our kids! There were enough beach chairs and other beach supplies for all of us as well… Will definitely stay here again 🙌

Great house and great host. Very clean and better than described. We stayed to visit the beach but it was a decent drive and took longer than we thought to get there due to traffic. But, good location for groceries and amenities. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The house was amazing.

Nice and large home. Very clean. We have stayed in many AirBNBs and found this one to have the best furnishings. Plenty of comfortable seating and beds. It was convenient to the Sarasota sights we came to see.
Appreciate the thoughtfulness of the items in the garage to use and the nice outside space, although we did not take advantage of these things.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Landon's home in Sarasota! The house was very clean, well appointed, and oh so comfortable. We never wanted to leave!! Our kids enjoyed the pool and basketball hoop, as well as the cozy couches and large TV. My husband loved the coffee maker and grill, while I appreciated all the thoughtful touches, such as the inspirational messages throughout the home, the detergent for the clothes washer and soap for the dishwasher, and all the beach supplies. It's very close to a Publix and the Ed Smith baseball stadium where the boys attended a couple spring training games. It's about a 20 minute drive to Siesta Key, arguably the best beach in the country with free public parking. The only issue was that the door keypad didn't work when we got there, but we were able to get in through the garage. Landon sent someone out to replace the battery the next day, so it was a simple fix. All in all, one of our family's best vacations ever - thank you so much!!

Landon's place was amazing! We stay in the area often due to work, so we've stayed at many Airbnbs and hotels.
I can't rate this home high enough! Out of all of the places we've stayed, and many have been nice, this home was the best yet!
I almost wanted to keep it a secret because I know it will ways be booked din the future!
The home was spotless, all of the furniture was new and nice. My 3 year old grandson loved and did all of the activities in the back!
It's very peaceful in the back yard oasis!
My entire family said this was their favorite stay and we absolutely hope to stay again in the future!!

Finding the house was a breeze. it is a great location for all sarasota has to offer. It is just a easy short drive to downtown restaurants and beaches. Check in was a breeze. Landon sent us recommendations for restaurants. It was wonderful to have that information ahead of time.
The house was pristine and styled well. kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. It had modern appliances and was great for preparing meals.
The beds were so comortable and lots of nice pillows. The outdoor space was great for everything. we had morning coffee, and dinner out on the patio. We took advantage of the pool which was crystal clear and great temp.
Landon has thought of everything. extra towels, blankets, games, outlets etc. we loved out stay and will stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

They have thought of everything!! I felt like I was the first person to stay there as everything appeared brand new.
We were in town for a soccer showcase and the house was excellent for our team dinner after the games. There was a plethora of Games and activities for 17 year old boys.
Just be mindful of the step down into the lower living space. No matter how many times we tried to remember it always snuck up on us.
