Outside, this lakefront vacation rental features a large wrap-around deck w/ comfy seating, an outdoor TV, gas grill, additional seating - including a bar space overlooking the lake! The yard offers a pergola w/ a fire pit and comfy Adirondack chairs. Guests are invited to use the canoe and kayaks on site, fish Lake Arrowhead, or swim in the pristine waters. The Hot Tub is located on the lower level under the deck and has great sunset views! The deck has a water system installed to ensure the space stays dry and the hot tub can be used year round! While this home is stunning, we have a feeling that you will be spending most of your time outside during your stay in the Poconos!

The home is situated in a perfect lakefront location within the Arrowhead community. For additional fees, guests can enjoy community amenities including two lakes, four beaches, three pools, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball, a playground, and a brand new spectacular lodge with a fitness center and game room! Your registration will be for 10 people max and NO more than 5 vehicles are permitted at the home or in the gates (this registration is included with your rental).

Please Note:

1. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

2. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

3. Fireworks are prohibited everywhere in the community, including on private property. A $500 fine will be imposed for anyone setting off fireworks. Ground and hand-held sparklers are permitted.

4. **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 which in some cases can be up to $1,000.

5. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of the home and the safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras inside of the home. 

6. All community membership fees are INCLUDED in the price! BNB Breeze will be reaching out to you to get all of the necessary requirements to get you and your group registered, such as vehicle and guest information. 

7. Please be mindful that this property is within a community that offers a plethora of extra amenities for you and your family to enjoy during your stay. By booking this accommodation you understand amenities are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for any amenity unavailable during your stay. 8. Due to the HOAs rules, we cannot accept any last-minute bookings at this location. If you are planning to book and it is last minute, it must be at least 4 days in advance to the day of arrival.
