I cannot rave enough about how beautiful, cute, cozy, and charming this container home was. It was so beautiful and perfect for our romantic 15 year wedding anniversary getaway. The host set us up for success recommending all the best spots to eat and drink and hike. Would highly recommended for anyone traveling for some quiet time, adventure, and great local beer and wine.

What a great stay!! Uniquely amazing! Comfy couch and great bed, with plenty of blankets for a cozy night in. Although the bay window and doors in the living area do not have curtains so the light peeks in beautifully, the bedroom provides the perfect amount of privacy, hiding you away from everything for a great nights rest. You can even hear the waterfall in the distance for extra soothing comfort. When coming into the property the initial sign off the road doesn’t have light but the bnb itself was beautifully lit and welcoming. My absolute favorite part, the heater by the waterfall so you can enjoy the bed even when there’s a chill out!! A very thoughtful detail. Highly recommend!

Literally the perfect getaway! Check in was a breeze! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the shipyard!! It was just like the photos. Bed was comfortable, all amenities were provided, the hot tub was clean and worked amazing, beware you will want to take the robes home (we did anyway)! And you can’t forget the bed over the pond and waterfall, even though it was cold the heater will keep you warm! The host was super responsive to our messages! Overall the place was beautiful and clean!

Waking up to the smoky woods in the morning was everything. I loved the waterfall with the swing bed, there was even a heater there which made it perfect. Everything was clean with easy access and instructions. There were robes for the hot tub and plenty of towels. There’s nothing I could tell them to do better!! We booked this place last minute for my daughter’s birthday and were honestly surprised by how perfect it turned out. The place was spotless and had everything set up in a way that made it easy to feel at home right away. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were soft, and the entire space felt thoughtfully put together.
The amenities were a big bonus. The hot tub was the star of the night; super clean, easy to use, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The outdoor seating area was peaceful and private, and we loved having the fire pit going while we relaxed. Inside, the kitchen had everything we needed for a quick meal, and all the little touches (extra blankets, good lighting, comfortable seating) made a bigger difference than we expected.
Check-in was smooth, communication was simple, and the location felt tucked away without being inconvenient. For something we planned on a whim, it couldn’t have worked out better. We’d absolutely come back.

Last minute getaway trip. Landon answered so quickly each time I had a question. The fastest host I admit. Location was perfect and super clean which I am particular about . My little family of three favorite part was the hot tub. The heater beside the waterfall bed was amazing and smart because it was really cold! Just book it.. you won’t regret it.

I loved everything about the Shipyard 2.0! Between the super cozy bed, hot tub, firepit and swing with water feature, we didnt feel the need to leave much. The espresso machine is a very nice touch in the kitchen also. This is such a cool idea for a place to stay. We highly recommend!! Especially for couples looking for a place to unwind and disconnect.
When we did go out, we visited a local winery, then went to Hendersonville to pick apples and visit more wineries and shops. Makes for a great day!

This was our first ship container Airbnb, and it completely amazed us. It was a luxury apartment in a thin space. Windows and mirrors created beautiful settings. The outdoor space is what we love the most. The swinging bed over the waterfall is where we read books during the sunny days. The fireplace was where we spent our evenings. The hot tub was wonderful and clean. And I enjoyed swinging on the swing. I'm 68 years old and I didn't wanna get off that porch swing.

This stay was perfect for a semi off grid getaway. It was perfect for lounging around and doing a whole bunch of nothing! The amenities at the container made it easy to not leave and even though the closest stores are a few miles down the road you are still able to DoorDash anything you may need. I will plan to comeback soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the green creek shipyard 2.0! It exceeded every expectation. Contactless checkin. We loved the swing bed over the waterfall and spent a lot of time down there and in the hot tub. We came with a whole itinerary of activities but ended up just soaking in our time at the airbnb! Bed was super comfortable and we slept great. We brought our counter top ice maker and next time I’d bring a fan as the first night it was warm in the bedroom as the split ac unit is in the living room but by the second night it did cool down a lot. We brought some card/dice games, and played corn hole. We spent majority of our time outside enjoying each other and the scenery. We had neighbors in the next container but never saw them, only occasionally could hear them. It was very private and romantic which we loved. We ended up hiking triple falls and ate at the silver spoon saloon at the tryon equestrian center. Hope to be back soon, and wished we booked another night!

The wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend and this was the perfect place to relax, decompress and enjoy the flowing water from the waterfall. It’s a very private location which is great for those who want to disconnect for a bit. We enjoyed the fire-pit and hot tub, even left little fire starters under the sink for the next guest to enjoy the same amenities. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much for this incredible opportunity to unplug and unwind!! I decided to make this a family trip, but COUPLES!! You have to stay here!! The privacy, the sound of the waterfall was so perfect I can barely find the words to express how much I loved it!! The home was so clean and the swing on the front porch was a hit with the kids!! We loved it. My husband and I was looking for a one night getaway with a hot tub. This little place has so much more than a hot tub. It is very unique. It has a hanging bed outside. The bed is hanging over a beautifully designed waterfall fountain. The hot tub and fire pit is located a few steps away. The hot tub is very nice with lots of jets, a fountain and color changing lights. There is a unique hammock located on the upper part of the deck. The hammock is made into the deck and is located above the waterfall. Fire wood is provided. The inside is very nice and unique as well. The bed inside has a very soft. comfortable mattress. I liked everything about this place. We will definitely be staying again!

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience in March 2025. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with a little getaway. The home is clean and orderly. We made good use of all the amenities, especially the espresso machine and hot tub. We absolutely adored sitting on the swing daybed by the waterfall, reading and enjoying the afternoons. My wife and I have stayed at other Air BNBs, and this is one of our favorites. My wife says it IS her favorite. We were looking for a place to decompress from our jobs and caregiving for my mother-in-law who passed away from Alzheimer's one month ago. This converted shipping crate is a unique and comfortable get-away, artfully decorated in a modern mountain style. In addition to its interior, we loved the outdoor features such as the fire pit area, the hot tub, and best of all, the hanging mattress above a waterfall. We spent time resting, praying, and reading on the hanging mattress, listening to the rushing waterfall and gazing at the trees swaying in the breeze. We heartily recommend this for couples who want time alone with each other and to themselves.

Great place, really loved the outside areas, some really great touches like a heater outside for the day bed. The general vicinity/location of the place is not the most exciting, restaurants, entertainment, etc. are a little far which I think makes the pricing a little high. But no complaints about the space/host!

Container 2.0 was an amazing space! Everything was exactly like the photos and as described. The hosts have thought of everything. They even provided the wood for the fire pit. There is a heater over the swinging bed making it a cozy place to read or just relax. It is a peaceful, cozy retreat for two when you just want to get away. Highly recommend.

Landon’s place was not as described…. It was FAR BETTER!!! We have stayed in a lot of air bnb’s over the years and this was one of the most comfortable and charming experiences we’ve had. My husband and I needed some down time and this was perfect for that. I will say, it is somewhat of a remote location with not much to do or see in the immediate surroundings (nearest market was 8-10 miles away) so bring a book, buy some groceries and snuggle in for the most restful time of your life. The hot tub and floating bed above the water feature were my personal favorite amenities. Everything is beautifully decorated and appointed and we felt like we could live in a container home after our visit! Thank you Landon for making our stay welcoming and for your recommendations. Your place is truly a gem.

Great, unique stay. The waterfall with swinging bed, and backyard area in general, were unparalleled in terms of tranquility. Both Shipyard properties looked amazing but I’m glad I invested a little more for the features of 2.0. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a unique and romantic getaway. This place was beyond amazing! The property was so private and so clean and just beautiful. They truly thought of everything you would need and more. The place is decorated so wonderfully and very comfortable. The bedding was just fabulous! We made a fire in the fire pit and set and just enjoyed each others company and felt very at home. The outdoor waterfall and swing bed is way more than the pictures look. It is incredible. While we were by the fire Landon reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and when I say we did I mean we did. We will always look through Landon for our travel needs from now on, We will definitely be back and are so very thankful for such a quick response for our last minute rental and being so attentive throughout the whole process. I truly cannot say enough about the property or Landon. Thank you so much for everything. You exceeded our expectations extremely! We will be back soon!

