Amazing stay! Great coffee and a few restaurants just a few steps up the street. It’s within a short driving distance to all the popular spots in Sarasota. We really enjoyed the electric bikes and it was just a few minutes to Rails to Trails. Unfortunately the kids trailer for the bikes has a hole in the bottom so we were not able to use it. Less than 20 minutes from the airport. Very clean! A lot of closet space in every room. Comfortable beds and bedding. Can’t say enough great things about this home!

Our stay at this house for the week made us feel like we were home away from home. It was comfy, cozy, and peaceful. The beds are super comfortable, except for one bed our daughter slept on. It was hard, and could use a new mattress. The kitchen has a lot of things you need to cook, however, it definitely could use a few more pots and pans. The fenced in backyard was our favorite area to spend time. The pool wasn’t too big, but it was just the right size for us to enjoy all week long. We were just a short drive from Siesta Key, St Armand’s Circle, Mote Marine Aquarium and the UTC mall, if that’s your thing. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, from the hustle and bustle of life. We will definitely book through Landon again. If you have any questions, he’s on it right away. Great host, great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Landon's Place. Our family of 5 was in the area for a soccer tourney at Lakewood Ranch and it was easy to get back and forth. The home was comfortable and fit our family perfectly. The neighborhood was quaint and we enjoyed riding the e-bikes around the neighborhood and the close by bike paths. We got to explore the area and saw a movie at the Regal in Sarasota, found a delicious treat at Gelato-Go and a wonderful dinner at Bavaro's Pizza. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions and wonderful suggestions for the area.

The rental looks exactly like the pictures. The electric bikes were a big hit for my teenage kids and the additional beach equipment(wagon and extra beach chairs) was convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxing and the home was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and we loved that we were so close to great restaurants as well as an amazing coffee shop and ice cream shop that were both a short walking distance from the home. It was an easy 15-20 min drive to several beach options which was a big plus too. The pool was smaller than we expected (only maybe 4ft deep or so at the deepest part), but we still enjoyed just sitting and relaxing in the cool water. Landon was an excellent host. He was super responsive to all messages and it was very apparent he takes pride in his listings and wants to make sure his guests have an enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

The pictures dont do justice. This is a family friendly place and just overall relaxing and very cozy, its farmhouse style which I loved. You will feel right at home. We enjoyed the back patio and the pool area. Also any issues I had were easily resolved and Landon responded very quickly to help. You will not regret your stay. We stayed in the house with our adult children and grandson. We used pool everyday. It also has a screened room leading out to the patio with chairs and a couch for lounging that stayed pretty comfortable. It has everything you need in the kitchen and a large washer and dryer! It is also in a friendly Amish neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop, ice cream shop and other Amish shops. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Not much to say... Perfect B&B experience! Short drive to Siesta Key Beach, Myakka River State Park (gators EVERYWHERE!!), St. Armands Circle, etc... As for the house - beautiful home/property!! The beds were sooo comfortable... I would stay here again and again. Thank you Landon!

Really great place! My kids loved the saltwater pool. We liked the line for drying clothes/towels on the patio. Beds are comfy. It's bigger than it looks from outside. You just feel at home. Couple useful things from the kitchen were missing (kettle and veggie peeler) but not major. The host was super helpful and responsive to questions, very friendly. It's very close to downtown and great beaches. We would definitely recommend this spot! Thank you for hosting us.

Great home! Super clean & well equipped with anything you may need. We forgot a bag of toys for my 3 year old, but they had a chest full of kids toys already there.
The outside space is beautiful & peaceful.
This home is located in the middle of an amish community which was a unique experience for us.
There a little coffee shop & ice cream place run my the amish right at the end of the block. Also a block over is a market & a restaurant, their pies are amazing!!!!

We wanted to stay in or near Pinecraft & this was perfect. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool. The home was very clean & comfortable. We took advantage of all the great restaurants & did not do much meal prep. Very close to the Legacy Trail. We rented EBikes. Make sure you do this ahead of time. We weren’t able to get them from the closest rental due to waiting too long to call. But we were successful from another bike rental within a couple miles. We would rent this house again.

I booked this property to celebrate my 50th birthday and the property was beautiful. Easy check-in, great communication with the host. The kitchen had everything for us to eat in all week. Plenty of space for us, the back yard outdoor space was amazing. We had perfect warm weather and enjoyed the heated pool all week. The beds were so comfortable and the sofas too. We could easy walk to the park, coffee shop, ice cream shop or restaurant. There is beach chairs for 4, an umbrella, beach towels and a fold up beach wagon. We travel to Sarasota every two years to see my wife's family at Thanksgiving. So we need a quiet place to relax when not surrounded by family. This house was very clean and comfortable, and it's in a really nice neighborhood with great restaurant options. Great cafe and ice cream shop at the end of the street (maybe a 500 ft walk).

We needed a place to stay for our family coming in for our Mom/Gmas funeral. It was the perfect place and they were very accommodating. They are starting to build a pool which will make it even more attractive.
