The Greencreek Shipyard 3.0 was dreamed up and built by three siblings Landon, Heather, and Reece. This stunning container project has everything you need for your own personalized spa retreat. Made up of not one, not two, but three containers! This project has one 40' container with a kitchen, living area, bedroom, and full bath; a 20' container with a bedroom and full bath; and another 20' container with a cold plunge, custom sauna, and salt room! As fellow travelers, we have brought all of our favorite features from previous stays (as well as many more) to give you the vacation of your dreams! Whatever the day holds, we are sure that this stay will exceed your expectations!

Open the large glass sliding doors and step into the STUNNING courtyard space with a tranquil lazy river, a massive boulder waterfall, a bubbling hot tub, turfed lounge area, heated outdoor bench, and private sitting area! Step back into the container then head out the front door to the secondary turfed space with an outdoor kitchen, six person dining table, and beautifully exterior lighting. While the interior of all the containers are incredible, we have a feeling that you will be spending most of your time outside during your stay at the Green Creek Shipyard 3.0!

Other Things to Note:

While we are excited for you to enjoy your time at the container, please remember that a lot of time and effort went into this special project. Please treat the space with respect.

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $400.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. There is a camera on the exterior of the home. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.