Great little space that was quiet and very private even with the other Airbnb in the same area. The bed was very comfortable (but do not you either have to walk around to the other door outside or climb over the other person if sleeping on the farther side of the bed!) and we loved the floating bed above the waterfall feature (super great for bringing a blanket out there and reading). The hot tub was nice but the water smelled slightly of sulfur which was not super relaxing. Also the couch seemed to have some stain on it and was a bit too firm for sitting comfortably. The hammock built into the deck was also nice to lay on and look at the stars. Overall it was a great value and we would stay there again if we visited the area again.

my husband & i went to shipyard 2.0 for our honeymoon, it was honestly amazing! it felt like we were on another planet, the relaxation & the sounds of nature. we just love the scenery all around! our favorite was definitely the swinging bed with the hand made waterfall ! we also got time to go to myrtle beach , it’s amazing how you can be in the mountains & then close to the beach also ! Lake Lure & Bradley falls that the host recommended were amazing ! Air bnb was clean & perfect for the two of us. the host were very helpful, friendly & very responsive! we will definitely be back again in the future!

My wife and I could not have been any happier with our stay. Instructions to the property and how to access were perfectly clear and easy to follow. Everything looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. The location and privacy was exactly what we were looking for our weekend away, yet it was still only a short drive from beautiful waterfall hikes, vineyards, and the cutest little dairy farm ever. The entire weekend was exactly what we had hoped for and would absolutely consider staying there again. (in fact we're already thinking about when we can make another trip)

Beautiful memories are made at this peaceful retreat, away from city life. The comfortable and high-quality amenities made me feel right at home.
While the yard-ship concept isn't new, the memorable outdoor spaces here, despite the rain, made it stand out.
My favorite spots were the day bed waterfall and sunken hammock, where I wished I could sleep if not for the frog sounds in the evening.
The hot tubs and fire pit were perfect for unwinding after a long day of hiking or sightseeing.
Landon's communication was excellent, always transparent and helpful with suggestions. We truly appreciated his attention to detail, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing stay. We have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this one was definitely our favorite. Perfect place for a couples weekend. The waterfall and swing bed was so relaxing. We loved the hot tub. It was very clean. The view from the bed and waking up and looking out at the woods was so gorgeous and peaceful. The house is decorated so gorgeous. Such an amazing place to vacation. My husband and I needed a place to relax and getaway and this was the perfect place to relax and stay somewhere unique. If you’re contemplating booking this Airbnb, do it. We drove 40 minutes out of our way home when we found this listing and it was definitely worth rerouting our trip home.

Beautiful getaway rental. Exactly as described and everything you can think of is provided. The swing bed and waterfall were by far our favorite but everything else was just as amazing. You have plenty of privacy in the quiet, peaceful area. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and we had the frogs sing us to sleep each night. We enjoyed our stay and it was definitely like no other rental we have ever stayed in. Landon did a great job of communicating with us from booking until we were leaving. I booked this stay as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday and with help from Landon, came prepared with a full itinerary of places to eat, wineries to visit, and hiking trails. Turns out… we loved the place SO much that we ditched our plans to enjoy every detail and amenity that the shipyard had to offer! The floating bed above the waterfall was our favorite, especially with the heater providing extra comfort when it got chilly. The hot tub & fire pit were also well loved during our stay. Our last day ended up being rainy… but no worries! We cuddled up on the pullout for a rainy movie day in. This place was truly amazing and we definitely intend on being back!!!

My wife and I were looking for a date night getaway to relax and just enjoy some time together. Landon’s place was only 20 minutes from our home but felt like we had traveled hours away another location. This shipping container Air BNB was immaculate and offered so many wonderful places to relax from the bed swing with the sound of the waterfall to the net hammock on the deck, to the hot tub. The beds here were extremely comfortable and that is not always a given with our airbnb experiences. The atmosphere and vibe this place gives off makes it the perfect location to travel with your wife or small family for a wonderful getaway. Although this is only 20 minutes from our house we were already looking forward to planning another trip with our two daughters to share this place with them.

