The Palms is tucked away on a quiet street surrounded by swaying palms and Florida sunshine, offering a peaceful retreat just minutes from Sarasota’s best beaches. Inside, the space has been newly renovated with a fresh, modern style that feels both comfortable and inviting. We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

Please Note:
1. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the Guide Book (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.
2. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!
6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.
8. Pool Heat: This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.

Wonderful experience

This was my first time using VRBO, or anything like it. I was so nervous, but my hosts were phenomenal. Everything was just perfect and suited my needs. Great stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, although I still wiped down everything again, because I am a germ a phobia. The kids loved the pool, which was also very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! The host responded quickly when I informed them about a broken shade in the living room. Place was overall great for a quick getaway!

Clean, family friendly house

This was a great property to stay at for my daughters lacrosse tournament. It also was very close to the airport. It isn't the prettiest of neighborhoods, but wasn't really an issue. The couches seem old and like they are caving in a little. Towels could be updated, getting a little thin. I wish there were wine glasses. Randy was very easy to reach and was great to rent from!

Girlfriend Weekend

Our overall experience was great! Would definitely stay again and also tell family and friends. The only drawback was it didn't exactly sleep 20. The sleeer sofa in the living room was broken. However, we had our own air mattress. So we worked it out. Other than that, it was exactly as advertised. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect get away !

We loved the house the neighborhood and the location. We spent everyday in the pool except the last one when the pool guy came. The beds were so comfortable and the house was so peaceful! Great night sleeps! The kitchen was great and we sat at the dining table talking for hours. Communication was excellent with the owner ! We were close to everything we needed to get to. We will definitely be back thats for sure !

Amazing home!

This house had everything you need to have a stress-free experience. From the stocked laundry room to the beach toys, the owners really thought of everything. Great place for a girls weekend!

I booked this place for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you needed for a girls weekend. The attention to detail that all girls need was unlike I’ve seen anywhere else I’ve stayed. From the curling iron and straightener, to supplies to hang temporarily decor, to bachelorette them pool floats it could not have been a more perfect. The only things I’d recommend is adding another full length mirror to the Master bedroom and a fan for the bedroom with the bunk beds. The location of the house was great… an easy 15 min Uber ride to Siesta Key or St. Armands circle, or just 7 mins from downtown Sarasota… all great places to visit! Lastly I want to add that we did not have any issues with the other renters in the apartment. You barely even know they are there other then seeing their car in the driveway!

The Most Amazing Place we Have Ever Stayed!

Ok, I don't even know where to start...we had an amazing vacation, like the best ever, and we travel a lot! This house was so clean (I am a bit picky about cleanliness), everything that was needed was there, the neighborhood was quiet, and the ocean was only maybe a 15 min drive through roads with beautiful houses and yards. Sputh Lido Beach was the best beach ever!! It was just amazing and we are tanned and relaxed 😊.

Thanksgiving getaway

This house was a perfect property for a family of 7 adults and 2 kids. It is clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s a short drive to the airport, several beaches, downtown, and shopping. We appreciated having access to beach chairs, towels, and toys. Randy is easy to communicate with and replies quickly to questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Family vacation

We had our first family vacation there was 9 of us 8 people my family and the other person was my really good friend we recently buried her fiance and he was my best friend she needed this trip. We had just a great time going to different beaches and the house was amazing and clean and super nice! The kids even us adults loved the pool and the lighting inside the pool was the greatest ! Second time booking a vrbo in Sarasota. Loved the temperature of the pool, the grill provided didn’t work even after we went to refill the gas tank for it but otherwise enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend the place.

Wonderful Stay

This house was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with a small group of friends. Everything was very clean and the home is beautifully decorated. Perfect Spring Break getaway home

This was my first Vrbo experience and I feel like the bar has been set high! Communication from the owner from the start was excellent. He let us drop off our luggage before check in time (while the cleaners were still there) since our luggage didn’t fit well in our rental convertible. :D The owner shared his beach and restaurant recommendations that were spot on. The property is fully remodeled and so clean! The heated pool was amazing! Kitchen stocked with dishes and pots and pans that you need. Board games and a few toys if you had kiddos. The Palms will not disappoint!

Lovely home!

We enjoyed our week here, the house was great. The kids loved the pool and it was nice to have the grill also. Great location and nicely remodeled home.

Family vacation

absolutly wonderful vacation rental, very nicely redone. Very clean, just like pictures. We all loved it and hope to be back! We would highly recommend this place. And Randy was also great to wkrk with!

Short And Sweet Family Vacation

We were three families consisting of 7 adults and 7 children stayed here for 2 nights. Extra clean, good quality kitchen supplies, great rental owners, compact and designed for close family gathering. The heated large pool is the biggest attraction. The entire backyard looks simple bit provides great ambiance. The Air Condition was not even. The lower rooms were perfect, but the upper rooms were a bit warmer. This was not a big concern since we stayed there in January.

What is our cancellation policy?

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
