Very comfortable house. Common area was great for a family, and the kitchen was among the best equipped in a rental that I've seen. Lots of equipment and toys for children. I contacted the host team twice and heard back within minutes both times.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s very spacious, clean, and cozy, exactly as described. The pool and jacuzzi were a big highlight — our child loved it, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and everything you need nearby. The hosts were always responsive and quick to answer our questions. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend this home for a stay in Florida!

We were happy before, during & after our stay. Landon was very attentive toward us! We had numerous questions that were answered clearly and quickly! Our family of seven recommends this place to anyone! If you have little ones, the pool is a perfect place for wading! The home was stocked full of items that were very useful for us such as beach chairs, pool toys, kitchen supplies, towels, toilet paper, paper towels & laundry detergent. Pleased is an understatement, book it while you can :)

Unique experience where the pictures didn’t give the place justice. The pool /back area is as fantastic. The customer service and attention to detail also outstanding. We’ll absolutely look into staying in this property or any managed by the same company.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect spot for our family. The house is pristine, and the outdoor area was a dream with beautiful landscaping and well-stocked with pool toys. The instructions for everything were clear, and the owner was very responsive. The location was great too - not far from beaches and convenient to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay, and we plan to return!

Nice 4 bedroom rental with beautiful back yard pool and kitchen. The screened porch was a bonus. The property is close to 3 nice beaches and multiple grocery stores, Costco, Sam’s Club, coffee shops and restaurants. Amenities well suited for a family vacation.

We had a fabulous time staying at Landon’s beautiful house in Sarasota! It was great for our family of 8 and the pool and backyard oasis was a game changer! We visited several local beaches as well as Sarasota jungle gardens and the Mote aquarium. We had some fabulous dinners while there as well. Our favorite place to eat was the Dry dock (although somewhat hard to get Into with a long wait) but well worth it! I would highly recommend staying here if you and your family are considering visiting Sarasota! You will not be disappointed!

This house was a great spot for our family vacation! The location of the house is perfect to access many different beaches within a 10-20 minute drive. Lots of restaurants and local spots for families, couples, and great night life. The house was clean and as described and the backyard was perfect. The pool, spa, and backyard grill and dining area were wonderful and really added to the house. We would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive and informative and a pleasure to interact with. Thanks for the great place!

Felt at home from the moment I walked in. The decor was earthy and elegant with a beach vibe. Everything was clean and welcoming. The outdoor area was convenient and fun for a large family. I had a few questions when I first arrived and Landon was quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay here, had everything we need and particularly loved the outdoor space.
We had a car so where able to get about easily but not sure how much would have been accessible if just walking but lovely and peaceful neighbourhood and nice that the park is on the door step.
Very responsive host and we would happily go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic stay! We had about 9 people in the house and it was super comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool is definitely a huge center point along with the hot tub! We spent most of our days there and the back yard felt very private since the fences were high enough to make us feel secluded. When we explored everything was close about 20 minutes away or less driving. We felt like we were in the center of everything and were able to get to any destination with a quick drive. The outdoor kitchen and furniture were absolutely perfect! I recommend staying here for anyone coming into Sarasota plus the beds were super comfortable!

We were in town for a family wedding and extended it into a family vacation for the week. Was a wonderful house for this. House was spacious and roomy. The outside backyard was amazing with the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and gazebo!! A great fun space! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Rented Landon’s house with my husband, mother in law and grandmother. We had an amazing time together, cooking on the back deck, swimming and playing games. honestly never really left the property! The back yard and pool were phenomenal as well as the accommodations inside. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

The house was more than we expected overall. The sunroom, backyard, furniture and Landscaping were incredible. We had trouble finding directions for the hot tub and starting the grill. We figured it out.

We enjoyed our stay at Airy Bungalow! The backyard is amazing and we spent most of our time there. The pool, sitting area, and outdoor kitchen was the star of the property. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. It was close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the living area was relaxing with reclining couches. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented the house for a short one week vacation with friends. The house is really great. Very clean, A/C is very strong and the pool table was a big plus for us. The kitchen appliances are new and it had a everything we needed for cooking. The backyard is something amazing. The pool was great. Very warm and clean water (no smell of Clorox like in other rentals i experienced). The hot tub worked and the water gets hot very quickly. Basically it was the best house for the money i have ever rented. Also, the owners always responded in like 2 minutes when i had any questions.

While the inside house is not as updated as the outside patio and pool area, it served our purpose for Mother's Day weekend! All the necessary accommodations were there. It was clean and easy access to check in. We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful get-away at Landon's place. Everything was clean and neat. We totally enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. It was great to be out and about and come 'home' to the pool and the lighted outdoor area. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to cook outside and eat under the covered patio. All around, we were very comfortable.

Several months ago, we had planned a trip with extended family in Sarasota for several days. It was important that we find a home that could comfortably accommodate us all, as well as be close to Lido Key where we were visiting. The home was very clean, had good size bedrooms, a pool and a lanai, all great for our group... and not far from downtown Sarasota and Lido Key. Before the stay began, Landon reached out to ensure that we knew everything about the accommodations, that we had a list of local attractions and that we knew how to access the home upon arrival. As we did not all arrive at the same time, it was very easy for all guests to gain access to the home. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have such a relaxing and roomy place to hang out before heading to our many Sarasota activities. Also, pickleball courts are close by... a bonus. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, spacious property that's close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Landon's place, location was great. Pool is great, it was clean and check in was a breeze. The only thing I would note is there is a camera in the back yard. The host noted this was for security reasons, but did make some of our group a bit uncomfortable.

Landon’s place was beautiful and included all the amenities mentioned!! He was responsive even late night when we couldn’t figure out how to work the back pool lights and jacuzzi jets. He was easy to get in touch with and always friendly.
That being said, the pool and jacuzzi were not as easy and simple to use and unfortunately Landon was not able to get in contact with any personnel to get the jacuzzi tub jets working during our stay. After chatting for a few Landon was however able to walk us through using the pool/jacuzzi breakers to at least get the lights on! I hope this issue is resolved for any upcoming guests they are hosting as the Airbnb is otherwise an amazing and cozy stay!
I would easily stay at another Airbnb listed by Landon!