Very cute and stylish AirBnb. A little remote, but not far from some larger towns if you're willing to drive. We enjoyed the hot tub and waterfall feature. Kitchen well equipped. Would definitely return! Check out the Gorge Zipline in Saluda, for some fun adventuring not too far from the AirBnb (25 min.). Landon and his team did a great job with directions and instructions. Feels like you're being taken care of and you're at a luxury spot. 5 stars!

Gorgeous stay with excellent ambiance! Took their recommendation and visited Mountain Brook Vineyard - it’s a 7 minute drive away - and it was stunning and made the stay even more magical. Definitely would come back in the warmer months, but the hot tub and fire pit made everything pretty toasty!

This location was extremely restful and romantic. It was exactly what my husband and I were hoping for. There were several thoughtful details throughout the location that truly impacted the enjoyment of our stay. The outdoor area was very pretty and peaceful. We spent as much time outdoors as we did inside the house! The kitchen area was equipped with anything needed. The decor was modern and tasteful for a variety of aesthetic preferences and the bedroom and bathroom were refreshing!
This experience is definitely worth a return! I hope to come back for my birthday next year!

The shipyard is adorable. We are so grateful to have stayed here for our honeymoon. The outside features really are beautiful and peaceful and so relaxing.
The decor and style are beautiful and we really appreciated all the touches.
Landon was super responsive and very helpful.
The recommendations he gave were great. Iron key brewing and looking glass creamery were our favorites.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. It is the ultimate definition of glamping. The pictures did it justice; it looked just like the photos, but being there in person was 1000x better. The amenities are gorgeous yet fun! It was peaceful yet private. We had terrific hosts who were all super proactive and responsive. We had an incredible time. My only call out is to be mindful of your service provider, as the service connection may need to be stronger, seeing that it's such a secluded area.

My partner and I wanted to stay on an Airbnb for a mini Birthday/ relaxation getaway. When we ran across the Shipyard 2.0 we was amazed, how beautiful it was and it was just what we was looking for. When we arrived I said “ it’s really real I can’t believe it”. This home is AMAZING! Everything about it. We got a chance to utilize the hot tub, the waterfall/ bed, the fire pit and the grill. Normally when we take vacations we’re all over the place that we don’t get to enjoy the homes that we stay at. You would think that it wouldn’t have so much space but, it had just the right amount of space for the both of us. One word to describe Landon, Heather and Reece home would be UNBELIEVABLE. They were very responsive when we needed them which was maybe once or twice. I appreciate them for sharing there home with us. Will definitely be staying at another home if there.

After months of deliberating, I decided to book the Shipyard 2.0 for a birthday getaway. It was everything I imagined. Peaceful and relaxing. The only thing the pictures don't capture are the amazing sounds of nature. I loved sitting outside and hearing the birds sing at breakfast, the crickets chirp at night, and the trees rustle. An added bonus was the sound from the custom built waterfall which we turned on/off as needed. My boyfriend loved lighting the firepit at night, and enjoyed the rain showerhead after a day of hiking. Our host was extremely helpful, kind, understanding, accommodating, and attentive. He saved the day, after a mishap/delay in our flight arrival time. He went above and beyond to assist us. The area is a little remote, but this is what we wanted. The hosts provide recommendations of things to do. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We celebrated our 15 wedding anniversary with this overnight stay. The actual container home was the best part of the trip. We walked the streets of Asheville and also visited Chimney Rock. I'm not a fan of Asheville but I did absolutely love this container home. It was spotless clean. The waterfall feature was so awesome! I wish we had one more night there. The firepit with wood, swing and hot tub were wonderful little added bonuses. The touch screen inside was super cool! If I were to add anything, it would be so awesome if there were Bluetooth speakers out by the hot tub and fire pit. That would've been icing on the already marvelous cake. If we stay again, I would know to bring a Bluetooth speaker so my hubby and I can dance under the stars, unless you happen to add that by then.😉 I will definitely be checking out your other properties in the future!

Our stay was amazing, they bought us a bottle of wine and wrote us a card for our 16th wedding anniversary! The waterfall was amazing at night and there were frogs everywhere. Right after it starts getting dark the fireflies are everywhere. The hot tub was nice to relax in. They made sure we had everything we needed and they let us know all the things to do in the area. Overall it was a great experience!!!

My boyfriend and I couldn't have been happier with our stay. Landon was a great, responsive host. The place was peaceful and private. Very relaxing- which was much needed. There are activities to do locally but honestly, the place is so fulfilling on it's own that you don't really have to go anywhere else. We stayed a week and drove from Chicago for this place and the long drive was well worth it. I hope to be back soon. Highly reccomend!

Don’t think twice about staying here. It was so well thought out, just spectacular, and in a great location. We visited the Biltmore Estate,, hiked all of the Chimney Rock trails, and dove the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway to see Mount Mitchell. We will definitely be going back because there are so many more things that we wanted to do but didn’t have enough time. If relaxation is what you’re looking for, you don’t even have to leave the property. Landon’s communication throughout the entire process was top notch with instructions and many recommendations. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing Airbnb!

Absolutely one of the best three day getaway spots my wife and I have ever been too. Loved everything about the location and the surrounding areas. The space was perfect as well as the amenities. We thought the idea of staying in a shipping container was the coolest! And it did not disappoint. We traveled with our two young children and they thought it was the coolest place! There was plenty of room between the pull out sofa and the king size bed. The interior design was perfect. The outdoor space was icing on the cake! The hot tub was so nice especially since it was very cold during our stay. The lounge swing was so nice with the waterfall. It just was a really neat place all around. Landon was very helpful and responsive with any questions asked. We went into Hendersonville during our stay and that was really fun going downtown to a children’s museum, a doll shop, a big toy store, an old time general store that had EVERYTHING. We spent over an hour in there! It was worth the short drive. And Black Bear Coffee Co. had an amazing Iced Honey Lavender Latte. It was so nice to come back to the hot tub and put burgers on the grill! Just book it! You’ll love.

So many memories were made at this beautiful retreat! We celebrated my birthday and our engagement, we could not have asked for a better place to do it! We started out at Mountain Booke Vinyards before checking in. This is place is so relaxing! The wine was fantastic, I drank the Riesling! We arrived at 2.0 with no disappointment!! The attention to detail was on point. We loved everything about it from the front porch swing, the hanging bed and waterfall, the deck hammock, hot tub, the fire pit, the kitchen mirror allowing the outdoors to come indoors, the house smell, the tv, the shower, the cow rug, and the large bedroom window allowing the view of the full moon that we had. They hit a home run with this place!!! We took a drive to Saluda about 25 minutes away and went flyfishing and relaxed at the river. An amazing trip!!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a little R&R for a quick weekend. The interior was beautiful and comfortable. The exterior was a complete oasis. We took a day a visited Blowing Rock, it was wonderful. I wish we planned a trip to the local vineyard, but they are closed on Mondays. Highly recommend this Airbnb, it was a peaceful location. It’s worth planning a day of nothing and spending it there. We had so much fun building a fire and trying out the hot tub. The host had everything we needed. Coffee too! We hope to come back for the Summer and take advantage of Lake Lure.

This place was by far one if not the best air bnb we have stayed at. Very easy to find, clean, and everything you need for a great few days. The outside was what drew us in. Well also wanting a container home ourselves-this gave us a real chance to explore the possibilities and see it first hand. The place was amazing w just a few things needed if wanting to live in a container home (closet, and a place for a stackable washer and dryer. Besides that this could be a perfect home. And not just a getaway. Great places to go too. We hiked Pearaons Falls which was absolutely breathtaking. Did alot of shopping at Lake Lure/Chimney Rock and Blackmountain. We enjoyed the hot tub, waterfall and bed and the firepit. I was never a girl scout so we did go buy a starter log to get the fire going. I would recommend this. But besides that i think I’ve already said this was perfect!
